A majority of Texas Republicans support impeaching President Obama, according to a poll released today by the Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling.
Sixty-seven percent of self-identified Republicans and 39 percent of all of those polled believe the president should be impeached.
While 50 percent of Texans do not support impeaching the president, it is clear that the idea has legs among Republicans. However, as is common with these types of polls, many of those surveyed tend to take the negative option of any question regardless of the context simply because they do not support Obama.
The poll, which was conducted between Jan. 24 and Jan. 27, surveyed 500 Texans by automated telephone interviews. The margin of error is +/-4.4 percent.

Yes, Obama needs to be impeached and along with him Reid who should of been impeached a long time ago for bribery, for he did bribe two corrupt Senators to pass Obamacare.
If we impeach him we are admitting he is president and that would make it harder to remove him as president and also harder to undo the things he has done. What we need to do is charge him with treason and have the military go in handcuff him and remove him . And also we would not have to provide no benefits when he is gone. But we can’t count on congress to do their part . Most all of them also needs to be charged with treason. I have a feeling something is going to happen something is going to happen this month February 2013.

Your logic escapes me. He is neither the only one that will be tried nor the only one convicted. There may be even more prospects in DC than in network news.
Article II, Section 4 provides for removal of all civil officers of the US from office on impeachment for and conviction of crimes ranging from misdemeanors to treason by the strongest order of language used in legal documents, SHALL BE removed!! If the words are not enforced here there is no reason to believe that they may also be ignored elsewhere in the constitution. Obvious disobedience of limiting constitutional edict must be stopped quickly to avoid the continued destructive practice of executive privilege. An act to impeach is at present before the House as authorized below waiting on action by Speaker of the House.
The House of Representatives…shall have the sole Power of Impeachment. Article 1, Section 2, Clause 5
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present. The President…shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment. Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. Article 2, Section 4
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed. Impeachment is a necessary part of sequence provided to insure both conviction without reprieve and complicity by recorded vote count with 67 ayes required for conviction.

I prefer to see civil or criminal charges.
Earlier this A.M. I read on WND that obama had been indicted in a federal court, but now I can’t find the article. And of course the liberal media won’t report anything like that.
I read somewhere that the indictment was from a mock court…. NOT real.

Gosh what is not to like?? Can you make a better excuse than the one about? I do not support a liar, a cheat, a dicktator wanna be, one who thinks he can change our Constitution on a whim or his executive order. If that description fits Obama then nope I do not support him. Have you seen the polls taken where they have used very conservative ideas, used Obama’s name and the sheep go oh yeah I support that policy? It has been done 2 times that I know off and guess they just support the name because the ideas went to against his policies it was laughable, yet, even when the policy was read to them, Obama supporters agreed it was great because I guess they thought it came from Obama? Guess maybe this little experiment would mean Obama lovers would agree to anything he says or does, even if it is very conservative.
well on Jan 25, 2013 three federal judges slapped O big time with numerous infractions and indictments over signing an exec fiat for 3 men to fill spots on NLRB. O did not send these 3 guys thru proper channels and said house was not in session in Jan 2012 when in fact it was in session. He lied. Big problems there “O” and everyone knew it. When the 47 page outcome was released on Jan 28, 2012 and papers after charges placed and reported Mr. O is on his way out of office. This is the greatest indictment of a sitting president ever. Wow whats he gonna do go convince the Supreme Court that these three Federal Judges are lying and don’t know what they are saying?? They “quoted Constitutional LAW” and slapped him upside the head from front to back and basically said he is NOT allowed to be a “dictator”!!!! GREAT JOB you 3 Federal JUDGES.

As I read the news constantly…. and more so since Obama came into power…. I have never seen so many pictures of a person as I have him and his Missus… One would think we have a King and Queenie in our midst. I assure you.. he puts his pants on every single day just like the rest of us…. so why does he get his picture plastered constantly. I change channels when he comes on TV… only have to see it on all pages you turn to.. not just talking about the news.. but he’s in nevery corner of every page… WHY? Does he pay for having his Pic. everywhere?
Now as far as judges… it will probably go NO WHERE… like everything else Obama does or doesnt do. The Senate was suppose to be out of session,but a few remained to keep the Senate open & passed a few bills. During that time bho made 3 appointments. A Fed. District Judge in D.C. ruled that bho broke the Constitutional law by not getting those appointments approved by the Senate because,legally,the Senate was in session.
When Obama deviated from the Constitution he should have been impeached this last thing AMNESTY for people who don’t respect laws and him chosing what laws to inforse and which ones to ignor he took an Oath to defend and protect the constitution and he violated that oath and should be fired and any future pay is gone for BREACH of contract for all you lawyer that can’t understand law or even concieve constitutional law Understand this 2nd amendment ” and they shall make no law imbridging that right to keep and bear arms ” How say you ?
