When the White House posted online an image of President Obama’s purported long-form birth certificate, it also linked to the previously circulated “Certification of Live Birth,” the short-form version that had been presented as the only birth documentation available.
However, the short-form certificate to which the White House linked April 27 was a forgery, claims research expert Ron Polland, Ph.D., who says he made the image himself.
“I made the birth certificate image that was given to the media at the White House press conference held on April 27, 2011,” Polland told WND.
“The White House said the black-and-white image is a copy of Obama’s 2007 [Certification of Live Birth], but it’s not. It is the forgery I created, and I can prove that is the case,” he declared.
Polland said he created the image to bolster his contention that the short-form Certification of Live Birth circulated by the Obama presidential campaign was a forgery.

Obama's Kenyan grandmother said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was BORN IN HAWAII, and she said in another interview (Hartford Courant) that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama's birth was in a letter FROM HAWAII.

And the facts are that Obama was born in Hawaii and has proven it by showing his birth certificate (long and short form) and that it was confirmed by three Republican officials in Hawaii. And also that there were notices in the Hawaii newspapers in 1961 (and they were not ads since the newspapers did not accept birth notice ads at the time. They were only the birth notices sent out by the Hawaii government, which sent them out only for births IN Hawaii and which could not have been fooled by relatives because when there was a claim of a birth out side of a hospital, it demanded a witness statement.)

See both of these metals are pliable and have elastic forming properties, which means they would indeed fit on what ever area they were used on. The different s in the two are that one is very thin and as it gets thicker it is not as easy to form and the other. Lead is more pliable even in the thicker ranges. So doing my calculation to support the know density of the amount of nonfactual information entering your brain. I would suggest at least 1/2 think lead sheet to form you cranium. BEFORE Kenya became a country it was still known as, duh, Kenya. It was called the Kenya COLONY. Obama's birth certificate does not say the Kenya Republic on it. It says "Kenya, East Africa." And that is where it was, the colony of Kenya in East Africa.

The name of the hospital in 1961 was the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital. You want proof? That was also the name on the birth certificates of the Nordkye Twins, shown on WND's Web site, and they were born in the same hospital one day after Obama–which is what WND has said. The ol’ “birth document” also listed Barry's race as African American . If anything should be racist, this should be racist. Barry doesn’t give a hoot about black history! If he did, he’d, of all things, get this right! You see my friends, and especially my black friends, the term “African-American” did not exist in 1961. Nobody used that term! I defy you to find one single credible fact of ANYONE using the term “African-American” in 1961! In fact, in 1961 we didn’t have ANY “Hyphenated-Americans .” Barry’s (or Moh’s) race would have been recorded as "Negro" in 1961.

You guys are getting dumber and dumber. Before you post something, why not take a look at the thing you are writing about. It doesn't say "African American." It says African, just African.
Why didn't it say Negro or Black, you may ask.
Because Hawaii allows you, and allowed you in 1961 to self describe your race. There was no list of races. People were asked their race, and they replied. There have been some bloggers from Hawaii who have said that their parents listed their race as "Italian."
Since Obama's father was allowed to describe his race any way that he wanted, African was allowed. And, guess what, African exchange students in the 1960s generally described their race as African. Moreover, that was the way that forms in Kenya listed blacks–not as Black, not as Negro, but as African.

California attorney Orly Taitz has filed in Hawaii state court a Petition for Writ of Mandamus, which if granted would require the Department of Health to turn over to her the original 1961 Obama birth records that the agency has kept from the American public.
A mandamus action is something to compel an official or government officer to perform a duty demanded by the petitioner. And in this situation, the case is in support of her subpoena for the birth records for the president.
In submitting the Writ of Mandamus, Taitz filed 48 pages of pleadings and exhibits before Circuit Court Judge Rhonda Nishimura.
This represents a separate legal action from the court order Taitz obtained from U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi which will require representatives of the Hawaii Department of Health appear in federal court Sept. 14 to show why Taitz should be prevented from seeing whatever original documents the agency has on record regarding Barack Obama's birth, as authorized by subpoena.
Taitz pursued action in both state and federal courts after officials from the Hawaii attorney general's office presented her on Monday with a letter refusing to comply with her subpoena on grounds that Hawaii privacy law prevents Hawaii Department of Health officials from releasing Obama birth records to the public.
Taitz has maintained that by releasing his long-form birth certificate to the American public on April 27, Obama has waived all privacy restrictions that would prevent the Hawaii DOH from making public the original 1961 birth records the agency has on file.
"I decided to file the state case for mandamus because this is a separate case that stands on its own," Taitz told WND, explaining that the subpoena depends on the federal district court case she file in Washington, D.C., seeking Obama's Social Security information.
"If the federal district court dismisses the case regarding Obama's Social Security number and my subpoena is dismissed as a result, I still have the state court case seeking mandamus that will continue to apply," she explained.
"The subpoena is also limited in that it applies only to Loretta Fuddy, the director of the Hawaii Department of Health, but the state court case applies both to Fuddy and to the Hawaii DOH registrar Alvin Onaka," she continued. "Onaka authenticated the Obama birth certificate and the state case challenges the Obama birth records independently of the Social Security number issues."
According to Hawaii state law procedures, Taitz expects Nishimura to request from the Hawaii DOH certified birth records for the court to examine prior to setting a formal hearing on the mandamus petition.
"Obama has already waived his rights to privacy by releasing to the public April 27 the same records that the Hawaii DOH supposedly has on file," Taitz said. "Why wouldn't the Hawaii DOH allow me and my experts to inspect what is on file."
Taitz charged that if the long-form birth certificate the White House released on April 27 is not on file in a 1961 original copy in the Hawaii DOH, then a criminal felony has been created.
"I don't believe there is any 1961 typewritten birth certificate document for Obama on file in the Hawaii DOH that looks anything like what the White House released," she asserted. "Why else would the Hawaii DOH fight me so hard to keep us from seeing whatever birth records are on file?"
Taitz also made an appeal for her supporters to show up in person in Hawaii.
"I would appreciate people showing up in Honolulu on Sept. 14 in Judge Puglisi's courtroom to support me," Taitz asked. "The judge will think twice before sweeping an issue under the rug or dismissing me as an attorney if people supporting me show up to attend the hearing."
Taitz told WND she is preparing to post a copy of her 48-page state court mandamus petition and exhibits on her website.

Re privacy. This has nothing to do with privacy. It has to do with whether state laws should be obeyed by the Department of Health of Hawaii. The LAW is that Hawaii cannot give out birth certificate information except to a specified list of the person, relatives and some government agencies. Orly is not on the list.

If this is accurate then what we have is a major scandal beyond anything this admin has seen yet.

It isn't accurate. The court will not grant the writ. The Hawaii law still applies and it limits who can be shown the birth certificate. That is the LAW in Hawaii, and the fact that Obama's birth certificate has been made public does not change or wave the law. The law applies to Hawaii, and it has been existence for decades, and it cannot be waved. No court would grant the writ.
No cruiser the biggest scandal is the Unjust war in Libya, that does not have Congresses approval and the scandal today is Barry Obama traveling in Minnesota,Iowa and Illinois on a bus for a "Jobs" tour and it is being payed for by the Taxpayers. Now where does his job and campaigning separate themselves? I would think he cross the line and is now the official "Campaigner and Chief". Yes I have seen nothing that would prove he was born anywhere else but Hawaii. It has been almost 5 years of this subject and by now someone he threw under the bus last campaign would of come forward. But this endless play on words that they Get from WND has been almost humors. Almost I said, becuase they all seem so certain and repeat things they read on the internet that just are non-factual. The day it hit me was when Hillary bowed out of the 2008 primary. I know the Clinton camp and they take no prisoners, she would of found out a way to release this as if it was not her or her team.
