How Hawaiian Officials Helped Cover Up The Obama Forgery: Operation Sideshow Part Six

Just Google “Obama Sideshow” this simple phrase “sideshow” gave cover to what has become the single greatest HOAX ever perpetrated on the American people by a sitting president with the sole purpose to place a forged birth certificate on the White House website.  I have dubbed it “Operation Sideshow.”  My browser showed 5,252,000 hits for this search string, you are welcome to try to ascertain this for yourself.

Hawaii has elected a new Governor, a Democrat

Neil Abercrombie the current Governor of Hawaii assumed office on December 6, 2010.  Upon taking office, he vowed to bring transparency to the Obama birth narrative by wanting to release his birth records to the public and end the controversy.

Governor Abercrombie makes these “statements” to Ed Henry Senior White House correspondent on December 27, 2010 on CNN:

Abercrombie, in his first on-camera comments on the matter, said that he has his attorney general and the state’s Health Department director looking at what legal avenues can they follow to release more documentation of Obama’s birth in 1961.

As quick as we can we will,” Abercrombie said. “This is a transparent state in terms of our communication with one another. This is the Aloha State.  We care for each other, we look out for each other, we’re family.

This sets the foundation for their knowledge on this matter since governor Abercrombie has stated that he had consulted and brought to the attention of the Attorney General and the Director of the Department of Health on the question of what could be done to release Obama’s records into the public domain.  This also starts the timeline for these officials on what will follow between all these parties, all of these officials cannot say they are not aware of the situation and their knowledge of the events on this matter, thanks to the governor.

As far as the media goes this story by CNN is reprehensible; the correspondents use the derogatory “birther” comment throughout the story (4 times in 3:27 minutes) to discredit debate on this subject.  This is just another data point, and evidence that that the media in this nation is corrupt.  Stories like this look as if they are acting as an organ of the official State Media out of the White House and not serving the public interest.  Why is no one surprised by this?

By January 20, 2011, the issue is all but over as Governor Abercrombie hits a brick wall on the release of Obama’s records as shown in this quote from the Daily Mail a United Kingdom newspaper that quoted a Honolulu Star-Advertiser article, as follows:

Abercrombie said on Tuesday that an investigation had unearthed papers proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.  He told Honolulu’s Star-Advertiser: ‘It actually exists in the archives, written down,’ he said.  However, it became apparent that what had been discovered was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama’s birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.  And in the same interview Abercrombie suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

Governor Abercrombie has revealed more than he intended, leave it to a politician to reveal vital state secrets or confidential information with a slip of the tongue.  The most interesting part of his statement is the following he made to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser:

‘It actually exists in the archives, written down,’ he said.  But it became apparent that what had been discovered was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama’s birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.

This is actually good news because what we are beginning to see is what may actually be in the vital statistics vault.  Governor Abercrombie’s statements will be contradicted by Dr. Fukino four months later after her discharge on what is actually in Hawaii‘s vital statistics vault, who do we believe?  The Governor or Dr. Fukino?

However, the Director of the Health Department position is not without controversy and is suggestive of larger forces at play within Hawaii‘s state government.  Jerome Corsi Senior Correspondent for WND  discusses this matter in an “article” on February 25, 2011 with the following charge by Sen. Sam Slom, the sole Republican in Hawaii’s upper house.

Hawaii’s Senate minority leader is accusing Gov. Neil Abercrombie of politicizing the state’s health department by firing his nominee to replace Chiyome Fukino, a woman best known to the nation as Barack Obama’s birth certificate guardian.

Appearing later in the same article:

The latest development comes as well-connected sources in Hawaii are warning that certain government officials in the state have been contemplating releasing fraudulent birth records for Obama in the run-up to the 2012 election. At least 11 states are currently considering legislation that would require future presidential candidates to prove constitutional eligibility by proving they are “natural born citizens.

This part of this story is quite disturbing as it hints at a conspiracy that is being contemplated, the innuendo is less than convincing at the time which is why it was essentially deep-sixed, by the mainstream media probably somewhere off of Oahu in February.   However, Operation Sideshow is now fact!  Is Neil Abercrombie involved, and who are these well-connected sources?  We are not done with Governor Abercrombie his statements will be given further scrutiny after some other facts are developed and examined.  However, he has given us an insight into why Obama has sealed his records in Hawaii since it has the possibility to bring his entire claim to citizenship into question.

Minor Officials in Hawaiian Government Continue the Ruse to Obfuscate on the Form of Birth Certificates Available to Hawaiian Born Citizens

Minor officials of Hawaii’s Department of Health have given cover to the story of only giving the “Certification of Live Birth” as the official record from Hawaii this is shown by a story in the Honolulu Star Bulletin dot com dated June 6, 2009 with Janice Okubo speaking on behalf of the State of Hawaii;

No, you can’t obtain a “certificate of live birth” anymore. The state Department of Health no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said spokeswoman Janice Okubo. The department only issues “certifications” of live births, and that is the “official birth certificate” issued by the state of Hawaii, she said.  And, it’s only available in electronic form. Okubo explained that the Health Department went paperless in 2001.

We also have the statements of Joshua Wisch which is made in the same Isikoff article where Dr. Fukino makes here scurrilous and impeached statements on what is in Obama’s records in the bound volume on April 11, 2011;

Joshua Wisch, a spokesman for the Hawaii attorney general’s office, noted that a public index of vital records, available for inspection in a bound volume at the Health Department’s Office of Health Status Monitoring, lists a male child named “Obama II, Barack Hussein” as having been born in the state.

However, Wisch, the representative for the attorney general’s office, said state law does not in fact permit the release of “vital records,” including an original “record of live birth” — even to the individual whose birth it records.

“It’s a Department of Health record and it can’t be released to anybody,” he said. Nor do state laws have any provision that authorizes such records to be photocopied, Wisch said. If Obama wanted to personally visit the state health department, he would be permitted to inspect his birth record, Wisch said.

Mr. Wisch had better have a talk with his boss, the attorney general, as he is either mistaken, incompetent or deliberately misleading Mr. Isikoff, take you pick.  We have discussed Hawaiian Statue §338-18 and determined that the “registrant” is entitled under current Hawaiian law to be allowed to have and request a copy of his records.  Under these statutes, government entities are allowed even greater access than others are.  Ms. Fuddy’s letter of April 25, 2011 contradicts all of this, as the “embargo” is only an internal Health Department rule and not law.

Overall, this position is ludicrous and autocratic and I personally wonder why this position is being taken since we also have a portion from Hawaiian Statue §338-18 found in section 13 (e):

(e) The department may permit persons working on genealogy projects access to microfilm or other copies of vital records of events that occurred more than seventy-five years prior to the current year.

Access is granted to person(s) and entities that have a valid reason to do so; one would expect the cooperation of the Department of Health in other matters as well.  The reasons are endless on why someone would need access to these records and the statements, actions and position of the State of Hawaii is difficult to explain.  Unless the fraudulent birth certificate conspiracy scenario discussed by Dr. Corsi on February 25, 2011 actually exists as is shown with the execution of Operation Sideshow and statements of Hawaii’s government officials.  Let’s not forget that someone on Obama’s behalf placed a forged long-form birth certificate on the White House website, so we can now assume that the discussion Jerome Corsi had on January 25, 2011 with his source was indeed the whisperings of an actual cabal.

Part Seven discusses requirements of an Agency of the State of Hawaii that contradicts official statements and the Territorial Public Health Statistics Act of 1955 on what type of birth certificate Obama may actually have.
