Many have called the 2012 election the most important in their lifetime. But in citing the economy, unemployment, foreign affairs, gas prices, healthcare, and the burgeoning corruption of the American judiciary, political pundits may have universally ignored the real threat to the American public and the reason it was imperative to remove the Obama Regime from power.
It happened back in March. Republican representative Tom Graves of Georgia asked FBI Director Robert Mueller whether the Administration’s “…policy of extra-judicial killings of American citizens abroad could also apply in the United States.” Incredibly, Mueller responded “I have to go back. Uh, I’m not certain whether that was addressed or not.”
Graves then made it a bit easier, asking whether “…from a historical perspective the federal government has the ability to kill a United States citizen on United States soil, or just overseas.” “I’m going to defer that to others in the Department of Justice, said Mueller.”
What was this all about?
On New Year’s Eve, Barack Hussein Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). In language passed overwhelmingly by Congress, the Act provides the president the immutable power to, on his own authority, order the death of anyone he considers an “enemy combatant” (that is, a terror threat to the United States.) It is a command to kill that cannot be questioned or overridden.
Obama alone has the power to assign guilt and mete out the punishment of death. The Constitutional rights of Due Process no longer exist. And as Director Mueller made so patently clear, even the FBI doesn’t know if this death sentence may apply to American citizens both abroad and on US soil.
Language permitting the murder of American citizens by the federal government was added to the NDAA in 2010. There were few complaints either in the House or the Senate as politicians feared accusations of being soft on terrorism far more than they regretted their outright assassination of the Constitution. And now, 300 million people face the possibility of being targeted for death by their own government.
Would voters have behaved differently had they known their lives might depend on the outcome? Probably not. Those living on government (i.e. taxpayer) largesse would hardly have cared. Empty-headed females responsible for putting every liberal from Carter to Obama in the White House would have undoubtedly voted in exactly the same way as well, unable as they are to differentiate between stark reality and the fantasy world of Oprah Winfrey.
And would the election of Mitt Romney have changed anything? No. New England liberals are hardly known for their spirited commitment to Constitutional rights. After all, Mitt was the proud engineer of an “assault weapons” ban in Massachusetts, wasn’t he?!
For nearly 30 years, presidential elections have featured everything but a conservative candidate. As a result, more and more Americans have stayed home on Election Day, allowing liberal Republicans and Marxist Democrats to wreak havoc on their nation and their Constitution.
Sooner or later, the lives of citizens WILL be forfeit to a corrupt political class that no longer recognizes or cares about the constitutional rights of their constituents. What’s that about blood watering the tree of liberty? Could be that’s the only thing that will awaken the American public to the loss of their nation.

I’ve been ready for a long time and I’ve been expecting it to come sooner or later once the constitution was thrown out the window to accommodate an illegal candidate, Obama, to run for president of the United States back in 08. It’s only been downhill since then with lawlessness prevailing for the privileged ruling class which Obama as its head. I predict Barry boy will rue the day that he deigned to lie his way into the presidency and lie his way into and out of one scandal after another since arriving in Washington, the latest being alleged voting fraud not to mention yet another example of allowing American citizens dedicated to public service to die in the line of duty at the hands of terrorists in a foreign land. None of this should be allowed to go unpunished. Enough is enough regardless of his skin color. If it means civil war to wrest from the grip of tyranny our beloved America, then so be it. Patrick Henry said it best long ago and it still applies today, “Give me liberty or give me death.”
Remember that when the police show up to take your guns. Of course the election was rigged. If Jesus Christ would have been running instead od Romney he would have still lost. In the red states he was squashed by high numbers. In the north just enough to win the states he needed. Are yankees that stupid or was it rigged from the start? I say it was totally rigged.

Women, on average, fall in love with what they hear, not necessarily with what they analyze or seriously consider. Because of that fact, there is a preponderance of women who do not critically think about what they hear politicians say. Don’t forget I used “on average”; I know full well that there are many women with a good head on their shoulders.
Now, I know that the above is going to get a lot of critisism, but let’s face facts: When faced with facts such as the above, facts don’t matter to those swayed by emotion, does it?
Doug, I found your article very informative, well written and the facts were right on. I do think that as some have written in response to your blog that there could be the chance of a civil war including fighting our own National Guard and Military if they have been ordered to arrest citizens, confiscate guns etc. This is not a pretty picture but when our Constitution and the laws of the land are not being observed then anarchy follows. To begin with, no God has shown any interest in politics, lies and wholesale torture and murder. One proof, is that the enemies of Mormon, some 14 million Christian Americans, stayed at home, instead of voting, thus letting a Kenyan Muslim citizen, Marxist, and Homo, to be reelected. The Senate gave this monster the powers that no democratic president should be given. All of it, mostly due to the ignorance of the masses, that have been brainwashed by the mainstream media. Now what? Soon, when the the excessive spending can´t be financed, when the dollar totally loses its value, there wont be $$$ enough to finance the food stamps and all those governmental handouts that Obama thinks will be financed with the worthless paper pieces called “DOLLARS”. Then, he will have the Us Armed Forces and the Feds, shoot the American who should dare protest. Just like he did in Libya, where nobody was protesting, apart from the 8000 armed AlQuaeda and Muslim Brotherhood activists that were specifically “imported” into Libya, to act as “peaceful protesters”. A similar strategy will be enacted in the US, and innocent American Americans will pay with their freedom and lives for their lack of strength.

It is true that 46 percent of households did not pay federal income tax in 2011. It is not true that they pay no taxes. Federal income taxes account barely account for half of federal taxes, and much less of total taxes, if you count the state and local level. Many of those other taxes can be regressive. If you take all taxes into account, our system is barely progressive at all.
But why do almost half of all households pay no federal income tax? Because they don’t have much money to tax. Here’s the breakdown from the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center. Half of these households are simply too poor — they make under $20,000 — to have any liability. Another quarter are retirees on tax-exempt Social Security benefits. The remaining households have no liability because of tax expenditures like the earned-income tax credit or the child credit.
In other words, the poor, the old, and children. Not exactly the “50-50 nation” of makers and takers — or “lucky duckies” — that Ferguson imagines.
Due Process still exists under Amendment V, which has not been rescinded or amended. The problem is that we have leaders who fail to uphold it and too often violate their oath of office.
