Unfortunately, anyone in the armed forces is NEVER off-duty, nor can they ever engage in language that expresses disrespect to anyone in their chain of command. The military DOES NOT allow personnel to freely express their ideas. This is a fact of how they maintain order. The only recourse is to leave the service, become a civilian, and express your mind to your heart’s content. To do so in the armed forces is NOT allowed.
Granted, let me plainly state how I feel about our Fraud-in-Chief, so as not to be misunderstood… That vote stealing piece of crap needs to be hauled out in front of a firing squad and offered a cigarette and a blind-fold. The bullets used by the firing squad must be dipped in pig’s blood to deny this muslim freak his 72 virgin (boys) in his twisted idea of what “heaven” is.
Every penny spent by this Communist/Socialist/Marxist/Alinsky poser and his man-woman beast of a wife MUST be re-paid to the American people, from whom they stole it. Every person – in both parties – that knew about this criminal and the fraudulent act committed against the American people MUST be drummed out of office and replaced by those of honor. A tough call, I know…who among them have honor, and who that would have that job are honorable? Regardless, a real crime has been committed and our elected officials refuse to protect the Constitution. They ALL swore an oath to protect the document they shred daily.
We are all being pissed on and told it is raining… How much wetter, and stinkier does it have to get before “we the people” get it?
This once proud Marine will suffer the fools that are suppose to lead and issue lawful orders. It is too bad they are too busy protecting their own ass to realize they, too, are being pissed on.
Not enough voices were raised to oppose homosexuals in the armed forces. The result will be the downfall of our wonderful and once mighty and proud armed forces, to be replaced by weak and perverted freaks that are without honor. Don’t they know, once captured, even those who are not queer will be intimidated as though they were and made to submit to a whole new range of sick torture. This, in and of itself, should have spoken loudly enough to prevent ANY homosexual from ever being allowed to serve in the armed forces, closeted, or otherwise!
It’s hard for any Marine to consider a muslem who has never done anything for this country besides trying to tear it and it’s Constitution down, I feel there should be a law that a person running for any office has to have spent time in some branch of the millitary in order to know what is involved in preserving this greatest country in the world a free nation. This is the second American Hero who is being sent to the meat grinder for Oposeing a Tyrent that is not an American Citizen and dosn’t deserve to lick these guys boots let alone be in office !!!
If there was anyone who should have free speech, it should be someone in the armed forces who are fighting for just what he is trying to defend. Heaven forbid, anyone should be against O’s agenda and policies.

I was similarly fired from my state job, but got it back right away due to the co-mingling of their motive for firing me (speaking as a patriot online) with mention of my other postings on a church-related website. This smacks of Senator Peter Hoagland’s comment from the 1980′s; “Fundamental, Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000 when America will be part of a one-world global society and their children will not fit in.”
Patriots wishing to serve America in a military role need to join their state’s citizen militia, rather than join the US (NWO) military, to defend Liberty. Remember NOLA’05, when the military and BLACKWATER were sent to disarm law-abiding citizens at gunpoint. Remember the 1990′s story of Michael New, who was given a bad conduct discharge (aka ‘big chicken dinner’), for refusing illegal orders to swear loyalty to the UN and don the uniform of the UN peacekeeping farces.
Police and military ‘Oath keepers’, be careful how you spread the message about upholding the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic! Freedom lovers are the government’s prime target, regardless of whether a “D” or an “R” is in charge. The government wants to excise all the oath keepers from public service so they can wage assassinations against American citizens, impose martial law, disarm and/or detain entire populations, and so forth – whenever they deem necessary – without dissent within the ranks.

Not only is Cpl Stein’s free speech being severely limited, but he is being railroaded for doing nothing wrong! Unless things have changed since I left the military (1988-1998), servicemen are not required to obey unlawful orders.
Jerry Stein needs to be decorated with the highest of honors for his integrity, courage, and for keeping his oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution against all enemies (domestic or foreign)!
The only dishonorable ones who ought to be purged from the (at one time) great marine corps are the high-level cowards and corrupt scumbags — that are now unjustly persecuting Stein for his unwavering patriotism.

Stein and his lawyer(s) should refuse administrative, nonjudicial punishment and demand trial by court martial, which would invoke the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The UCMJ specifically provides that military members must obey lawful orders of superiors but have an equal obligation to disobey unlawful orders (see My Lai incident, Vietnam, circa 1968), which is what Stein said on his FB posting — that he would not obey any unlawful orders from Obama. No one in the military should.

Unfortuneatly The Marine in question has no time off the job. He is a marine 24/7. He can be brought up on charges for disrespecting a superior office at which, Barrack Hussein Obama aka Barry Sotero does not hold this position legally. He is a fraud put in position by means of conspiracy. He has failed to prove his US citizenship and is being investigated. He should also be brought up on charges of treason, war crimes, coersion, insider trading, conspiracy and should be impeached and arrested. If the marines superior officers had any B#$%s they would to nothing but support the charges against Obama I have mentioned. Political satire and humor are perfectly legal in this country, last I heard. Him saying he would not obey a unlawful order is part of every service members oath and should not even be in question. I feel considering the surcumstances any order coming from Obama is unlawful, he is a fraud.
I can say any Marine in a combat zone is forbiden to go anywhere without his weapon , keeping that in mind isn’t it strange that when Obama’s Sectary of defence gave a speach in the same combat zone , attending Marines were ordered to leave thier weapons outside and then go in to hear the lies passed on from Obama . I remember hearing from other Marines when Obama was running for office they had Marines lined up atr attention waiting for Obama’s plane tp arrive , then when Obama arrived they took him inside the gym so he couls don a “Marines” t-shirt so they could take photos of Obama shooting basketball with Marine Officers , then the rushed him out to his plane and he took of without a work to the troops !! not only do I resent Obama touching a “Marine’s” t-shirt since he nerved served in the armed service but the fact that after standing in the hot sun the troops never got a thank you or anything else ..Obama needs investigated , and impeached, and Lord knows the media needs to start doing thier jobs, they crusified Carter, and Nixon , Nixon at least made gas prices go back down when OPEC tried to do what they are doing to our gas prices today and getting away with it , oh I forgot the Muslems have a brother in the White House !!!

I can’t understand out how Obama ans his crew is getting away with throwing away with our Constitution and our rights under the same . The Constitution gaurentees us freedome of speach and just because the man was in the Marine Corps fighting for our rights under the very Constitution that Obama has spit on and gotten away with for the last 3 + years and gotten away with . Has society gotton so complacent that they are permitting an illeagle allien to , with the ade of George Serose, the Weathermen (the un American Terroist group) and the Black Panthers who pubically announced they have put a “bounty” on the head of Zimmerman . If it was a white man placeing a bounty on the head of a black that man would be in jail by now. Why isn’t our Goverment doing some enforceing of our nations laws. Why are our Congress, Senate , ands our Supreme Court not doing a thing about it ???? Are we not a free nation governed by our laws anymore ??
