An article on Esquire magazine’s website, claiming that the publisher of Jerome Corsi’s new book about President Obama’s birth certificate is pulling it from bookstores, may have been written as a parody, but not everyone is laughing.
The Esquire story, written by Mark Warren, spread across the Internet moments after being posted on the magazine’s website Wednesday morning. Esquire has said it was a joke and Warren told TheDC he has no regrets about posting it.
“He is an execrable piece of shit,” Warren said of Corsi.

If its in print that Corsi was pulling the book off the shelves when he isn't then sue Esquire by all means and use the money to putout another book.
Corsi, is apparently hitting a nerve and someone is trying to stop him. Thanks to Esquires blunder in publishing Mark Warrens garbage, they will most likely end up in a lawsuit. I hope Corsi sues Esquire and Warren, for false information and for loss of book sales. Does George Soros, also have Esquire in his pocket, as he does the lame street media? This administration, gets the soft glove treatment from MSNBC< ABC<CNN<NBC and CBS,as well as the New York Times, and a host of others. While it is true that it's difficult to sue over a parody, it's also true that you can sue for libel when false accusations are made in print. Consider the Supreme Court's decision in the case of Hustler Magazine, Inc. v. Falwell:
"…Hustler magazine's parody of Jerry Falwell was deemed to be within the law, because the Court found that reasonable people would not have interpreted the parody to contain factual claims…"
The premise of Mark Warren's article, is that Barack Obama's eligibility is evident, and thus would lead Jerome Corsi (and his publisher, Joseph Farah), to pull the book off the stands.
Thus, in order to qualify as a "parody", you would have to concede that no reasonable person could believe that Barack Obama is eligible to be president. Otherwise, Warren's article is not a parody; it is a malicious attempt to injure Corsi (and Farah) professionally and financially.
It is also tough for a public figure to sue for libel, which is why the National Enquirer and most blogs are able to survive. And there's no denying that Corsi is a public figure, or that Joe Farah has worked very hard to make himself one.
Sue; then depose, depose, depose–especially the Hawaii Department of Health, etc.
With Language like Warren's he has no credability. Anyone that writes like that means nothing to me and I won't read it. It shows just how much he knows about the English language.

Numerous inconsistencies in the document finally presented sure indicate that its just an inexpensive fake …. $2 million to prevent the document from being shown, and $50 bucks to have a really bad forgery made. Why not dismiss all the "silliness" from the start, if there was a legitimate document on file in Hawaii. So much for a transparent administration.

With Mark Warren's insistence & influence Esquire for the first time endorsed Obama for the 2008 election & Esquire's circulation took a nosedive

Esquire readers (who would have been unlikely to buy Corsi's book in the first place, except as a gag gift) would have been tipped off by such lines as, "a reflective Farah, who wrote the book's foreword and also published… Capricorn One: NASA, JFK, and the Great "Moon Landing" Cover-Up,'" and the "quote" from a "WND source" saying: "He called up Corsi and really tore him a new one… I mean, we'll do anything to hurt Obama, and erase his memory, but we don't want to look like fucking idiots, you know?
