The biggest mistake that Sheriff Joe Arpaio made at his press conferences was when he said’I am not accusing the president of having committed any crime”. The fact is that the document was posted on the official White House WEBsite and Obama was and is the direct beneficiary of the posting. The White House put it on their official WEBsite to deflect the comments that Donald Trump made about Obama’s birth-certificate.
Instead Sheriff Joe should have said that there is absolutely no doubt that the document that was posted on the official White House WEBsite was and is an absolute forgery. A crime has been committed by the White House and similar to operation “Fast and Furious” no one is being held accountable.
That comment by Arpaio is called a “disclaimer.” It is a statement he made to avoid being sued for slander and defamation of character. The evidence itself makes the accusation.

The reason is that he does not have any evidence. When the CONSERVATIVE secretary of state of Arizona, Sheriff Joe’s state, asks Hawaii to confirm that Obama was born there and that the facts on Obama’s birth certificate are correct, and it does, and the CONSERVATIVE secretary of state of Arizona accepts that confirmation as a facts and rules that Obama will be on the ballot in November, that means that the secretary of state does not believe Sheriff Joe and does believe Hawaii. The same hold for Mitt Romney, who repeatedly called Obama “Mr President” in the debate, and for Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck and the National Review.
