I tell American Black men that they are AMERICANS! NOT “refugees”, “political prisoners”, and other outcast outlooks downloaded like malware.
I remind brothers (of ALL colors) that we MUST be MORE than our circumstances!
This Not-So-Great Recession is breaking spirits from one end of America to the other. My “Make Peace With America” message is needed NOW more than EVER.
American Heroes within each of us are needed now more than ever! Big faces in high places don’t have us at the top of their To Do lists!
Hard as things are presently, it’s up to us!
Was the first winter the pilgrims had hard? YOU BET! No central heat nor high-tech thermal clothing was available, so guess what? People died cold and miserable.
THANK GOD YOU AT LEAST HAVE COMFORT TO COMPETE FOR TODAY!
Was it hard being an African slave or an American one for that matter? YOU BET! As much as we gripe about (VERY) high taxes and liberty, no one owns us outright- not yet at least.
THANK GOD LEGAL SLAVERY AND ITS FIRST COUSIN, INDENTURED SERVITUDE (WHICH MANY WHITES WERE WHO FIRST ARRIVED TO AMERICA) ARE OVER!
I’m not giving you some pie-in-the-sky rap where everything is gonna be fine if we hold hands and sing an old Negro spiritual.
I AM SAYING we’ve got to look to our history (ALL OF IT and not just our portion) for inspiration- and information!
People who had it MUCH WORSE than many of us made it. We need to study their stories deeply.
Everyone reading this has an American Hero inside him- or herself. This American Hero may already be active, helping others with little more than good intentions to keep him going.
Other American Heroes may lurk under the surface, struggling against doubt or depression. I’m saying you NEED to be a Hero for yourself first!
You’ve got to slay dragons in your life; and with that strength, you can help others do the same. There are men, women, and children who draw strength from strong men in their midst.
The American Hero within can either be late (as in dead), or great (as in larger-than-life.)
Your move, boss man!

One thing most people forget… blacks any way…. they were SOLD to the white man here in the states… but it was the BLACK man who did the selling. Yet the blacks blame the whites for all of it. I didnt have anything to do with this cause it happened hundreds of years ago… yet it’s brought up daily by blacks….. like I was one of their masters they worked for. Their hatred should be toward the black men who SOLD them… not to the buyers.
A lot of people are slaves in one form or the other… If some yard man from Mexico comes by your house and wants to mow your yard… you say.. sure.. then pay him what you can. he walks away and goes to another yard.. and they do the same… is that a form of slavery…?? If not.. then what is it… The blacks worked on the land the whites owned… they had food and shelter… the mexican man only has a few bucks… no shelter… and no food.. Perhaps he can buy some with the few bucks he got for his mowing.
So you see.. we all are used in one form or the other… but it’s time for the blacks to stop this constant hatred for the white man. I didnt do it to them.. I wasn’t living hundreds of years ago.. but that hatred carries on through regardless… They are wanting to be able to hate us continually.. and this is their only way…
Let’s say a cousin of mine murdered some girl or boy… that family is horrified their son or daughter was murdered… Did I do it..? No… it was my cousin… Do they hate me for it… No.. it wasn’t me…. but the blacks hate ALL white people cause of this… doesnt matter which white it was.. they hate them all…. now does that makes sense to you… ???? No….. ! None of the whites now were slave owners.. it was hundred of years before their time… Obama gave all the blacks when he came to office reparations for this unjust of slavery done to them… yet they STILL hate all the whites…. so this will go on for centuries and centuries…. that hatred they feel for the white people will never die…. trust me on this..
