Democrats are in for a real surprise if they think Paul Ryan is a push over. The beauty of the choice is it makes a clear choice between big government liberals and Obama and leaders that have worked hard to limit the size and scope of government in our lives.

I think he is a great choice. The adults of this country realize that we have GOT to address our entitlements that otherwise will most certainly drive us off that fiscal cliff. The infants meanwhile, manipulated by the marxists and America haters, will taunt and do as they’re told to tear down this man, just as they would any other potential choice. They don’t matter. What matters is doing the right thing for this country, for our lives and our children’s future, before it is truly too late. Rep. Ryan seems like a decent man, with mid-western sense and polite charm. He’s smart, he’s bold and I believe, I pray, that this team will be in office come January. The choice otherwise is living under the tyranny of the USSA.. Go get ‘em Romney-Ryan!
Barbara, I totally agree with you. This looks like a good pairing. I’ve heard lots of good things about Paul Ryan. It has to be better than what we have now, a man that wants to be dictator & his sidekick the idiot. If these two manage to survive another election, this will be very bad news for our children & grandchildren. They have already made us the laughing stock of the world & driven our economy into the ground. I am sad to say that my son is one of the many unemployed statistics & still hasn’t been able to find a job. Things really need to turn around & I am hoping Romney & Ryan will be able to do it. I know it won’t happen immediately, but at least we know they will do their best to get our wonderful country back on it’s feet, and put class back in the Whitehouse. Right now the Obama Whitehouse is a total disgrace. Go Romney/Ryan!!!
I for one am glad that he picked Ryan. If he picked Polente or Portman that would have been the safe pick so i’m glad to see that he took a walk on the wild side so to speak. I think that if Ryan describes in more detail what his plans are for medicare people will be on board with them. One thing they need to do though is offer the president a trade for every year of tax returns Romney shows he has to show one of the records that he has been hiding all these years. Why would he spend millions of dollars keeing all his records a secret if he had nothing to hide. We need to get him out in 2012 or he will become our dictator in cheif forever.
Romney/Ryan 2012 pray it happens for the sake of all americans. One last thing anybody but Obama even bozo the clown would be better than him.
I just saw a headline from WND in which Michael Savage rips Romney for this pick because, I guess*, he think’s Ryan’s an easy target. He did this to McAmnesty over Palin because he said she was a “nobody” and I’ve listened to Savage enough to know that he’s got misogynist tendencies. (*I didn’t want to hear this rant.)
Anyway, what Savage seems to be missing is that it shows Mitt has the courage to put a real conservative on the ticket rather than another RINO or an ineligible Rubio or Jindal. Paul can take it and they have already started to dish it out because Paul DOES scare them, so much so that they have donned their Depends.
One thing i would like to know is: who does Savage think would be ‘the right’ pick(s)?
