There has been little information and a wealth of mis-information concerning Libya and the September 11 attack in Benghazi. As corrupt and secretive as the Obama administration has been, we may never know what really took place leading up to and during the time that 4 Americans were brutally murdered.
So when I read a report about a group of anti-Al Qaeda Libyans who are living in exile and claim to have classified documents that implicate President Obama, I felt compelled to share it with you. After reading this and hopefully checking for yourselves, I’ll let you be the judge of whether or not the report is true or false.
According to the report, this group says that it has obtained highly classified documents, many from the Libyan government that provides evidence that Obama literally gift-wrapped Libya and handed it over to Al Qaeda operatives. These operatives in turn control the new Libyan government that replaced Muammar Gadhafi. They have released a few of the documents they claim to have and say that they will release the rest to the National Center For Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism when Mitt Romney is sworn in as President of the United States.
They claim the documents provide evidence that the jihadists were armed by the Obama administration. Further, the Obama administration was fully aware that key positions within the newly formed Libyan government were being given to key Al Qaeda operatives and those who have ties to Al Qaeda.
The group of Libyan exiles state that it was these reasons that caused U.S. Ambassador Stevens to be concerned about troubling surveillance of the Consulate in Benghazi and his request for more security which was denied. They also state that the failure of the Libyan government to provide extra security was a purposeful act carried out by the government’s mafia-type system which ultimately answers to Al Qaeda leadership and control. It was these same Al Qaeda leaders whom the Obama administration apparently approved of in their new key positions. Therefore, they conclude, the Obama administration is knowingly to blame for the deaths of the four Americans in Benghazi.

As a hypothetical federal grand juror, and in light of the Benghazi murders and cover-ups, attempts at unilateral disarmament, failure to defend our borders, military destruction by sequestration, repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, indefinite detention under the 2012 NDAA, etc., who would you indict under the following federal treason statute?
“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” 18 USC 2381.
If we cannot redress substantial grievances judicially or legislatively, what are our options and duties?

I agree. That’s why he went into Libya with troops illegally without going through the House first was to get rid of Kadaffi and put the muslim brotherhood in control.
BFD-I wrote the X-act same with a demand to hang his sorry butt out to dry to my Congressional Rep. Her response was “I’m not on the House Judiciary Cmte, but ‘they’re working on it’” was the gist of her response. She’s a good egg, a small business-owing citizen and not a politician with self gratification her goal or intention. She’s as outraged as I, just a bit more reserved due to her current position in the House.
I think either FEAR of embarrassment for America is an excuse we might hear from many in Congress. WHY is implausible since the World Press has had a heyday with BHOs crimes & misdemeanors. Secondly could be they want to have all the ducks in a row before the fire the cannon. Beats the dickens out of me, but he should be arrested and held w/o due process since that is part and parcel to what his Administration has done with US policy dealing with ANY SUSPECTED TERRORISTS. He and his lackies are all guilty of aiding and abetting the enemy. The Gallows or facing a Firing Squad would be the old-fahsioned solution for such conduct. It would surely send the message to other traitors/would-be-traitors as well as our enemies that American and her Citizens mean business! He’s Public Enemy #1 and an unbelievable embarrassment to this Nation.
Sure hes guilty but he knows nobody in D.C. has the balls to call him on it…they dont want to be called RACIST and lose that cushy job…you think the first 4 years were bad?…you aint seen nothing yet!
