A Kenyan lawmaker told the nation’s parliament last month that Barack Obama was born in Africa and is therefore “not even a native American.”

During debate over the draft of a new Kenyan constitution, James Orengo, the country’s minister of lands and a member of parliament for the Ugenya constituency, cited America’s election of a Kenyan-born president as an example of what can be accomplished when diverse peoples unite:
“If America was living in a situation where they feared ethnicity and did not see itself as a multiparty state or nation,” Orengo posited, “how could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?”
Orengo held up the U.S. as a country no longer “living in the past,” since Americans elected a Kenyan-born president without regard to “ethnic consideration and objectives.”
Debate is then recorded in the Kenyan government’s official March 25, 2010, hansard – a traditional name for printed transcripts of a parliamentary debate – as continuing with no other MPs mentioning or attempting to correct Orengo’s comments about Obama.

My neighbor is a retired Marine and we have frequent gripe sessions on the sorry situation we are embroiled in. We hold our oaths in reverence but are at a loss of what to do, other than prepare our immediate families for what could become a very tragic finale. I hope we still have mostly patriots in our military, intelligence services and federal/state/local offices and that they discuss and analyze current events around the water cooler and at social functions. The “4th Estate” of our free republic form of government had better awaken and do its job and start seriously investigating the mounting evidence that Obama was not physically born in Hawaii but instead only had his birth fraudulently registered there by his maternal grandmother after the birth in Kenya, upon return of Obama’s mother with the baby, in order to get the newborn child U.S. citizenship which was easily done with a mail-in form using the lax laws of Hawaii in 1961. The press and media best start investigating and using their FOIA powers and resources to get to the truth for the sake of our nation and Constitution. Failure of the media to dig into this sooner has resulted in the crisis getting to the point it is at now. Failure to investigate now will only allow it to get worse. James Orengo assumes, without evidence, that Obama is the son of Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama the Luo tribesman. DNA analysis would probably disprove both. Obama's DNA is likely to show a mother of a different haplogroup from Stanley Ann's and a father of a different haplogroup from that of Obama the Luo tribesman. Further, comparison of Obama's mitochondrial DNA with that of Stanley Ann's daughter Maya Soetoro-Ng would probably show that they do not match. All children of the same mother, even those by different fathers, have identical mitochondrial DNA. So if Maya is Stanley Ann's daughter and Obama's mitochondrial DNA does not match hers, it is biologically impossible for him to be Stanley Ann's son. If Stanley Ann could not be Obama's mother, she did not give birth to him in Kenya or anyplace else. DNA is the key. Where is the DNA?

Yuki, yes Obama is an American citizen, BUT that alone is not enough to be eligible to hold the office of president. In America there are several different types of citizenship. Natural Born citizenship is needed to become the president of the US. That has normally been assumed to mean TWO parents who are citizens according to several cases before the US Supreme Court.

Obama may not even be naturalized. His Mother did not meet the Immigration requirement that she be an American citizen for a period of TenYear/Five years after the age of 14 which was mandatory in order for Dunham to apply to Naturalize Obama.
