this is political motive by the DOD. The U.S. const. said we have to defend from outside and inside of the United States that included the President of the United States.
It has been proven now too that Obama put out to the public a forgery he called his “proof positive” of his birth certificate. Sheriff Joe Arpaio of AZ after a six month investigation shows on his press conference that the birth certificate is a forgery. There for Obama is a forger and a felon. His eligibility is highly suspect and I think this Marine has every right not to obey this turd.

What this Marine has posted will be agreed to by many, but to wear that uniform, you and this Marine took an oath to “Obey the orders of….. ” and that includes President Obama. If the Birth Certificate is a forgery, it still has to be proven. As a Sgt. you should have heard about the UCMJ. It is helpful reading for someone who has advanced that far. It only took a few minutes to go through punitive articles that you missed. Article 88: Contempt toward Officials covers Obama’s Cabinet members an might even be twisted to include Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid. Living in this age, you are at a disadvantage. You may have never heard ofthe pipe smoking Douglas MacArthur who was fired by President Truman or the Bible reading, gunslinging and smooth talking George Patton who was fired by General Eisenhower. A good description of the charge? “Political Correctness”!
Other potential charges this Marine might face, besides raising the ire of his fellow Marines are: Articles 81, 82, 88, 92, 94, 98, 99, 104, 107, 117, and the catch all, UCMJ Article 13, which could include making faces, or flipping the finger to a General’s wife. (I even know of a situation where a military wife tried to rudely bully her way into a medical appointment and the volunteer/Admiral’s wife, uninvited her and her husband to a embassy level dress uniforn event. He didn’t do anything but Washington DC is a different world Remember, under UCMJ, your representation in front of the Presiding Officer may not be a JAG Officer and guilt does not have to be beyond a reasonable doubt and past offenses or behaviors do NOT have to be excluded in the eyes of the one person who would be your judge and jury. During Vietnam, if the Marine has an issue with the President, he had the right to seek redress all the way to the President under the UCMJ. I see in this revision, it seems to be delegated by the President to others. With the way things are going and surrender of political correctness to muslims, the Marine might be given an audience with the Secretary General of the United Nations or even an Ayatollah or Eric Holder
The second thing to take from this is NOT to give legal advice unless you have had to execute the paperwork for such proceedings, especially when the words “while the U. S. is engaged in a state of war with……”

I’m just not sure I understand your point. Yes the odds are heavily stacked against this man. The Armed Forces will crush him if they can as an example, although I’m not sure there is anything in his actions that contradicts his oath. What orders? Most certainly there are violations of the UCMJ, but not necessarily his oath. Anyway, the fact remains – he is right – Obama IS the enemy.
This Marine is right in everything I have read. The problem is that those postings disrespect the Office of the Commander in Chief, even if it is occupied by a clown that got his law degree from Crackerjacks or those fly by night ‘degree mills’ where you get your PhD in three weeks. If he knows law, I know brain surgery! If the Marine Corps does NOT address this situation with this Marine, the chain of command is diminished permitting others enough leeway to reflect the same truths. Extra Military Instruction (public humiliation) is usually effective. If they jail him, he may be digging a hole to bury his clothers, only to dig them up, wash them, iron them only to bury them again day after day. Rumbles of Mutiny? This Administration is highly vindictive. At every point where they have been caught in voter fraud, judicial activism, border security they have retalliated. The Corps may be the last unit to pull out of Afghanistan and get so-so support in doing so. Regardless of your or my opinion about his birthplace, or about the fraud by an Obama supporter (in Indiana I think where forgery got Obama “officially” eligible for their electoral votes), if you are in the armed forces, you are required to follow his “lawful” orders because he was sworn in to the office of President. Until evidence is found that is authentic, he has the helm!
Obama was born muslim somewhere and lived as muslim for the early years outside of the US where he gained an appreciation for their way. Somewhere he became “Christian” and like many I have seen became involved with unusual interpretations of living by God’s word. In practice, Obama seems more anti-Christian and anti-Israel and pro-Islam. Perhaps the idea of leading 310 million pales to leading 1.5 Billion is more appealing. The so called expert from Loyola and former military officer is a disgrace. The UCMJ strictly forbids obeying unlawful orders. We have an illlegitimate president, therefore all of his orders are illegal. Enlisted men do not swear an oath to the president, only officers do. Notice, no comments about the proven fraud illegally occupying the White House but they pick on a Marine who has withstood combat for God and country. As a Marine, and a military man, he took an oath to defend the Constitution against ALL enemies foreign OR DOMESTIC. Mr. Obama is an enemy to this country. He has shown this time and time again. He is a Muslim not a Christian, as he would have you believe. Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation brought forth many irregularities concerning Obama’s birth certificate as well as his Selective Service registration. He is the penultimate “Manchurian candidate”. There are at least 21 crimes under with he should be impeached. When is Congress, and specifically the Speaker of the House, going to bring article of impeachment against this domestic enemy of the United States? As a retired military officer myself, I have to take exception to Loyola professor and former U.S. Navy officer David Glazier’s comment, “The Chain of Command including the President is sacrosanct.” He has evidently forgotten the Oath of Office he took as an officer in the U.S. Navy. That Oath of Office, just like the Oath taken by every other military officer is as follows: “I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” As can clearly be seen by the Oath of Office that Mr. Glazier would have taken, it is not “the Chain of Command including the President” that is “sacrosanct”, but rather supporting and defending the Constitution of the United States.
Because this Marine is not an officer, but is an enlisted man, his Oath differs slightly from that of the officer’s , but it is nonetheless statutory (i.e. required by law) and is prescribed by Section 3331, Title 5, United States Code. One notable difference between the officer and enlisted oaths is that the oath taken by officers does not include any provision to obey orders; while enlisted personnel are bound by the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) to obey LAWFUL orders, officers in the service of the United States are bound by this oath to disobey any order that violates the Constitution of the United States. The enlisted Oath of Office states the following: “I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
Obviously, this enlisted Marine’s first responsibility is to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…” and secondly to obey the Chain of Command including the President of the United States in accordance with the UCMJ. The dilemma is, what happens if the orders that come down the Chain of Command such as he alluded to when he stated that he refused to violate the Second Amendment rights of the American citizenry by following orders to disarm them are unconstitutional and/or illegal? Obviously, following orders is extremely important within the military environment, but just as was clearly pointed out at the Nuremberg Trials following World War II, following ILLEGAL orders because they came via the Chain of Command is no defense.
Very true Colonel, I commend you. It has been a very long time since I was in the military but the oath I took to defend the constitution does not expire. Even at my age I shall make every effort to do exactly that if, and when, the need arises. Furthermore, the military I was a part of would not obey an illegal order (as referenced by this brave man) for the very reason(s) you stated.

Yes members of the military took an oath and so did I when I was in the military and I still feel that oath is just as valid now as when I took it. They do not have to obey orders they know are unlawful or illegal and demanding to disarm the citizens would be against our Constitution and therefore illegal. Old_Colonel, I agree with you to a point. Some officers I have seen think more of promotion than duty. For these, their hand salute is kissing the ring on the President’s his hand (or other ring). These people are “Lifers”. Real officers are saluting the Office of the President. In my navy military career, I saw defending the Constitution and Obeying the officers appointed over me were inseparable. When I retired, obeying orders and the UCMJ were dropped, but I frequently recite a pledge at my VFW Post. Like another said here, ‘Defending the Constitution’ is ongoing.
Regarding the Marine in question, I sat on court martials and I believe that at the lowest discipline levels, he could likely be nailed on one or more of Articles 81, 82, 88, 92, 94, 98, 99, 104, 107, 117, or the catch all, UCMJ Article 134. Officers of his own command who are embarrassed that higher ups might think that they were ineffective as they could not keep him in line, might be inclined to nail him regardless of evidence. Four decades ago a man nailed for looking at a woman officer, (mental Rape) under Article 134. Sounds foolish, but the fact it convened proves the pettiness.
I fear this Marine’s writings are more serious. In a system that can become less honest in processing factual evidence, some officers are likely thinking about how they can justify a conviction, before they are even selected or before even the first word of evidence. Perhaps the years have eliminated this, but I see that Redress by the President of the United States as been removed from the UCMJ that I remembered so well.

From my experience, having served in the U.S. Army many things became abundantly clear once swearing my oath and stepping across the line. Among them freedom from unlawful search and seizure, being held in the hostile environment of boot camp, and oh yes, The Marine Corps can say what it wants about one of it’s members calling Obama a “domestic enemy.”

The military is made up of American citizens. The country IS NOT made up of military. People need to start remembering the way this power structure in this country flows. Too long have people not had a voice because they are belittled and put down, or intimidated by a false structure. Too long people have quoted the constitution as grounds for unjust laws being able to stand on their own merit. When a country cedes its power to a secondary structure the country is lost and becomes something else. When a country is set up with the structure ours was and is, then people have the right to change their government representatives, but not the government. And when the representatives decide that they have enough consensus (ie: majority/power) to throwout the government, then it becomes the responsibility of the LOYAL citizens to SPEAK OUT against the tyranny taking hold…
But once that tyrannous secondary structure makes itself known by stifling the words and actions of good people that are loyal to the established laws and government, then it becomes imperative that we the people loyal to the constitution and land, that was consecrated in BLOOD for us, take stronger actions. I commend this Marine for being an exemplar of what our truest definition of hero is, and I hope that he is not alone in this fight, I know I support him and I know our founders would support him as well….

Very well thought out and presented. I too am an Army veteran and a 38 year law enforcement veteran. I have sworn oaths to preserve, protect and defend our sacred Constitution and that oath comes far above following what I would perceive to be illegal orders to disarm our population in an effort to put down a revolt against this illegal POTUS. There is no a doubt in my mind that he is not qualified under our Constitution to be President, nor is there a doubt that he is committing impeachable acts by placing our military in harms way every time he decides to use our fine military at the request of the UN, bombing and killing citizens of other nations who are not an imminent threat to our nation, as defined by our own Constitution and requiring the actions of our Congress. I salute this young Marine and will support him. and any others who take this stand.

Now, President Obama has announced his intention to run for a second term despite a questionable citizenship.
The man born in Mombasa has managed to run the White House well and wants another term. Obama has decided not to reveal his citizenship because if he does, he will be taken to court for having ruled a country against the constitution which states that a president must be a citizen by birth.
Sources disclose to API that President Obama will write a very interesting biography revealing his birthplace, but only when he is no longer the President. One thing he should not forget, however, is the fact that he can still be prosecuted after leaving office.
The former Mombasa Imam who gave Obama’s mother the birth certificate after the birth of Barack Hussein Obama is now living in the UK after seeking for asylum in 2008 when the subject of Obama’s citizenship was in top gear. The Imam fled Mombasa to Britain where he decided to remain for his own safety. The former Imam tells API that he will soon hold a press conference on the issue.
One of the biggest ironies is that if his dad was an American, like Frank Marshall Davis–(google him), it wouldn’t matter where he was born. F.M.Davis just may be his dad…he knew the Dunhams in Kansas before they all moved to Hawaii. Davis was married and couldn’t claim paternity despite the fact that it was well-known that he had sex with boys and girls, but Obama could and did. The fact that Ann Dunham and Obama never co-habitated and that Barry doesn’t look like him makes me believe that FM Davis was his dad. They were both Marxists, so it’s in his genes and ‘up-bringing’.
Also, if he was born in Kenya it seems that his mother was willing to do what it took to make it look like Obama was the father…One woman claims that Barry was actually born in July, making it possible for Ann to attend the University of Washington State, which Corsi covers in his book: Where’s The REAL Birth Certificate?

They went back to “Jobs” and instead of jobs, they went to Cap & Trade before you even knew what happened. How would you have liked $6 gas, $6 heating oil and no job? Your Republican “racist” saved you from that! Still no jobs! Obamacare had to be passed to see what was in it and jobs plummeted and kept many out of jobs. I was out of work for nearly 900 days before I found a part time job. And I have three technician ratings with years of experience. Still asking where are the jobs bills? It is NOT racist to ask why a package of beef that I purchased in 2007 for under $10 is now $18; hotdogs (big package) where $14 are now $23. Is Obama doing a good job because he follows the same policies of Roosevelt that kept unemployment in the teens through the entire 1930, while Obama’s is just over 8%. When you can change the numbers to say prices rose only a few points when it is routinely 1/4 or more, such practice is cooking the books or lying to the people. Do you believe 10/18 and 14/23 equal the 2 or 3% that Obama’s number crunchers are telling you? How are you doing now?
