An urgent plea to impeach a “Christianity-hating” President Obama for alleged “high crimes and misdemeanors” was issued today at the start of WND’s “Taking America Back Conference” in South Florida.
The call was announced by Floyd Brown, president of the Western Center for Journalism, who asserted in strong terms the commander in chief is deliberately trying to destroy the principles on which the U.S. was founded.
“The Obama presidency is a disease,” said Brown. “Article 2, Section 4 (the impeachment clause of the Constitution) is the cure. And it’s Obama’s hatred of America that makes it absolutely imperative that we take action now.”
“Barack Hussein Obama is not some do-gooder that has had his plans go astray,” Brown added. “He is not a person of good will just trying his best to make America go the right direction. He is not. Barack Hussein Obama is a liar that absolutely knows what he’s doing to the United States of America. He has a plan. He has an agenda. This man knows exactly where he’s taking us.”
A political innovator, writer and speaker, Brown has now running an online campaign to impeach the president.
“Barack Obama is a very dangerous man,” said Brown. “Over the last two years, we have been watching the slow progression of what I call a bloodless coup.”

But since you asked: I think the GOP will gain control of the House and possibly the Senate (though I predict that Dems will hold at least 50 seats, and Biden breaks ties). Much could still change either way, since only in late September or early October do most Americans start paying much attention.
Even if Republicans win both houses, that might actually help Obama in 2012–and there won't be anywhere near the number required for impeachment (two-thirds of the Senate is required, after all, and only one-third are up for re-election this year).

Well, a majority in the House can impeach–but can't remove him from office. That requires a two-thirds vote in the Senate. Bill Clinton was impeached by the House. He wasn't removed from office.

Everyone needs to stay constant on their congressman/woman in regards to impeach the President. You may not think this will make a difference, but mass spread of word is the only way to do this, you have to diligent and continuous in your persuit on justice. You have to be a constant voice to your congress, you town, your friends. You have to keep spreading the word. They will spread their lies and try to sugar coat the bias media in order to turn things into what the truth is not for they know they are about to loose the majority. Do not falter in your convictions for you Know the truth! If you do not stay constant we will not be able to repeal the bills already set forth. We MUST stay a constant and work together!
I absolutely agree with this concept…when an elected official makes no bones about his dislike and rejection of basic precepts upon which this country was founded (even though we have been in a slower 'coup' for about 100 years), it finally becomes obvious that something must be done. Consider: during the debate leading up to Obamacare Republicans in Congress and Americans gathered around, and in, the Capitol Building clamored for adoption of two health care cost reduction ideas – interstate health care policies and tort reform. These ideas were not taken up and discussed. As a long term benefits professional, I knew that adoption of these ideas would achieve high cost-reductions in the cost of American health care.

The House could conceivable vote for impeachment–but I'd bet they won't. Regardless, the Senate won't vote by a two-thirds majority to remove Obama from office. It's something that has never happened in U.S. history, even in more turbulent times than this, so folks shouldn't get their hopes up.

I think that there are, and were, many more people who wanted to say it, write it, report on it, but didn't and won't because Obama is named "President" – therefore, he is a given noteworthy person to hold the office…when in fact he isn't. People have to get past that label of "president" behind his name, and see what and who he really is.
I know I have been saying this before he was president, before he was a candidate, and have since then. I certainly hope that the vast American voters have finally seen the light, opened their eyes and join in with the rest of us to get him and his appointed administration out of our White House.

The goal of impeaching a president, or any federal official, is a perfectly legal, constitutional goal.
It certainly would be difficult to achieve, as you have noted, but it is perfectly legal and constitutional, and people who hold this view should be encouraged to attempt to impeach, as opposed to the constant cries for military coups and the implied desire (in a few cases stated) for violent nuts with weapons.
Of course, those who cry for impeachment do not remember that the replacement for Obama would, of course, be Biden.
