It didn’t take long. The layoffs and closings are piling up. The saddest thing about compiling this list is that by the time today is over, the list will probably have grown dramatically. The next saddest part is that at least some of these laid off employees voted for Barack Obama because they didn’t believe this would happen.
These are more than just headlines. Every number represents real people who have lost their livelihood.

Right after the election, I said on a couple of sites that I was looking at approx. 850,000 jobs lost by the end of 2013……..may be a little short.

Obama’s plan of using the Saul Alinsky agenda of crashing the economy, thus bringing the entire system down with it appears to be working. Then they rebuild a new government in thier image. This plan may not work here, many citizens will fight back…then again, who knows? Jarrett and her “it’s payback time” could get real nasty, real fast !

Not only are we seeing plants and companies shut down , companies are cutting hours to deal with Obamacare! We will not see new businesses either , because of Obamas regime and his regulations , especially the EPA regs coining in 2013. People will now be forced to lose their homes, their cars , their hope.

I’ve already lost my home, car, marriage, savings, retirement, and hope. been laid off over 2 years now. The 2 interviews I had scheduled were on “hold” until after the election. It took me a long time to get those interviews, and they really wanted to hire some new people and grow a bit. Alas, now that Obamacare is in effect and the boatload of regs is coming down the pike, they simply cannot afford to. They both called to cancel those interviews and my last vestige of hope. BTW, I’m a single Dad with 2 kids. I did manage to save all my camping gear for future needs. My only other choice is to somehow move out of country to where jobs are and moving isn’t free. Right now, I can’t stand to be near the Libs who are complicit in this madness, so moving might be a better option.
like i said i never said some companies might panic in the short term, but there have been plenty of non partisan articles and research done to show that most of the companies worried about obmacare truly do not understand the legislation or the impact on their business…FYI the ONLY ones that would even remotely be affected by it are firms that currently do not offer health insurance….if they already offer health insurance there will be absolutely zero impact on their business. now in your case consider this, the study also shows less then 1% of businesses nation wide are even saying they are considering changing their hiring position because of obamacare and of them most will retract their position once they realize the minimal impact it actually has. as a single dad because of obama care you and your entire family will soon have health insurance no matter where you work, and lrod forbid there is another recession, you wont losse it nor will your children, thats pretty good in my book. I also ask you to remember Obamacare is NOT a liberal idea, why do you think actual liberals hate it. Obamacare is a VERY GOP idea originate by the Herritage foundation and implemented first by romeny. A liberal solution would have been actual government health care which this is not….so if your mad at obamacare (which i dont think you should be) keep in mind its the GOP you need to yell at not as it is NO liberals T a liberal policy. Why is it so hard to understand that business owners are just like people who have to pay bills and so they need to make enough of a profit to have enough money left over to make the effort worth it. Businesses can not tax people like the government so when they run out of money that’s the end of the business. Successful businesses look to the future to figure out what’s coming and make adjustments to survive like firing employees when the see they can’t afford to have that many. Just like when those employees who get fired have to fire the cable tv company and maybe the cell phone company and the movie theaters and the restaraunts they use to go to because now they can’t afford to do that anymore. No one will say “oh what a bad person you are for firing your cable tv company” so why do we rant about business owners who must fire employees. Go to the source of the problem. It’s the government who is taking such a large percentage that you finally realize you just need to take your money and put it in the bank because the interest pays more than the business return. And that’s saying a lot in light of how low interest rates are now. This country is going down the toilet and it’s all because the liberal thieves are taking more than there is available – that’s what debt is – taking more than what’s available.

Furthermore, if and when a business is able to hire, They should mandate a question of that potential new hire as to what is their party affiliation is. If they claim they are Democrat, they have already proven their incompetence and that they are unfit and not qualified for the position. It will also show the employer that this candidate is most likely to be problematic to the workings of the Company by way of constant complaining of what they are not getting and constantly searching for ways to sue the company by lying and fabricating falsehoods.

All we on the left as is that your trust, but verify. just because some right wing blogger says something that is repeated by other right wing bloggers does not make it true, a simple google search would show you this. FOr example in this story just take the U.S. Cellular layoffs. it is true they are laying off 640 workers in chicago, but it has NOTHING to do with obamacare. they are selling some of their divisions (including chicago) to SPRINT. I found this information ON US CELLULARS SITE! several of these other businesses are similar…why they are lieing to you i cant say, but until you come out of the bubble you will continue to be wrong and misinformed about many things

yeah again LMC has zip to do with obamacare, prior to starting my own firm (which is in defense) i worked for L-3 as a gov contractor so i assure you i know LMC far better then you do (not to be mean about it but i have many friends that work there so i have a better idea of whats going on there). the coal plant i dont know about, and im not saying NO ONE who owns a company will cut back hours or that NO ONE will loose their jobs….i am sure that is the case. but my original point that this story is factually inaccurate is 100% true, just go to these companies own websites and you will see many of them are not laying peole off because of obamacare. my point is, stories like this that are simply not true and are aimed at getting the GOP base upset and angry do nothing to help the discourse in america, in fact they make it worse. As an R.N. I can’t tell you how confused I am. People everywhere thought that Romney had the presidency won. This may sound silly , but even the lead guitarist of The Who , during an interview , thought Mitt Romney had it in the bag. He said , “Obama looked tired.” Obama’s stand on shutting down the oil pipeline from Canada thru the U.S. was a deal breaker. And Benghasi made Obama look inept. All I know is when Jimmy Carter was this bad with the economy , he was voted out! Certainly Romney demonstated he was better prepared at dealing with the economic issues. AND YET , THEY voted the lesser candidate in. I’m very confused.
