A veritable war of words is erupting online between two commenters over what should be done about Obama’s eligibility or lack thereof. When one guy said words to the effect that we’re stuck with what we bought because “how could we justify being the most militarily-powerful nation on earth if we don’t even bother to make sure the man in charge is legitimate,” another guy came back with keyboard keys blaring. He reminds his opponent that “There is an oath to support the Constitution in Article Six that all congressmen and senators take when entering office.” This was in answer to Commenter A, who said, “So in reality these congressmen ARE abiding by their oaths of office to protect and defend the Constitution since revealing the truth behind Obama would in fact undermine the sovereignty and security of the United States forever.” Commenter B cites original source and reminds A that the Twentieth Amendment, Section 3, “requires that they (Congress) ensure that the President elect shall have qualified or they, Congress, are to name an interim President.”
FYI, here is the exact text ratified on January 23, 1933: “If, at the time, fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have FAILED TO QUALIFY, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”
Keyboarder B asks the as-yet unanswerable question: “How was Obama’s eligibility proven to Congress without a valid long form birth certificate? He apparently does not possess such a thing or we would have seen it a million times by now.” Now he centers his argumentation on “NO PERSON” which takes us back to the NBC clause, Article II, Sect. 1, Clause 5. “The eligibility requirements start out with [those] two simple words which forever preclude anyone who fails to qualify,” B proclaims. But A fires back with: “The answer is simple. We can’t undo what has been done. If we tell the world we ignored the safeguards of our own Constitution and put a man in charge of a nuclear arsenal powerful enough to kill everyone on earth, we as a nation will NEVER recover. . . we must maintain plausible deniability to the world.”
Commenter B comes back with a stunning close to their debate: “There is a credibility problem alright, one of this government with its own citizens.” Now that’s good, very good. A debate coach would give an A to B, right? Perhaps when Cold Case Investigator Mike Zullo said it’s all about the Rule of Law, he gave the best summation. So now, will the detective gear up for the NBC question facing Mitt Romney? Was his father born in Mexico? Can he select Marco Rubio, who was four when his parents naturalized?
There are a whole lot of syllogisms going on!

Good posts here. Unfortunately, I think that 90% of the members of Congress are no better than Obama. If they were honest men, they would have been squawking about this mess and we would not have to hound them about it. They are 1) fearful because they have been threatened 2) they have been bought off 3) they agree with Obama. The entire government needs to be purged of these Communists and replaced. But with what?
Guess what? That would include the entire RNC for claiming Obama’s eligibility in the first place & then everybody else (Republicans included) that didn’t stop to VERIFY the DNC’s claims before the 2008 election cycle got started. For those who KNOWINGLY let an usurper run on campaign, the charge would be Treason…For those who were duped & didn’t bother to check for the facts, the charge is Dereliction of Duty while Under Oath.

That is what I was going to say we need to replace the entire DNC cause they all voted for obama and did not care if he was ineligible and they knew he was not eligible to be President. The DNC does not have an OUNCE of honesty, cause knowing that obama was ineligible as soon as someone question obamas ineligiblity they cried racist. In 2009 when a reporter asked obama if he thought AMERICA was racist toward him he answered NO, because he is President. Alot of white people voted for him so he is right America is not racist. But if he is incapable of learning n not doing his job, blaming the EX-PRESIDENT STILL after almost 4 years. he thinks its not his fault so if he thinks it is not his fault, then there is nothing he can or will do to better America. Instead he decided to destroy what America stands for. TIME TO REPLACE ALL DEMOCRATS, they have shown all their true colors and it is not good or nice.
When last has the Constitution been revered and held up as the foundation of our nation? Almost every politician in Washington, including all of the Democrat Party, and most of today’s judges look at it as more of an obstacle to be cleverly dismantled and interpreted and twisted out of having any real meaning. Unfortunately, I have to agree, Obama could come out today and declare himself inelligible and I don’t think anyone would lift a finger to do anything about it.
Do not despair People….We brought this to the courts when we believed in the courts – first they said they wouldn’t rule because he wasn’t President yet. Then they said we should have done this before he was elected. Catch 22 for the folks is how they rule and we learned. We checked out the Congress and wrote and made noise and they ignored us…we learned again, congress does not represent the people. We told the GOP when elections began that we didn’t want Romney – they didn’t listen. We learned the GOP doesn’t represent the people’s republican party. So we got to work. Daily we wake Americans up and let them learn what they need to learn. They get busy getting with others who are asleep. We start electing people – good people who work in our behalf. We turned on our schools and again started getting our children back – we fought the unions and won big there also – and we are not done. Each election is so important and the people are paying attention, working to put good people in office and we are successful. The heart of the constitiution tells us we the people rule. The harm that has been done to the people wasn’t done overnight and won’t be cleaned up overnight…each atrocity we become witness puts a condigent of people working to see that it doesn’t happen again. We have a first priority of ridding the nation of Obama and much work to do. Do not get tired, do not get frustrated, do not get lost. Each day envision the flag flying where you just did some good and small part though it be, it is a step won and one day, we will again be proud Americans.

An A to B is correct. We cannot proceed until this matter has been dealt with. Which it can be, with a little of the intestinal fortitude that founded this nation – before it is taken over completely, by those who have been trying to do so for some time, and have almost succeeded, by just such ploys as this one; and those that set up the civil-rights-destroying measures that will finish the job under an orchestrated declaration of Martial Law, by a Usurper in the office of the presidency – put there for just that purpose. Both the major political parties are responsible for this scenario. Congress is an accessory to and after the constitutional/federal crime that has been committed. The Usurper needs to be forced, by the non-violent action of The People, to vacate that honorable office; the Congress needs to be dissolved by the same body (to await their day in court as well), and an Officer of The People to be appointed, who will call for elections within ‘a time certain’, say 90 or 120 days. And this nation thus beginning to be put back to rights. Anything less is to sup with the devil.
This fiasco was perpetrated and executed by both sides of the aisle; it takes no mental giant to conclude what the current results amply reveal. The accepted lawlessness is unprecedented and should be unacceptable to lawabiding citizens who pay the bills. Every citizen should demand the immediate resignation of every officeholder from the top down. Why is this being ignored? It’s the emperor has no clothes all over again.
Because if a judge would say he was ineligible bo would not step down, obama did not get to where he is by stepping down or stepping aside. He is like the reckless driver, that is trying to get to his destination, and is creating alot of wrecks along the way while making sure his vehicle is not wrecked. Keeps on going not stopping to give aid. So many wrecks people cry, people die but there is no stopping him and will keep on going till Americans who care will stop him.
