   On January 21st, British journalist James Delingpole wrote an excellent column titled “Obama declares war on reality,” in which he ripped into our Mombasa Messiah over this part of that weasel’s inaugural yammer:
   

   “We will respond to the threat of climate change, knowing that the failure to do so would betray our children and future generations. Some may still deny the overwhelming judgment of science, but none can avoid the devastating impact of raging fires, and crippling drought, and more powerful storms.”

   The first sentence is a blatant untruth. Concerted global action so far to deal with the threat of climate change has resulted in: higher energy prices; more deaths from fuel poverty; more intrusive regulation; the destruction of rainforests and the squandering of agricultural land on biofuels; higher food prices; famine and food riots – as a result partly of the drive for biofuels; the entrenchment of corporatism and rent-seeking to the detriment of free markets; the ravaging of the countryside with ugly solar farms and even uglier wind turbines; the deaths of millions of birds and bats; the great recession. How any of this has in any way benefited either our children (who are going to find it far harder to find a job) or future generations is a complete mystery.

   The second sentence is a devious combination of the junk factoid and the non sequitur.

   That “overwhelming judgement of science” is a reference to the comprehensively discredited Doran survey: the one where the “97 per cent of climate scientists” turned out to consist of just 75 out of 77 climate scientists who could be bothered to reply to two silly and dubious questions.

   As for the idea that “science” ever has such a thing as an “overwhelming judgement”: this would be news to Galileo, Newton, Einstein and indeed all the great scientists of history, all of whom made their names by advancing theories which completely overturned the “overwhelming judgement” of their contemporaries.

   So what sort of analysis did our leftie-luzer lamestream legacy media clowns give this “environmental” garbage to show it up for the pure Cargo Cult Science crock it truly is?

   Judge: my admiration makes this difficult to state: but you are wrong.
   Regardless of what Congress did/does, no violation of the Constitution is “legal”, as you stated.
   Chief Justice John Marshall in Marbury vs Madison said that: “An act repugnant of the Constitution is void.”
   So no matter what Congress did (or does) they themselves cannot alter the Constitution.
   And anything they do that IS contrary to the Constitution is not a valid law.
   But they (liberals and RINO’s and others who hate the USA) ignore the Constitution daily in order to empower themselves….against US.

   What is far more worrisome than the tyrannical behavior of the man in charge of the Executive branch (NOT the Legislative branch!! But he is now LEGISLATING!! (dictating))….is the lack of a majority of representatives willing to confront him….thereby keeping their oath to protect the Constitution.
   Which makes it absolutely necessary for US to do so.
   PESPECTIVE: there are probably not many more than 1,000 (party leaders, representatives, bankers, lobbyists, those elected or appointed to abide by the Constitution, et al.) who are utterly DESTROYING a nation of 300,000,000. 300 million AND all their progeny will cease to have any rights not gifted to them by ‘Big Brother Barack’ and ensuing leftist dictators.
   And it is now THEM telling US what to do.
   EX: THEY knew that 75% of US did not want them to sign OwebamaCare into law.
   They did anyway. (GFY)
   EX: Polls show that the vast, vast majority of US (77% according to left-leaning CBS) want spending slashed….and slashed drastically. But only a small minority of Republicans are willing to do what WE want. WE: their masters!
   But this isn’t what THEY want.
   So WE are NOT going to get it.

   Any executive order issued by the phony fraud in the White House is not a valid order as the phony fraud has no right to issue anything. Anyone following any executive order coming from the White House is committing treason to our country by following these orders and should be removed from office.
