The Supreme Court heard oral arguments on March 26 in Hollingsworth v. Perry, a constitutional challenge to California’s definition of marriage as the union of a man and woman. Heritage’s Ryan T. Anderson offers his analysis.
The dictionary already defines marriage as: The legal union of a man and woman as husband and wife.
We should not have to rewrite the dictionaries for political purposes.
If the SCOUS votes against the Defense of Marriage Act, they will have signed the death warrant for the United States of America, if you don’t believe this, check back in early history.
