Terry Jones, the Florida pastor who threatened to burn a Koran (and eventually did), is running for president. And his campaign website, Stand Up America, just posted an article entitled, “8 Reasons to Impeach Obama.”
“A US President can be disqualified and removed from office for ‘Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors,’” the campaign statement begins. “We see Obama’s ‘service’ to our country as a trail of bribery, fraud, intimidation and lies.”
Among the actions that outrage Jones are:
- The president’s continuing financial ties to ACORN;
- Allegations that the president used “illegal tactics such as ballot stuffing, falsifying documents, voter intimidation outside polling places, and threats of violence against Hillary Clinton supporters to gain votes for his 2008 primary election”;
- His “refusal to release his long form birth certificate or the microfiche as well as his college records“;
- “Car dealerships owned by minorities and women have been given special treatment by the Obama administration as part bailing out the auto industry. His administration is also responsible for the forced closing of a number of dealerships located in rural areas that did not vote for Obama“;
- The president “attempted to bribe Rep. Joe Sestak with job offers to get him to drop out of the Senate primary race against Sen. Arlen Specter”;
- The oil drilling moratorium in the Gulf of Mexico;
- Ending Bush-era oil drilling contracts, thus depriving the nation of needed sources of energy; and
- “Obama’s illegal practices are also greatly responsible for the legalization of abortion in Kenya by the spending of $23 million of taxpayer money through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).”
The Impeach Obama Campaign is not associated with Pastor Jones. Its founder, Floyd Brown, has strongly denounced the pastor. Many of the campaign’s supporters disagreed with his stance at the time.
Whatever one’s opinion of Jones’ Koran-burning past, it seems he is thinking clearly on the impeachment issue today.

Pastor Jones I wish I could contact you and beg you not to run for any votes pulled off bye you would give obama that much more of a chance to win! Just as when that little Texas Twit Billionaire ran and he pulled enough votes off the Republicans to set all this obam garbge in motion! Remember Perot ran as an independant and I liked his ideas but I knew he would screw it all up and he did! Sometimes I think the Democrats paid him to run knowing that the split off vote would ensure their marginal election and look what it got us! Downhill ever since then under Clinton regimes and it was a prelude to this idiot that is in the White House Now!
Pastor Jones, I had never agreed with what you did to the Koran, but you have the right to speak your mind as well as do what you want as long as it doesn’t abuse an individual to the point of hospitalization. I never agree with an eye for an eye, althoughs those muslim dogs do, I also don’t agree with the cutting off of someones head either. I do agree with instead of burning a koran, getting rid of radical muslim from the USA. Here those rads have at least 15 places across the United States or more, for the training of radicals to over throw the United States, and that is a FACT, so getting rid of these radical muslim dogs, I mean really getting rid of those dildo user’s on themselves muslim dogs. I hope you can read between the lines. Those muslim dogs, don’t deserve to breath the air of Freedom. Not just that, but Real Americans need to start looking to join resistance groups, there are plenty of them around. You really need to think about joining not just for your sake, but the sake of ALL Americans. Here we have a great threat coming from these muslim dogs, and coming out from the White House, they may be our main threat.
In the grand scheme of things I find that burning the Korneyran was wasting a match. I would much rather see it flushed down the toilet and the pages used as toilet paper. I see everyday on the news reports where muslimes have burnt a Christian church and killed all of it’s members, and then someone has the audacity to take issue with burning that silly little comic book the muslimes can’t even read. I’l be so damned glad when Americans start acting like Americans again. I’m sick of seeing Americans cower down in the presence of a threatening external force. We’re Americans…we bow to NO ONE except Jesus. We need to get up off our knees and stop apologizing for offending someone. We’re so sorry for offending your teeny weeny little feelings but you’ll just have to pull up your big peoples panties and deal with it. To hell with muslimes, after all that’s where they came from, the bowels of hell. If people don’t realize that islime was written and compiled by Satan himself and is being orchestrated from hell’s domain you are beyond help and you maybe should just join them. As I stated earlier it’s time to act like Americans and do the right thing. If you don’t think immigration/invasion is an important issue ask any Native American. Here is a quote from our greatest founder, who without him and his tenacity America might not even exist. His words are filled with wisdom….”Experience teachs us that it is much easier to prevent an enemy from posting themselves than it is to dislodge them AFTER they have gotten possession.” I see smoke and blood in abundance in our future if we don’t defeat the dragon.
