Now that ACORN has lost its Census Bureau contract and Senate funding, grass-roots conservatives are trying to decide what’s more outrageous – the organization’s wrongdoing, or the media’s blatant reluctance to cover it?

Media is fighting for Obama by ignoring recent news
“Truly shocking” is how The Los Angeles Times described the ACORN revelations on Tuesday.
Fox News viewers weren’t shocked: They’ve known about the scandal since the leading cable news network broke the story last Thursday. But the LA Times, the first major newspaper to offer an editorial on the latest ACORN scandal, is actually ahead of the curve compared to the rest of the mainstream media.
In fact, in the 24 hours after the controversial videos were first posted on BigGovernment.com, the collective mainstream response could be virtually summed up as follows: “Story? What story?!?”

Besides Fox, the Internet, email, the most reliable source of news about what's happening in the US is publications outside the US like the Canada Free Press, the British Daily Mall and Telegraph and a few others. In other words the NY Times, Washington Bost, LA Times are the LAST place you would go to for objective coverage of what's really news. People who read these propaganda rags might as well read Prava and Izvestia. In fact, they would probably be better informed if they did!
Come'on now…you know that journalism is dead in the mainstream media. They are merely cheerleaders for the liberal agenda, they are not reporters of hard hitting news.. Do you really expect cheerleaders to yell out, "Hey, our team cheats and are inept!"?. Hell no. They just keep carrying the water like good little drones.
If you want REAL news you either have to find it in some European newspapers (like the London Daily Mail), on Fox, or in the alternative press on the internet .
No wonder the MSM is cratering. They need to think we're as stupid as they are, and it isn't working. I don't waste any time on the MSM – both on television or in print. It'd be a real waste of my time. I want ALL the news – period. If I wanted the "approved" White House party line, I'd log onto its website, but I'm not interested in lies – many of which I can confirm with my own experience. I'm also not interested in having my email address added to a "hit list". Just now, I'm pretty sickened by what I see happening, and I just pray that this wonderful country can survive what's happening now.
