With all of this new documentation that the"new" birth certificate has been "layered" and this can be proven,it's obvious that not one of our illustrious Republican candidates has the"balls" to follow through on this.

Obama, Jr., does not pass the Constitutional natural born citizen requirement thus is not nor could he ever be eligible to The Presidency (or Vice Presidency) of The United States.
The reason that the US Congress voted to confirm Obama's election unanimously was that not one single member in the 100 Senators and 435 members of the House of Representatives believes that the citizenship of Obama's father has any effect on Obama's Natural Born Citizen status.

The 535 members of the US Congress included in January 2009, Congressman Ron Paul, and he voted with all the others to confirm Obama's election. Neither he nor Senator Rand Paul has called for an investigation of the place of Obama's birth or whether or not Obama was a Natural Born Citizen.

Actually, that's not true. Andrew Jackson, the victor of the battle of New Orleans, had TWO foreign parents, both Irish (British subjects). No one would ever claim that Andrew Jackson was not loyal.
Some birthers say that he was an exception, that Andrew Jackson was eligible only due to the Grandfather Clause of Article II, and that he would not be eligible if he ran today because of the citizenship of his parents. But the cause of him being a Natural Born Citizen was his place of birth (North or South Carolina, I forget which), not his parents. So, if he ran today, we would not lose the chance to vote for a great president.
Also, the mothers of Woodrow Wilson and Herbert Hoover were both foreign citizens. They were also US citizens, but only because of a law that said that foreign women who married US men automatically became US citizens. But that is not naturalization in today's sense of the word, in which you have to swear an oath. Neither Hoover's nor Wilson's mothers ever swore that oath–so they were still foreign citizens, and only US citizens due to a temporary law.
So, it is a stretch to say that all of our presidents had two US citizen parents. And, even if that were the case, all of our presidents until Kennedy were Protestants. There is always a first for new things.

Obama, born in 1961 of a U.S. Citizen mother and a British Citizen (born in Kenya) father, was born a “U.S. Citizen” by virtue of his mother’s U.S. Citizenship; however, since Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen and thus not “attached to the U.S.,” Obama, even if born of a U.S. Citizen mother within the jurisdiction of the United States, is not, by definition and Constitutional intent, a “natural born Citizen” as is specifically required by Article II, Section 1 (the Presidential Clause) of the U.S. Constitution, and is, therefore, ineligible to serve as President.
British citizenship was conferred to Obama at birth by act of British law. Thus, he is born of dual citizenship.
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution stipulates that “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of the President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Within the context of the Framers’ actual meaning (letter of the law) and express purpose (spirit of the law), being a “natural born Citizen” requires that citizenship must be passed on by the constitutionally pertinent principle of natural law (see Law of Nations by E. Vattel, 1758, which consistently and profoundly influenced the Framers’ intent when fashioning the Constitution), which assumes that citizenship is inherited from one’s father’s citizenship.

I don’t understand all the worry about the precise definition of ‘natural born.’ We have a president who as far as the best investigations can determine has multiple forged documents. He says he’s running for a second term. Regardless of which side you’re on, wouldn’t you like to know the truth about those documents? Either they were forged to hide something that (I’m guessing) 100% of us would like to know, or there is a monumental conspiracy to claim they’re forged — Sheriff Joe & his ‘cold case’ posse, Jerome Corsi, Donald Trump, and more — DOZENS of people.
Either our president is hiding something that — since he considers it of surpassing importance — is important to ALL voters, or there’s a massive criminal conspiracy to get him dumped. As a voter, I’d like to know which it is.
I do have an opinion: I spent several hours studying the BC copy on the White House web site. Knowning from nothing about ‘layers’ I just looked at what I could see by blowing it up 8x. I simply cannot see how that thing could be a scan of a single document: There are too many things that disagree from one place to another. Anyone can do the same, and I urge those who don’t know what to think, to do so: Blow it up 8x or so (all browsers and photo software can do this) and just look around. If you’re old enough to be familiar with manual (mechanical) typewriters, count the number of typewriters represented there. Look at the signatures closely, look at the various official stamps … Yes, it looks okay on a casual 1x look, but when you start digging, you’ll find a whole lot of WTH? stuff.
My opinion proves nothing. But as a voter it convinces me that there should be an official investigation — the House would have to do it, I suppose — before the election. I have written my Representative accordingly: I hope that if your personal study leaves you with serious concerns you will do the same.
