Now we must be wary of the despot appointing two additional democrat supreme court justices in advance of the multitude of criminal allegations that he will face.
Obama violates his oath to the Constitution every day. He is a tyrant. Press your congresscritters to remove him from office. There will be riots in the ghettos, but it won’t be as bad as what Obama will do if not removed from office.
DHS and other alphabet agencies have recently purchased over 1.8 BILLION rounds of hollow point ammo – enough to shoot every man, woman, and child in the country 5 times or more – ammo that’s illegal for military use under international law, and have just ordered 7,000 FULLY AUTOMATIC “personal defense” weapons. How does anyone with the capability of rational thought escape the conclusion that our government is preparing for a war on its own citizens?
Looks like we are getting pretty close to finding out just what We as Americans are really made of.
I couldn’t agree with you more carlwk3c. I look forward to the day that they give me the opportunity to take their guns and ammo for my own personal use. This country is bound for civil war…or if you prefer…RED DAWN! From what I’ve been hearing about Chinese buying our land and businesses…it’s just a matter of time. None of them have any real desire to stop him, they are working with him and together they are all making the final push to end the Republic and U.S. Constitution.
America is where it is today because of CONgress. The Republic is dead, the oligarchy is taking over. The political elite in this Nation will not give up their power willingly. We will have to take it from them. They know that, and that is why they will let unconstitutional gun laws take effect.

The Republican members of Congress are duplicitous low-lifes who care only for thier own re-election. They possess the backbone of worms. Don’t expect anything from them.
The USSC can only rule on what the constitution says. The congress has to press charges against violations of the Constitution and the dems have the majority and will do nothing. Reid will never bring it to the floor for a vote. There is only one way left to enforce the rule of law. That is us! We have our backs against the wall! We need several well known respected leaders to call the people to march on DC. Ex military types would help!
It’ll be “1776″ all over again ! This time in D.C. not Mass. We won’t have to ride our horses, we can take our cars, bus, trains, bikes ! Just have to decide when we want to do this !! How far do you think we should let them push us ???

Obama has the opion that the courts mean nothing and he will do what he pleases….impeachment is the right way to get rid of him but we all know that ole Harry will never bring that to the floor, so next, from the sound of the people, maybe the HLS will get to try and use their guns, but it will be to no avail….the people will win…….
And who will question the NLRB’s position? NO ONE! Democrats are overjoyed. Republicans are chicken-s***s.. The Justice Department is part of the conspiracy. We have no representation left. And as far as the conservative commentators, like Mr. Levin, I respect his diligence. But he is preaching to the choir. I like all good commentators, but the problem lies in the fact that conservatives possess an over-abundance of these Thomas Paines, a preponderance of Benedict Arnolds, but not ONE, SINGLE, SOLITARY George Washington! We need a few more leaders and less chatter.
I am thinking we all know the answers. First Reed needs to go, along with a lot more of them. What we need is a strong leader, not more talk. We need someone that knows the law and has back bone. Levin seems to know the problems, how about some answers?

I think it is really time for all American patriots to start praying for a change. God promised us very plainly in 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people called by name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and heal their land. That is as plain as it gets, our Founding Fathers believed and prayed and God overcame their obstacles and they were successful. What do we have to loose?
Karol424, you are very correct. But, there is a story I heard once and it goes like this: there was this man and he lived by a river which started to flood. He decided to stay in his home to protect it. He was praying to God to keep him and his home safe, but the water kept rising higher and higher. Pretty soon the man was on his roof praying to God to save him. All of a sudden a man in a boat came by and asked the man to jump into the boat. He didn’t because he said no, God is going to save me. Still the water kept rising and then a helicopter came by to save him and the man said no because I have prayed to God to save me and He is going to save me. Well finally the man drowned and when he got to Heaven he said to God, “I thought you were going to save me”? God said: well I sent you a boat and a helicopter to SAVE you and you denied their help you sent them away and so now here you are.
My point is that even though we pray sometimes we really don’t listen or see the wonderful work that God is doing for us when we pray on certain things. But God is always listening and helps us in ways we don’t see. So even though things look horrible as they do at this time in D.C. and we ask God to heal us and save us, he does give us insight and knowledge all the time we just need to listen and hear HIM. God sees all, hears all and loves us all, because after all we are made in God’s image and we are His children. So, next time we get messages which we do, all the time, listen but also follow through in a correct way. For instance, my message is strong to tell people to call and/or write their sheriff’s, governors, congress, etc. We all need to contribute to the whole in a positive but kind way. God sees our actions as well as hears our requests. Be strong and keep your prayers flowing, but also follow through in positive and effective ways, if you get the message to. God bless

THE ONLY OPTION IS TO ORGANIZE WITH UNITED STATES MILITARY DIVISIONS AND ARREST OBAMA FOR TREASON AND BEING A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY/ECONOMY. MILITARY CAN REFUSE TO OBEY ORDERS FROM A PRESIDENT IF HE IS UNABLE TO SHOW PRESIDENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/CREDENTIALS AS WELL AS ARREST HIM IF HE IS DEEMED A THREAT TO NATIONAL SECURITY.
Listening to campaign promises is not the answer, because they are not reality. Change should demand background checks on potential candidates. Who a candidate is makes up about 90% of his/her chances of getting my vote. It seems that the current administration is Socialist/Communist in nature, so that would make 50% of the voters are Socialist/Communist. People who scam to get something for nothing and actually are entranced with their scam that they actually believe it, and will lie, cheat, steal, and even kill to uphold what they believe even if it is a scam. The morals and standards of this Democratic/Republic need to be uplifted. And I would say that begins with me. I do know that Christians have a tough life living in a Communist government. Would you vote for a President if you knew he was involved in killing people because/for profit (ex. whitewater in Arkansas)?

Google the following and you will see that the military can’t and won’t be allowed to get involved MILITIA ACT of 1903. The only protection you have is your local Sheriff. So, call them or write them to find out where they stand. Also, call or write your Governor and ask them if they are going to “nullify” any illegal actions from the federal govt that come to take your guns or infringe on your person and property. Its a simple thing to do, pick up your phone and make some calls or WRITE to them. Trust me, it works, because I HAVE!!!
If we impeach him we are acknowledging him as president if we just charge him with treason than the military can come handcuff him and take him to prison. Also it would be easier to undo all that he has done. With impeachment the thing he has done will stand because he did them as president and they will be a lot harder to undo. And punishment would be more savvier.
Everything that Barry Soetoro has done since January 20, 2009, is unConstitutional, since Barry is an unConstitutional president. Rant on Mark-Mark-Mark who sounds like a dog with a hair-lip.
I’m totally appalled of our sorry-a$$ judicial system. To rule it unconstitutional then do nothing is inexcusable! These sorry judges are just as bad as our so-called leaders/representatives in Washington! I say fire the whole bunch and let’s put judges and leaders in with good values and morals…and some common sense to boot! This sucks mud through a straw America…it’s time to get back to basics!!!
Obama should be automaticly removed from office for not upholding the constitution in the oath he took
From what I have heard, the court can’t force the NLRB to get REAL members, and the five (5) members can keep meeting and making policies BUT, none of their policies are LEGAL until they get those three (3) real members APPROVED by the Senate. Any policies that the NLRB makes (apparently 200 of them so far) are ILLEGAL. If the people/company’s are negatively impacted by any of these illegal NLRB policies they NEED to sue the NLRB and the courts WILL throw out any and all lawsuits based on the NLRB because they are illegal. It’s WONDERFUL news actually, because the court finally stood up and told Obama that they are the final decision makers of what’s “legal” and what isn’t!!! LOL
We the people and ALL bloggers NEED to write to your Congressmen/women and tell them to IMPEACH Obama on HCR3 and HR129 or call them (202) 224-3121 and tell them to act!!! If we have time to blog we the people have time to make a CALL. I saw the following comment recently in a blog: “there are over 300 million of us and 535 of them in D.C.”!!! CALL for goodness sake.
If you know of any company or person impacted by the NLRB policies then tell them about the above and tell them to sue because it is an illegal sitting group now, okay? God bless and have a GREAT day.
by constantly allowing his bad behavior we are giving him permission to do these unconstitutional acts. In order to relieve ourselves of this individual we must act and move forward with any and all current court proceedings and be rid of him. Once rid of him we can then start to heal this country and undo all the harm he has put into play.
