Obama’s biological is irrelevant to his eligibility. The only thing the law cares about is obama’s LEGAL father. The legal father is the name of his father on his birth certificate, whether that is his biological father or not.
Good point, however, DNA would trump the named father. I would hope that whoever illegally destroyed the birth records in Kenya would have kept a copy for themselves, but then why not put it up for sale by now ? It would surely bring BIG Bucks, might also get the seller an early grave, if he or she is still alive now. Could use DNA from the half brothers and sister for evidence of the real father.
Sorry to disappoint you, but DNA evidence would NOT trump the named father on a birth certificate this many years later. DNA can only be used to remove a man’s name as the father of a child on a birth certificate within a certain period of time after a child’s birth. The exact amount of time varies from state to state. After that time the man stated as the father on the certificate becomes the child’s LEGAL father, which is all the law is interested in.
I saw some of those pictures in 2007 when I was portraying Barry’s background.
There have been rumors that Uncle Frank was Barry’s father but we will never know the truth. From what I read years ago, it was his grandfather, Stanley Dunham, that hooked him up with Frank Marshall Davis to be his mentor. Stanley was a card carrying communist and so was Frank.
