Last month, FOX News reported that someone at Eric Holder’s Department of Justice has been leaking information to Congressional committees about the Obama Regime’s Mexican gunwalking enterprise Fast and Furious. ATF Investigation Reports (ROI’s) that reached the offices of Senator Charles Grassley and Congressman Darrell Issa revealed gun runners and drug dealers to be secretly in the employment of the FBI. And a Mexican illegal, already wanted on weapons charges, was shown to have been turned loose by a remarkably accommodating ATF agent.
And now something new has been added to the mix. On March 28th, Senator Grassley wrote Kathryn Ruemmler, Barack Obama’s chief Counsel, to inform her that Congressional committees investigating Fast and Furious wanted to question Kevin O’Reilly, a former National Security Adviser to the President.
O’Reilly’s relationship to Fast and Furious first surfaced last year. Former Phoenix ATF office Agent in Charge Bill Newell admitted under questioning before Darrell Issa’s House Government Affairs Committee that he had exchanged a number of e-mails with O’Reilly at the White House concerning gunrunning operations at the Arizona border. The White House later released a carefully selected few of those e-mails intending to prove that, as Fast and Furious was not mentioned by name, the White House knew nothing of and had no part in the scheme.
But such were not the conclusions drawn by Issa or Grassley. “You didn’t get these from me” Newell prefaced one of his e-mails to O’Reilly as he laid out details of ATF plans for an upcoming press conference on border gunrunning.
Questioned by committee members as to the reason for such a cryptic warning, Newell refused to answer, ultimately stammering it meant nothing and perhaps shouldn’t have been stated at all.
Yet the White House still refuses to allow Kevin O’Reilly to be questioned by Congress. In fact, shortly after Newell admitted the ongoing correspondence, O’Reilly was shipped off to Iraq on “special assignment.”
In his e-mail responses, O’Reilly was very interested in what Newell told him of ATF operations and guns crossing the Mexican border. He asked questions and clearly wanted additional information on Newell’s progress.
Was O’Reilly the White House point man, entrusted with gathering intelligence on the day to day goings on in the gunwalking scheme? Clearly if the White House needed a “back door channel” for obtaining information on the progress of Fast and Furious, an e-mail exchange between “old friends” would provide excellent cover.
And was O’Reilly suddenly sent thousands of miles from any potential congressional subpoena because Newell’s admission before the Issa committee had revealed not only a key Administration method of transferring information, but also the keen interest of Barack Obama in the progress of his “under the radar” scheme?
Most important perhaps is the increasing value of the DOJ leak, for congressional investigators obviously received new information which prompted this sudden rebirth of interest in testimony from Kevin O’Reilly. After all, ten months had passed since O’Reilly’s name was first mentioned, yet now a letter appears from the offices of Grassley and Issa revealing a sudden and eager interest in his testimony!
This can only mean that the DOJ leak is causing real problems for Obama and Eric Holder, making it ever more difficult to keep the lid on their deadly, Fast and Furious plot to undermine the Second Amendment. Will Republican leaders have the courage and will to take advantage of it?

This is just like what the Clintons did with Ron Brown. When the special investigator wanted to interview him, Clinton suddenly sent him to Bosnia, where his jet mysteriously crashed, killing him. O’rielly better remember that and have set up some kind of “insurance”. Soros won’t hesitate in removing this threat to Obama.
Remember that famous phrase, “Ron Brown’s body lies a rot’en on de plane”?

Nor the airline stewardess who allegedly surivived the crash, and was escorted off the wreck by plainclothes mystery men, that Bosnian forces supposedly allowed to happen and not knowing who they were. And later, she was discovered in the morgue. Supposedly, killed in the wreck, even tho’ several soldiers saw her walk off with the 2 unk.s. with no major injuries.

My thoughts exactly. They should arrest him overthere and bring him back under armed guard. Holder isn’t one to be trusted. Maybe they should water board O’Reilly and get the truth out of him first and get it on video tape.
Is Issa actually pursuing this or is it just “wag-the-dog” to kill time until O’Bummer’s REGIME totally takes over?
Congress COULD do something bu they roll over as if dead. They’re DISGUSTING!
Obama and Holder are up to their elbws with Fast and Furious. There are nothing but lies coming from both of them and they continue to cover up all the corruption, malfesance of office. Time to subpoena both of them and catch them in perjury so Obama can be impeached.

This republican house appears to be afraid to bring any charges on any matter against Obama or any one in his administration. Why? Because they are completely on board as co conspirators in his usurpation of the office of president and commander in chief. Why would we expect that accomplices would turn their ring leader in? Congress has all the ammunition it needs to not only impeach Obama but also to arrest Obama, Holder and a number of others on treason charges.
However Congress has become so corrupt that performing their sworn duty to uphold the laws of the land has become hampered by their own complicity.
We are living in very dangerous times and I know that I am placing my neck on the block by simply writing this true and accurate statement and we can expect all hell to break out in the very near future.
However, we can all sit around, hiding in our holes, being careful not to come under scrutiny by the state and wait for our inevitable fates or we can put ourselves at risk and try and stop tyranny in its tracks.

Congress may have all the ammunition they need to impeach Obama but they will never use it as it will not only bring down Obama it will bring down many in Congress as well…. They are all corrupt and knew he was not eligible to begin with. Pelosi committed perjury and fraud when she signed to have Obama placed on the Hawaiian ballot…. Holder acted under the approval of Obama with fast and furious and it would be nice to see both of them charged and removed from office….

Did not see a definition of what constitutes a terrorist or an act of rebellion. You don’t suppose the Tea Party would fit into that catagory would you? As Glenn Beck predicted a couple of years ago he is making Congress completely irrevelant and he now has SCOTUS in his cross-hairs. This is getting to be a worse nightmare every day this man remains in office. What’s it gonna take to get this piece of crap thrown out?
This reminds me of when King David sinned against God and had an extramarital affair with his best friend’s wife, in doing so, she became pregnant. When King David heard that she was pregnant, King David had his best friend shipped off to war in hope that he would get killed, and he was killed in battle. That is what came to mind when reading this story. I hope the guy comes back safely so America can hear the truth for a change, instead of having to listen to lie’s, lie’s and more Lie’s, the Obama administration is the best ever when it comes to lies.
My Mother always taught me to never hate anybody, but Mama died before she knew ODUMBO. I hate him so much it hurts. Not him as a person but his arrogance. The second thing I hate is how people just stand there and take his lip. If I were around him in person I grab his lip and stretch it over his head so he would HAVE to shut his big mouth. But the thing that really makes me mad is how much of a cowardly party the repubs have become. With the exception of one man, Congressman Allen West, the rest of the lot ain’t worth shootin’ ! I knew things would get bad after John Wayne died but I had no idea they’d get this bad ! It’s a pity…all the real men have gone on to their reward and just look at what we have left …It’s enough to make a grown man cry. If I even THOUGHT it’d do some good to cry I’d have at it.
We need to revive the Constitutionalist Party and write in ALLEN WEST for president.
I have a sneaking suspicion Ron Paul may just take his delegates and go to another party when and if he dosen’t get the GOP. If he goes to another party I will support him. He has the popular vote and even with all the fraud he is neck and neck with Romney and delegates. He beat Obama in a poll for presidency. We have to get Obama out. For the first time I am really afraid for this country and all Americans.
Well I have to agree with you on some points, except about 7% of congress is on the right track, and it just isn’t Reps. it is the Dems also. Both in the house and senate they have no guts to do the right thing. It is almost as though someone is holding a gun to their heads. Maybe they are bought and paid for. Maybe they are being blackmailed. It all amounts to the same, the agenda is destroying this country and our Constitution and it comes down to this, 93% of them are in bed together and 7% are powerless to do anything but vote and 7% won’t carry any weight.
