New Department of Homeland Security guidelines tell Border Patrol agents to not to shoot back when fired upon, but to run away instead. If this doesn’t do the trick, they are to “throw things” to dissuade the armed hostile. Hardly sounds like a strategy that will improve security along the border.

Why the hell even have a border patrol or for that matter a border, oh that’s right that’s the whole idea.
First, Napolitano requires the Border Agents to use bean bags against guns first. If that wasn’t crazy enough, now she wants them to run away and hide? Maybe next she’ll have refreshment stands set up along the border for the illegals as they cross? Hell, lets just have no Border Patrol what-so-ever. That’s what Obama wants, isn’t it?
Better yet…..let’s just do away with the border entirely and Mexico and America becomes one and the same country.
I don’t know why those border agents even stay at their jobs because they are rendered redundant.
But my one big question is why are the border states going along with this? Why aren’t they telling the Homeland Security and bitch Napolitano to go take a hike we’re not following your stupid orders. What can the feds do….nothing except go take a hike.
It`s time the states took back their power anf escorted every fed employee out of the state. If the feds won`t protect our borders then it`s up to the citizens to do it for them. Any illegal with a gun is a target. The desert is big and empty and will hide a lot of bodies. Feds deport the entire home land security to a very small island in the south pacific.
Those illegal immigrants from Latin America won’t be coming with pea-shooters when they cross the border. They will be coming with Fast and Furious guns given to them as Christmas presents by the illegal immigrant in the White House and his half-breed side kick, the proven criminal Eric “gunslinger” Holder. Hide? Throw things? Call for the cops? Only engage as a last resort? A prescription for dead border patrol agents if I’ve ever heard it? In an engagement with firearms you have fractions of a second to decide what to do…to hesitate and think about it is to be killed. Whoever wrote these rules needs to be fired immediately.
If border agents are disarmed allowing the border to disappear, we are closer to one continent – now to go have a little talk with Canada…lol
Brian Terry was armed with a bean bag gun the day he died. And watering stations have been operational inside the US border for years.
So you’re in a mall and a shooter comes in and starts blasting away. You are armed and trained and part of “law enforcement”. The liberals want you to run and hide and if need be, throw things at the shooter. What are you to throw at the shooter? A pair of Nikes or a baseball cap? Maybe a negligee if you’re in the lingerie store? Then call “law enforcement”.
The liberals don’t understand the idea of responsibility. Someone must take the responsibility of stopping a murdering thug.
So then you call the local “law enforcement”. They arrive and call the fire department and paramedics. The shooter in the meantime is reloading again. Now the SWAT team is called. Then the negotiating team. Then a psychiatrist is called and really gets things messed up, and wants to talk about the shooter’s potty training. Then the governor is called but he’s having sex with his secretary and can’t be bothered. Then Our Fearless Golfer is called and Amnesty is given all around and an apology is sent out to the world about how bad the Americans are because they wanted to stop a murderous thug with an illegal automatic weapon and the Brady bunch try to ban all weapons this side of Mars – except for the Muslims. It has long been apparent that The Great Mole is accomplice to the invasion and subjugation of the United States.
The states must defend their borders and protect their citizens, whatever unconstitutional actions or judicial decisions seek to hamper them. Let the feds run from the state militia.
Border states, do not federalize your national guard units.
I found in the book “Can Mitt Romney Serve Two Masters?” Part II political portion of the book his real record on Immigration. He’s such a complete “actor” and he thinks we are stupid and will never call him out on his lies and historical record:

Here’s another thought that should be looked into.
RICO act. Well, it looks to me like congress in its entirety and every person that works in it, the white house and every single person that works in it and draws federal paychecks, the justice department and every single person that works directly or indirectly and every single department there-in, and every single employee of the federal government of the United States of America regardless of job description is and has been involved in criminal activity as an organization and every member of congress, including pages, secretaries, mail runners and every single employee therein, and everybody that works in the white house and the justice department, every single worker for the federal government at every level should be arrested and charged under the RICO act as an ongoing criminal organization. That would include every judge, bailiff, secretary, toilet cleaner and every single worker in the justice department nationwide is and has been committing crimes against the Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America and should be arrested, jailed without bond until convicted of the crimes they have committed. Upon conviction they should be sent to prison, general population, to serve not less than life without the possibility of parole. Just like the drug dealers and anybody else that has been charged under that act. There Crimes will start with Treason. They have been lying, stealing and cheating the Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. I can’t see any difference between them and the Mafia, if there ever was such a thing, or Motorcycle “Gangs”, or Gun Smugglers, Drug Smugglers or any RICO defined organization. When convicted ‘All’ their assets and I mean everything they own should be confiscated and put in the general fund to help the needy Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. Everything they have was derived from their criminal activity while working in the Criminal Organization we know as the Federal Government. That includes all of their kids’ stuff and of course the wives and mistresses property. Seize, confiscate all property of any description. Freeze all bank accounts. Their sentences after a quick trial and conviction will be Life in, General Population, Prison without the possibility of Parole. Creation of construction jobs for a lot of new prisons for these poor folks. Give the sons and daughters the choice of Prison for life or Front Line Combat Positions. Well, they get a choice. Then we can go after the middlemen that were involved in defense procurement that were instrumental in ripping off the taxpayers for the last 75 years and we can prosecute the dead criminals posthumously.
