Simply put, people are not shopping at J.C. Penney. AFA and OneMillionMoms are showing success in the effort to educate people to Penney’s aggressive national campaign to promote “gay” marriage.
The company is going downhill fast. Since February, the company stock has lost more than half its value, and Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services lowered its credit rating on J.C. Penney Co. further into “junk” status.

Good to hear this, you want to support queers, go broke, same for Targets, next on the list to go broke. Wake up stockholders, the American people are speaking with the power of their money. Do you really think the real American people will support what they feel is wrong? If you don’t think so, keep supporting the queers, but start looking for another job because you won’t be in business long.

Good news indeed. Personally I’ve believed for a long time that true Americans should systematically target ALL left-wing supporting enterprises, perhaps two or three at a time, especially the hollywood and silicon valley communists.
I just cannot fathom hard working Americans knowingly helping to “fund” as it were, organizations that are absolutely hostile to our way of life.
Boycott EVERYTHING democrat!
For me, it is important to make sure any investment I make (however small), that it is in Christian based businesses. If companies think they can side with the morally corrupt, I can’t see myself frequenting their business. If they remain neutral as any business should, that is different. By siding with the anti-Christian ideology and they allow it to show, so that my grandchildren see this as a new norm, they have just cut me out of their clientele. It is not my business to know how or where their moral (or immoral) compass leads them. I’ll pray for them, but I won’t be back.
BOYCOTT JC PENNEY. I am sick of all of these companies caving to “politically correct” (but morally incorrect) leftist groups. Thank God for organizations like Chick-fil-a and Boy Scouts of America that have the courage and integrity to stand up for what is right. Not another penny will be spent at JC Penney!
All I can say is “POWER TO THE PEOPLE”. I don’t know how the Boy Scouts did it, but they did and I was never so happy and so ashamed of the Girl Scouts. We won’t be sending them our girls anymore. I didn’t used to eat at the shops while “malling” but I make an effort to spend a dollar in all the Chick-Fil-A’s I find.
I don’t spend money on any of those on the Tea Party Snit List and nor frequent the business online. You are free to profess your political point – I am free to spend my money or not when you do. I do not understand for the life of me, how any bussiness living on the support of the people can be so stupid as to slap them with an offensive position and still think we will support them. When did a public business think they had to put their political oppinions out there? To support a part of America against the other? They will learn to either be solid behind America or keep their mouths shut. We the people have the funds and the sword of vote. Now, do you really want to tell me how you feel about anything? I think you should keep the conversation on dresses and your political feeling to yourself.
Let’s hope that same thing happen’s to BO, he ends up as “Junk Status” and is blown out of the White House in a landslide. Gay people have a right to live as they like but they should not expect to have the Government endorse their way of life one way or another and that is exactly what BO did.
I used to spend about $2,000 a year at J.C. Penney’s. I paid them the $8 I owed them on my credit card in January and haven’t set foot in place since their endorsement of gay marriage.
Stupid move, on the part of Penney’s! Retailing is one thing…but injecting their personal tolerance for a particularly controversial issue, such as gay marriage…is darned-near SUICIDAL! Many Americans have had various counter-productive directives and laws, rammed-down our throats…against our better judgments, we are FORCED to tolerate and accept certain things that are anathema to some of our values. As a result, many of us feel that we are held-hostage, by political-correctness…REGARDLESS…and, have been MUZZLED, where free speech, is concerned. Penney;s, apparently, has been immune to many of the strictures that many have been saddled with…and, took a flying-leap into the “soup”! And, it appears that the “soup” is boiling-hot AND spoiled, to boot. Moral, of the story…In today’s America, you must be judicious in your use of “speakiing, freely”…especially when there is the strong risk lf offending the values of your audience…
