Comedian Jon Stewart ripped Mayors Rahm Emanuel and Tom Menino on Thursday night for pledging to block Chick-fil-A from opening new restaurants in their cities, siding with those on the right who say such a move would be unconstitutional.
“Pretty sure you can’t outlaw a company with perfectly legal business practices because you find their CEO’s views repellant. Not sure which amendment covers that, but it’s probably in the top one,” Stewart said. “I think maybe the mayors hadn’t thought this thing through.

Gee, I wonder who the lefticles are going to target next? This seemed to work real well for Chick-fil-A. I even wrote to Dan Cathy and asked him to please, please, please build a store in my town or near my town here in SE Nebraska so we can get in on the next big “protest”. Thanks, everyone, who was lucky enough to live near a Chick-fil-A. I sure would have loved to have been there with you. (Bet it was real good, too, wasn’t it? You lucky stiffs!!!!)
Well, a fellow in a red suit, horns and pitchfork just told me “It froze over.”!
JON STEWART sided with the CONSERVATIVES!?!?
Will wonders never cease. I never thought this day would ever happen. What is he smoking… There must be a reasonable explanation for his comment here… SHOCKED!
He didn’t side with anyone. He spoke the truth, and in favor of the constitution.
I was in attendance at Chick Fil A on the lst. A great experience even though I had already waited almost 2 l/2 hours and had to leave for a previous appointment. They were all gracious. What I liked best is the woman behind me had 3 kids with her, pre-teen and teens and I asked if she had to drag them there and she said no, it was their idea. So unlike the other side, that actually made fools of themselves. I don’t want to go out with my children and see people kissing whether it be gays or heterosexuals. And what about all the destruction. The people I saw on the 1st were no radicals like the other side. We have as much right to voice our opinion as they do.
How does sharing something good equate to bashing someone,? How does that equal hate? I can disagree with someone and still love them, I can share my beliefs while at the same time not casting judgement on others for there’s. Someone has a sick twisted since of fairness, I say if you want to be treated fairly you need to get a realistic view of fairness, why do you think you can demand your point of view and not give others there’s, you cant even be civil nor peaceful and anyone with a different view better just shut up run and hide and bury there face in the sand… I think I have a right to be herd, way more than them, having had to live with the shame of being molested by a obviously bi stepfather, I should be able to scream from the house tops any evil thing I WANT fag sicko queer whatever words I chose to describe the shame of the evil that was forced upon an 11 year old boy
