Is Machete Control Next, Justice Breyer? Gun Control Not Enough?

world mexguns full 6328 Is Machete Control Next, Justice Breyer? Gun Control Not Enough?

It took five days for the news to finally get out because the leftist media didn’t know how to spin it, but they did. Last Thursday, gun control extremist Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, his wife, and guests were robbed at machete point inside their own home.

The irony of this incident is that despite having some of the toughest and most draconian gun control laws in the Western Hemisphere since 2008, St. Kitts/Nevis has been on The State Department’s travel advisory list warning Americans who must go there not to walk alone at night.

St. Kitts/Nevis, a nation whose gun control laws are the stuff of Justice Breyer’s dreams come true, is a very dangerous place, and its crime statistics prove that its gun control laws are a crashing failure.  Since 1997, when the island nation adopted the Organization of American States blatant attack on the rights of self-defense with its Inter-American Convention against the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Explosives, Ammunition and Other Related Materials, St Kitts/Nevis has become a very dangerous place.

From 2000 to 2009 (the most recent data available), homicides by guns have risen from 3 to 27.  During the same period the homicide rate by all methods has skyrocketed from 6.52 to 51.92 per 100,000 people.

They not only “track” guns but account for every single bullet, and yet they forgot about “machete control.” They apparently think that guns kill people as opposed to people kill people.

District of Columbia v. Heller

In the landmark victory for self-defense through the exercise of our Second Amendment rights, a 5 to 4 Supreme Court majority held that keeping a gun in your home for purposes of self-protection against someone who would kick down your door and rob you with a weapon – say a machete – was legal.  Breyer voted against affirming that right.

There is an old saying that comes to mind in this situation, “A conservative is a liberal that has been mugged.” Breyer of course will not change. People like him with their support for rendering American court decisions using foreign laws–why not, his wife is British subject–will never change. Nevertheless, this episode reminds us once again of how blind liberals are to the truth. Maybe Breyer will call for machete control here and in his adopted homeland.

Ronald Reagan had this one about right. He once said, “Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant, but that they know so much that isn’t so.”

Once again, liberal minds fail to grasp the truth of strict gun control. Take the guns away from the “LAW ABIDING” people and the thugs “WILL” find a way to posses them.

Breyer, like many liberals will find themselves at the end of a barrel, being forced to do what the perpetrator desires. It is ironic that a perpetrator used a hatchet to force him to do something against his will.

Nothing happened and nobody got hurt, but what if the perpetrator had chopped his wife up in front of him. He would probably say that hatchets need to be outlawed along with guns, then baseball bats, then bowling tournament trophy’s, then kitchen knives, then lamp stands, then….well, you get the picture.

You see, liberals still think the object used to kill a person is responsible for the murder and NOT the person. Any well intended conservative person knows that that is just not true, but we live with these morons who somehow fell out of their mothers womb onto the floor at birth and I think that is were the brain damage occurred.

He should have had a gun in his hand to protect his family. Some idiotic cowards actually believe that if guns are outlawed then violence just won’t happen and they will never have to face a violent situation. How naive can they get? Sticking your head under the covers like a frightened child and refusing to man up will not protect you or your family. When it gets down to the nitty gritty the person with the weapon will be the one that holds the power of life and death. I can not respect any man who does not love his wife or family enough to protect them when the need arises. It is disgusting behavior.

    Machetes?? What about hand tools??

I read a news article today on a hammer attack at Columbine H.S. in Colorado. Two were injured. We have to outlaw hammers and other carpentry tools immediately!! Who’s with me!! Or at least require some kind of permit, fee, and national registry of hammer users, as well as a mandatory 8-hr hammer safety course and additional permit for those carpenters and others that want to carry a hammer outside their home. Naturally, Chicago, DC, and NYC will probably want to simply outlaw hammer ownership entirely.

Now, I know you’re going to say “It’s people that kill people, not hammers”, but I bet if you were to log all the sore thumbs and other hammer assaults that go unreported each year, we would see that hammers are at least as dangerous as say, oh I don’t know… a handgun? Probably more so. (Don’t even get me started on chain saws) And besides, there’s nothing in the US Constitution that even vaguely resembles the guarantee of a right to bear hammers, so we’re clean there.

We should probably have some kind of hammer safety locks too. Can you imagine the carnage that could result if a small child got hold of a 20 oz. framing hammer he found laying around the house?? If nothing else, it’s almost a virtual certainty that there would be a self-inflicted hammer wound of some sort. I mean, who needs to own a framing hammer anyway?? A simple 12 or 16 oz hammer should be sufficient for legal use.

Up to now, we’ve been talking about the dangers of hammers in general, but what about specialty assault hammers, like the claw hammer or the rock hammer? These should definitely be classified as Form 1 weapons by the BATFE, soon to be the BATFE & HT (for Hand Tools). (Historical note: First it was alcohol, then alcohol and tobacco, then they added firearms, and most recently explosives, so hand tools are only a logical extension since we already have the existing regulatory infrastructure.)

And if we’re going to regulate hammers, we flat out need to outlaw nail guns!! I mean REALLY!! Have you ever seen the devastation that an fully automatic nail gun can cause?? Only the military, authorized law enforcement agencies, and building inspectors should be able to own a nail gun in my opinion, and they should be limited to nail guns with magazines that only hold a maximum of 10 nails. I’m pretty sure that Janet Napolitano and her minions (apologies to my DHS compadres, but you can see the problem here) will want to warn LEOs around the country to keep an eye on returning Navy SeaBees who have military training and war zone experience in using nail guns with higher capacity magazines. Four of those guys can knock together a 4-season Command Post inside half an hour with just a couple of those babies!

We should also take some collateral steps to regulate the production, transportation, storage, sale and purchase of nails in all sizes (calibers). If this happens to have the effect of driving up the price of nails beyond what a simply box of freaking nails ought to be worth, then I say “So be it!” Let those people who simply have to have their hammers bear the cost.

Now, I happen to own quite a collection of hammers of all styles and sizes. Some I bought, others I inherited. I own a couple nail guns in different ‘calibers’, too, so I think I should be able to keep all my ‘pre-ban’ hand tool weapons under some sort of ‘grandfathering’ clause.

Finally, there seems to be a lot of violence in Colorado, and particularly in Columbine. I think that for safety’s sake, we should close down Columbine and relocate the population to more serene parts of the state, like say, Boulder or Ft. Collins. I would also advocate tightening their border security to keep Coloradoans in Colorado in order to protect those peace-loving people in Nebraska, Kansas and other surrounding states. But since our Federal Government hasn’t had much luck with our Northern or Southern borders, I don’t hold much hope here.

Anyway, in conclusion, something has to be done about the proliferation of hand tools in this country or we’re going to pay a bitter price down the road. Maybe the UN can help…. Hmmm, now there’ s a thought.

I think it’s quite funny myself. Next I suppose they’ll outlaw sticks and stones…you know how easily they break bones ! Friggin’ dumb ass liberals. Disarm the law abidding citizen and arm the criminal. That is the liberal solution. Bunch of nit wits. There is one almost bright spot in all of this…well on second thought maybe not. I was about to say we COULD have opened the way for a new justice in this crime but then I had second thoughts about who would install another justice and I retracted my thought. It’s never a good thing to have the person who has the power to appoint another justice put another fox in the hen house. We have enough foxes already ! And the chickens are becoming more and more scarce !!!!!!

I think I would be willing to pay that thug who robbed the Chief Justice to come to Kaaaaaleeeephornyaaa and rob the entire CSC, to get them to understand citizens deserve the right to arm themselves and not face harrassment by the goverment.

And what will Justice Breyer’s likely statement be? That the poor, unfortunate, machete-wielder was really just the victim of a society which had wrongly imprisoned him for his FIRST 25 felonies rather than trying to understand his rage! This Marxist, Supreme Court clown is damned lucky to be alive, but will continue to do his BEST to make certain as many of us as possible are KILLED some day as a result of his efforts to disarm us!!
