Just like the Marijuana Initiative, the Feds say it is Illegal, the States Vote it Legal. If they Ban Guns or Assault Weapons, the States Vote them Legal, and say, “NO, not valid in my State. We Vote to protect ourselves with Assault type weapons and High Capacity Magazines when the mob violence begins because of Racial tensions.” Let the Feds fire the first shots, not state or local police.
