OK, the Sham Closed door hearings start next week and General petreaus will not have to testify and we know the Truth will NOT come out so the Powers that be have already solved this cover up & lying Scandal to their satisfaction (not ours). Impeachment means nothing! It is two-stage process that begins in the House of Representatives with a public inquiry into allegations. It culminates, if necessary, with a trial in the Senate.
Being the Senate has a Democratic majorit it would be a waste of time and tax payer money! With illegals pets, felons, dead people allowed to vote I am sure the Democrats will take back the House the next election. Those reading this should write to your reps and tell them we demand to have a reciept confirming who we voted for at every electio. Now that the illegals are given drivers licences all they have to do to vote is register an address show their DL and vote. They say that requiring a person to have ID to vote is disinfranchising the poor and the elderly, but it is OK to disenfranchise poor and the elderly when it comes having to show an ID for the many institutions, a very long list, that demand a person show their ID. If we do not have to prove who we are to vote then we should not have to be required to carry ID for anything!

First of all in order to be impeached you must first be legally elected into an office. Since the person in the oval office IS NOT legally in office you can’t impeach him. Charge him/ them with multiple Felony, Federal and State crimes, in the investigation there should be enough evidence to charge Everyone in the U.S. Govt under the RICO Act. Problem solved. Confiscate all their worldly belongings, as there were acquired while operating a Criminal Enterprise. Then get a bunch of businessen, under strick control of course, and run this country as a business.

There are mant angry American citizens that truly beleive that the President should be impeached. Although I am not angry, because I found along time ago that it doesn’t pay to be Angry, not even righteously angry, especially since it doesn’t help get anything accomplished, but, I to beleive that the President has more than one reason to be impeached, there are quite a few reasons why the President deserve to be impeached, I just beleive that it would take a an Army to impeach him. I say this because, it really appear’s that, he can get away with anything. Now, if the mainstream media had been against the President, and told the truth, or at least had done their job by telling the citizen the News. What has been happening is, the Mainstream media (msnbc, nbc, abc, cnn, etc..) has been keeping the news out and away from the Public, so therefore, the American citizen does not hear the Truth, unless of course they turn to Fox News, who appears to be Fair, and Balance, like they say they are, they would at least hear two side’s instead of one side. So, what do we do? Right at the time it appears that all we do is talk, talk, talk, like we have been doing for a few years with nothing or no one except for some American Hero’s, (Generals, Admirals, and Special Op’s) they have, seprately pressed charges of Treason’s, which really needed to happen, and the courts, at least some, are Listening. America need’s to get on the same bus, I have, and start drawing up case’s against the President. Benegazi isn’t the only reason to press charges against the President, what about the oath he took when he became President, to protect America from enemies foreign, as well as Domestic, of course there will be some to say, what about OBL, or about these American Jihdast, all this President has done was capitalized off what the Bush Administration received off these jihadst prisoners info. the CIA got off them, but you noticed that Obama has not once given Bush any credit, not the good kind, the only credit the Obama Admin. does is blame the Bush Admin. for all the bad. Impeachment could happen, but with Reid running the Senate, it will not be brought to fruition. I have wondered for 3 years why OUR military or OUR federal marshals have not just walked in and taken his sorry butt out to prison and a trial for treason. Seals are being punished for releasing data, but Obama gets off scott free! Enough is enough. He has to go before it is way too late to save America. Let the lazy and those on dole who don’t deserve to be (such as those laid off from work or no work to be found) have their welfare monies taken away. Let them learn that good government deserves being informed, responsible and doing the right thing. Rosech, for the military or Federal Marshals to “just walk in and take his sorry butt out” would be considered a revolt. The reason there is a Constitutional method to impeach a president is because he is immune from criminal prosecution until he’s removed from office. Once the US Senate removes a president, he can be prosecuted under the appropriate criminal statute.

If the (and there are only a few) Republicans get serious about this (or Fast & Furious or foreign campaign contributions or suppressing the military vote or any of the other treasonous and unConstitutional actions of Obama) the Democrats will cry “sour grapes” or “witch hunt” or something equally untrue, the press ( the enemies of truth) will shout and hold these grandstanders protecting Obama up as the righteous guardians of freedom, the millions of moronic Obama voters who do not know anything of what is actually going on in the world or the country will seek their next fix of sex, porn, drugs, booze, McNuggets, entertainment or whatever else will keep them hypnotized, and nothing will happen. Obama will again become increasingly emboldened to further destroy the country and take the next step toward destroying the U.S.
As a Constitutional matter, impeachment would be quite appropriate for both the Benghazi murders and the Fast ‘n Furious cover-up. As a tactical political move, though, it would be fruitless because the Senate Socialist-Democrats would never vote to remove their beloved Obama. I say impeach the bum anyway so at least it will be a matter of record. How much does it cost anyway? The US runs a deficit budget anyway, so what’s the big deal about cost?
I sure hope so, we can’t have him in office for 4 more years. The future, of the children are on the line. The future of everyone is on the line. To those on this thread who are talking about the Constitutionality or not of the impeachment avenue, or otherwise how to remove Obama from the office, a couple of thoughts:
1) I agree with those who say/believe that the impeachment process is not the way to go because BO is ineligible for the office. Why? Not just because he is does not fit the NBC requirement for the office. (The legal beagles could try to hem and haw over that one for donkey’s years.) But because he authorized a fraudulent document about his birth to be posted on the official WH website. On that basis alone, he can be ousted. It was/is not just a criminal offense; it is a felony. He is, by definition, a criminal. As to how to oust him for being so:
2) There is an alternative constitutional process for this sort of thing. If the Courts fail to pursue it,, and the Congress fails to pursue it, then The People can take their country back from such despotism and into their own hands. It would undoubtedly require a March on Washington of The People, Assembled – led by Oathkeepers, and followed closely by Article Twoers and Tenth Amendmenters and Secnd Amendmenters and Tea Partiers and those Occupy Movementers who understand the constitutional aspects of what is going down these dark days, and any other non-specifically-affiliated citizens, mad as hell and not going to take it anymore – who dissolve their agents the Congress, for not doing their constitutional job in this sort of matter AND for being an accomplice to and after the fact of the said felony (thus making themselves subject to criminal proceedings themselves); and who appoint an Officer OF The People (Art. II, Sect. 1), who will declare new elections to be held ‘within a time certain’, and in the meantime, clean out the Augean stables of the executive branch of government of all those servants of The People who are not doing their job properly/are simply shills for the very enterprises that they are supposed to be regulating. Oh – and to eliminate the income tax and the Federal Reserve, since, as I understand it, the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified anyway. (Now, if The People want to reinstate those institutions – through the proper constitutional channels for that sort of purpose – that is their business. Their rightful business.)
And let the chips fall where they may.
What needs to happen is the same thing that happened with Nixon. We need the tapes. We need to see the drone video and we need to have a record of where the President was at that time and why he wasn’t in the situation room. We also need to know where Jarrett was because she’s always near the President. Was she in the situation room or her office on the 3rd floor? Was Obama in his office on the 3rd floor or was he somewhere else? Where was Oba-Jar at that time?

I believe that the politicians worry about how history will remember them, If the case of treason is raised enough and the Obama followers start to feel the economic strain, which they eventually will cause the pot will run dry, I think you will see the Democrats get as far away from Obama as possible, they do not want to have the word treason by their name in the history books.
This man will have to go as a foreign agent. He is not a citizen or a legal President where he should be able to be impeached. If this man fails to prove without question he is a legitimate citizen of this country and eligible for the Presidency, then he should be arrested as a foreign agent. If he is a proved citizen and eligible, he should be impeached for stupidity and for aiding and abetting the overthrow of this country as a traitor. He and his group should not be allowed to take away the freedoms of future generations of this nation. Our people in uniform have died by the hundreds of thousands over the years to safeguard this nation and to have these events going on without those leeches standing up who can, and make their own mini-sacrifices, then they need to be recalled for not doing their jobs. This nation is being disgraced by cowards in political positions who will not stand up for the people who are paying their salary. It is time for a revolt of those who stand for decency, fairness and those who stand as a nation of laws by the Constitution of this land. These people are even in our schools indoctrinating our children and youth as this is being written. It is TIME to stop this NOW.
The proof exists that Obama came into this office as a fraud. Why is that so hard to believe when he is tearing down this country right in the faces of the people, trampling the laws of this nation and using the Justice Department and Homeland Security to help him implement his power over the laws of this land? The states need to bind together and take action on this enemy of America and present the truths to the courts under non partisian judges or citizens who are wanting the truth. By now Obama and cohorts have judges, politicians, and low level civil services workers in place who are being used to disrupt the laws of their communities, towns, cities and states to the point that Justice is taking a back seat to thugism. It must be stopped now for our grandchildren will be unable to contend with this as they have and are being indoctrinated and confused as to the real Truth and History of this nation. It must stop with us NOW for we are all that is standing between this country remaining free or giving it to the lawless.
Action Committies needs to be formed for Truth in Education, Voting and Implementing of our laws on the local, state and federal levels that are non partisian. These judgeships taken to implement one party or the other must stop or there will be no cases brought forward seeking justice. This can and will result in lawlessness and of people taking the law into their own hands. Many good people who want Justice will be tainted with records that will follow them, when they are only after Truth and Justice. This may be a sacrifice some have to pay to bring down these criminals to face the crimes they are committing against the people and future generations. If it has to be done, it will be done as we will not stand and watch those leeches in our government get paid and not protect this country.
I am in aggreement with Michelle Malkin on impeaching the president however the scandeldenoius and betrayal by those in the highest echelons of government of the proggressive socialist mindset will prevent this from happening!
