Also, look what happened to GM…it was bailed out–then became the worlds leading auto manufacturer. And the Gov which still owns stock has nothing to do with running it. Ford took out huge government backed loans as well…and even Ford was glag GM was bailed out. That auto industry bailout saved millions of jobs… put that in your pipe…

I am fed up with these cowards in DC playing willfully ignorant. We must put as much pressure as possible where the constitutional authority and responsibility resides to end, or at least investigate, and inform the public of the eligibility truth concerning this man called Obama before the election.
As this layman sees it, the Misprision of Treason stature requires a person knowing of a treasonous act to report this information to someone in a position of authority to do something about it and in this case it is the voting public that will determine if this usurper can remain in control of this country and continue his transformation of our Constitutional Republic into a Marxist regime more to his liking.
We, the voting public, are the higher authority in this matter and will make that decision, just as the Senate would make that decision if this were an impeachment proceeding. The Republican leadership in the House, by refusing to investigate this matter, is acting as co-conspirators with the treasonous criminal forgers that forged this usurpers eligibility papers to be Commander in Chief of our Military Forces and they are guilty of Misprision of Treason, if not Treason itself, until they do so.
It is time for we patriots to step forward from behind all this internet anonominity and let these cowards in DC know we are serious and fed up. I have made my latest Fax letter to Speaker Boehner dealing with this subject as a petition to see if the public supports the thoughts expressed therein. I have five questions that I believe must be answered in the affirmative if this nation is to survive as a Constitutional republic, or even as a free country:
1) If a person who is not eligible to be President attains that office and continues in office through fraud and deceit, even to the point of running for re-election to that office, do such actions constitute Treason, ie. “levying War” against the United States, “or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort” under 20 USC Sec. 2381, and is that person a traitor?
2) Is Barack Obama, and all those who assisted him and gave him or continue to give him aid and comfort, knowing he was or is not eligible, guilty of treason, and traitors?
3) Are those having knowledge of the commission of such treasonous acts who conceal & do not as soon as may be disclose & make known such acts to the proper authorities, guilty of Misprision of Treason under 20 USC Sec. 2382?
4) Are the “Senators and Representatives … and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states”, who are “bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution”, ie. the President, Vice President and ALL governors, lawmakers, judges, lawyers and military officers in this country, who have not made known such acts to the proper authorities, quilty of Misprision of Treason?
5) Since “ignorance of the law is no excuse”, should the above officials, especially lawyers and judges trained in the law, be held responsible for violating the very Constitution they swore an oath to support, even if they claim they were unaware of its provisions?

1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
2: The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment ofTreason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

What difference will this make, they who voted the fool, thought it was a good idea to make him president on his skin color alone. He tells them what and who he is and they still follow.
To ask the question they way you asked, is to answer it, at least for yourself! If you feel this is a wasted gesture, what constructive criticism, or alternative action or strategy do you recommend?
It is a miracle we know what we do about the genk in the WH. When he was first elected he wasted no time getting all his records sealed by the courts. That means all his records of school, of law school, of law practice etc. We now know enough to impeach him but the democrats in Congress are still in control of the Senate so they can defeat any notion of impeachment. We know that he and his wife had to surrender their law licenses in Illinois even before he entered the Senate. That is not a small thing. A Bar Association only demands surrender of law license when the person has committed a monumental violation of the Code. Neither Obama nor his wife have given any explanation as to why they had to surrender their law license. We know a lot, but there is a whole lot we do not know, and they have not made it ease you find out what we have found.
They surrendered their Law licenses only because they were not using the law licenses’ …if you don’t practice law why pay the yearly fee to keep up a license that you don’t use? If they want to reinstate their licenses’ then they just have to pay the fees accordingly….
