The chairman of the Iowa Republican Party’s platform committee says the group is intentionally questioning President Obama’s citizenship with the wording in one section of the document. It calls for presidential candidates to “show proof of being a ‘natural born citizen’ of the United States.”
Don Racheter, chairman of the Iowa GOP’s 2012 platform committee, spoke with Radio Iowa by phone this afternoon.
“There are many Republicans who feel that Barack Obama is not a ‘natural born citizen’ because his father was not an American when he was born and, therefore, feel that according to the Constitution he’s not qualified to be president, should not have been allowed to be elected by the Electoral College or even nominated by the Democratic Party in 2008, so this is an election year. It’s a shot at him,” Racheter said.
As you may recall, President Obama released copies of his birth certificate from Hawaii last year after businessman and reality TV star Donald Trump questioned whether Obama was born in the U.S.A.
The Iowa GOP’s platform draft calls for all state party officials to remain neutral in primaries. That would have been a problem during the just-concluded presidential race. Many members of the party’s state central committee were publicly backing a candidate.

I think you mean 56 more. Obama said he’d been to 57 states while campaigning. He even implied there were more to go, IMO. Here’s a guy who claims to be Hawaiian but doesn’t know Hawaii was the 50th and final state to join the Union?

Mr. Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen, so he is not eligible to be president anyway according to the U.S. Constitution! Please sign the Petition to Congress asking for articles of impeachment of Mr. Obama and an impeachment trial by the Senate. Mr. Obama has committed treasonous actions in adhering to our enemies during a time of war besides being ineligible to be President per the U.S. Constitution.

I have five questions that I believe must be answered in the affirmative if this nation is to survive as a Constitutional republic, or even as a free country:
1) If a person who is not eligible to be President attains that office and continues in office through fraud and deceit, even to the point of running for re-election to that office, do such actions constitute Treason, ie. “levying War” against the United States, “or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort” under 20 USC Sec. 2381, and is that person a traitor?
2) Is Barack Obama, and all those who assisted him and gave him or continue to give him aid and comfort, knowing he was or is not eligible, guilty of treason, and traitors?
3) Are those having knowledge of the commission of such treasonous acts who conceal & do not as soon as may be disclose & make known such acts to the proper authorities, guilty of Misprision of Treason under 20 USC Sec. 2382?
4) Are the “Senators and Representatives … and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states”, who are “bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution”, ie. the President, Vice President and ALL governors, lawmakers, judges, lawyers and military officers in this country, who have not made known such acts to the proper authorities, quilty of Misprision of Treason?
5) Since “ignorance of the law is no excuse”, should the above officials, especially lawyers and judges trained in the law, be held responsible for violating the very Constitution they swore an oath to support, even if they claim they were unaware of its provisions?

1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
2: The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment ofTreason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Title 20 United States Code § 2382. Misprision of Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

The number of states in the US is Obama’s FUBAR. Obama was raised in a Muslim, Indonesian, Comm Munista world, so he knows almost nothing about the USA and its number of member states. But he does show his real knowledge and background. The number of Islamic states is 57. There are 57 Muslim nations in the OIC. OIC is the Organization of Islamic Countries.
Sounds like it is up to Congress to file these charges of empeachment but, the problem is …. will they? It seems like all of them including the Republicans believe that Obama was born in america and I guess they believe that Obama is a citizens.. So does this mean that the american citizens are smarter than the congress ? it sure looks like it… Its really sad that the congressmen and senators dont really care that much about america because they dont seem willing to do anything to save her.. Now us citizens do care.. because we arent millionares and cant just pick up and go to another country to live.. Thats why we care about our country.. They have to know as much or more than we do .. why wont they save america? thats what they get paid for … I wish I could understand why they wont do anything about obama….
