What do you want to bet this never comes off? So far, every time the court system looks favorably to looking into whether Obama is eligible to be president, they dismiss the case with some flip flam excuse. It will probably end just like ObamaCare. John (turncoat) Roberts will say that since he has gotten the majority of the votes in both elections, there is no need to go forward because the majority of the American voters want him president. Of course, he will completely ignore the illegal votes and other voter fraud because that is what Roberts does.

Patricia, the way that I understand it is that The Supreme Court will in CLOSED session determine if there is sufficient cause to consider hearing all of the evidence against Obama’s eligibility to hold office. With three or four die heart Democrats two of which Obama himself appointed, there is a good chance that the case will not move forward, and they will not consider or review all of the more than obvious evidence.

Jan. 21, 2013 will be a very sad day for me. Because we have the Chief Justice, John Roberts, who will swear in a man who has not been vetted, has not had a background check, ineligibile, unqualified, illegal, phony, lying, racist, bigot, half breed, bi-sexual, foreign national, Muslim who violated the war powers act, immigration law, refused to enforce existing law, used the EPA to usurp power over Congress, decided HE and not the Supreme Court would decide on the Constitutionality of existing law, abused the recess appointment process, set up a shadow cabinet of unvetted czars, declared over 900 executive orders, some that have set up a framework for a dictatorship, and has publicly flaunted his power in declaring he will continue to go around Congress as he sees fit, sending planes and tanks to Israel’s enemies, dislikes Jews and Christians and is against everything we stand for. I do not understand how Chief Justice John Roberts can allow this unless his loved ones have been threatened. I have a feeling Obama will be sworn in in private so he can put his hand on the Quran. John Roberts should be arrested, tried for treason and dealt with accordingly!!!
I have to agree with you, as I note that courts all over this country simply don’t want to deal with the real troubling news, and judges are more concerned with their own futures than they are in upholding the law. Roberts needs a good kick in the a$$ and those liberal judges with argue against whoever brings in the evidence.

Background checks are required for many jobs. Apparently not for Democrats. They love to bring in people without pasts so they don’t have to cover so much. Coupled with an extremely willing press to keep out and consider not-news anything that detracts from the man. Every an issue floats to the surface, they think of ways to make fun of the person bringing it up in an effort to silence them. It’s worked pretty well so far.

With Holder in charge of the DOJ, I don’t believe anything would be found to disqualify any Democrat from holding office. The Republicans would have new information that can not just be overlooked because of the vitally important issues they have to vote on everyday.

Could Chief Justice Roberts have been defensively posturing for the blow-back, “black-lash” if you please, of a decision he may have realized would be necessary to make on Mr. Obama’s purported constitutional eligibility when he ruled so surprisingly on Obamacare?
Might not the Chief Justice have been intentionally positioning himself and the Supreme Court as apparently not unfavorable to Mr. Obama so as to insulate them both from certain to arise liberal charges of racism should a decision be rendered by the court on the issue of constitutional eligibility which would pronounce that Mr. Obama is not now and never has been eligible to be president?
If, after considering the evidence submitted to the Supreme Court in multiple cases which the court has turned down, the Chief Justice found it necessary to consider various paths that the Supreme Court eventually might have to take in defense of the Constitution, could the Chief Justice have strategically planned to first rule in favor of Obamacare—as a tax—knowing that such a ruling would theatrically demonstrate an apparent support for Obama—or, at the very least, demonstrate no antagonism towards the man—while still leaving Obamacare open to state by state dismantling until such time as a ruling on Mr. Obama’s ineligibility would remove the law retro-actively as having been passed while Mr. Obama was in the commission of crimes, and most importantly, act as the perfect disclaimer to angry liberal entities who would surely cry out racism as they rallied Obama supporters to anything but “civil” disobedience were the Supreme Court to retro-actively abrogate the illegal election of the constitutionally ineligible fraud and forger, Barry Soetoro, a.k.a. Mr. Obama’s criminal usurpation of the presidency is the most horrendous crime committed against the American people and our experiment in ‘government of the People, by the People, and for the People’ in our country’s history. All those complicit in Mr. Obama’s crimes must be brought to justice if liberty is to be preserved.
At this point in time, the question of whether or not Mr. Obama’s criminal usurpation of the presidency shall be addressed by the proper authorities is completely in the hands of God and Chief Justice Roberts. In God we trust.

Thanks for a very interesting post. I hope that your conjecture proves to be correct, but I fear you are giving Justice Roberts too much credit. Like most of the judges in this country, he appears to be in Obama’s pocket.

Thank you ulyblack, Two things to consider…maybe three….First, WND has remained conspicuously silent on the Feb. 15th SCOTUS review of many cases to determine those they will hear. It’s as if they wish to project a literary calm before the storm; like they are setting an industrial ambush. Surely they already know what the ‘Breaking News’ that has been advertised on PPSIMMONS as about to “break” is.
Secondly, the Obots are back. I don’t know where they went, but their back with a vengeance like a swarm of bees screaming out of a hive that has just been swatted by a bear. They have apparently received their marching orders to make every effort at de-legitimizing the discussion on the usurper-in-chief’s purported eligibility. Have you not noticed the unusual–even for an obot–vehemence in their collective voice? There is a furious, frantic, panic-stricken quality to their tone like they were a wild animal backed into a corner. I love it!

I love Arpaio and Zullo, but what more can they do? No matter what further evidence they come up with, judges just refuse to look at it. Arpaio and Zullo and even before them Mary Sebest (sp?) already proved beyond a shadow of doubt that what the WH released was a computer-generated forgery–and nobody cared. They could come up with hard proof that he was born in the Kremlin or in the cave where Mohammad received his “revelation” and nobody would give a damn. Even the GOP sold us out. I put my hope in so many judges over the last four years, Carter in California, judges in FLA, Alabama, NJ, and on and on. And they were all bought off or coerced. Seriously, Roberts is probably afraid for his grand kids.

Would that not be the best gift that America could ever receive, as far as Elena Kagen is concerned, if Chief Justice does not remove her from the decision process that will say all that I need to know, since we all know that she was responsible for heading up the legal team that buried his entire past.
What also concerns me is that there is nothing more important in the Supreme Court’s calendar, than to determine Obama’s eligibility BEFORE he is sworn in again by Justice Roberts on January 20, 2013, with today being the 15th of January, they should have cleared all of their calendars, to make that decision prior to the inauguration, and swearing in ceremony on the 20th and the 21st.
Think about it, if there was any doubt of Obama’s eligibility being considered, why in the world would Justice Roberts go through that exercise, the cost of Obama’s inauguration will probably amount to hundred’s of millions of dollars wasted, if on February 15th they decide to hear the case that Orly Taitz has brought before them.
That is why I do not believe that the Supreme Court will do anything to stop the destruction of our country. It is quite possible that they have all been given an offer that they cannot refuse, after all it is the Chicago Way to get things done, is it not? I pray that I am wrong, but I fear that I very well might be right.
I am sure the SCOTUS will side with Obama. Obama has the money and power backing him so all he has to do is what he is told. I believe he will remain in charge until his big money string pulling puppet masters are finished with him then he will somehow be eliminated. Due to voter fraud placing Obama in office 2 times I am sure the Democrats will take control of Congress after the 2014 elections. Then Obama will appoint his Supreme Court Justices and that will be the last nail in America’s coffin. I do not think anything or anyone can stop the Obama machine. I also believe the only reason he is sending planes and tanks to the Middle East is to help wipe Israel off the map. The US will be next.
We need to demand that all presidents who are impeached have their national security clearance permanently revoked. Where us the sanity of having criminals, or persons known to have violated the public trust running around with computer access and national security clearance privileges.
