The Department of Justice thinks it can “order” Florida to stop removing illegal non-citizens from her voter registration rolls. The Sunshine State announced it will ignore the “order.” Let’s see Barack Obama and Eric Holder back it up.
The fight over States’ rights versus the strength of an all powerful central government has been set in motion; the fuse is lit.
Since Barack Obama and his Chicago thugs forced, bribed, and tricked Obamacare into “law”, real America has been on a collision course with him. This latest attack on our freedoms will likely only be settled by a courtroom showdown centering on whether the 10th Amendment to our Constitution has any meaning.
This powerful, 28-word Amendment is the enduring gift James Madison left us to balance the voracious appetite for power he recognized central governments always have. It says: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” It is a clear and potent weapon for justice against Obama’s fraudulent charge.
By bringing its attack on Florida, the Department of Justice (DoJ) is virtually acknowledging the Democrat Party’s reliance on voter fraud to win close elections. DoJ statements on the matter acknowledge it centers on noncitizen “voting rights.”
So far, Florida has removed 2,700 noncitizens from her voter rolls and reportedly has another 182,000 on her “must purge” list.
The Obama Administration is using a section of the 1965 Voting Rights Act (1965 VRA) to single out five counties in Florida for scrutiny over their voter registration procedures. DoJ wants to scare unenthusiastic minorities into voting by erecting a straw man for their hero Barack Obama to “defeat.”
Given the era in which the 1965VRA was passed, it unsurprisingly went into law without a 10th Amendment challenge, but one will be coming shortly.
The 10th Amendment makes it clear that since maintenance of accurate voter registration rolls is a state matter, the DoJ in any court action will have to argue A) it has the power to maintain these rolls; B) the manner in which Florida is conducting her purge of noncitizens voters violates these noncitizens’ rights to vote because almost all are black, hispanic, and Democrats; or the 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution is unconstitutional.
Eric Holder and Barack Obama have made America sick. The 10th Amendment is powerful medicine that can quickly cure our nation. Let’s see if Holder wants to argue the Constitutionality of the 10th Amendment.

YES! The States need to fight for States Rights! Florida is right to ignore or refuse such an order from the DOJ. If the Federal Government tries to respond by holding back so-called Federal money, Florida need to remind them that the money is not theirs, and refuse to send any collected federal tax money to Washington.
If you could get every state to do this, Washington D/C would have nothing to opreate on. Hence, we out here in the heartland of America would have control of all the money we need to run our states and keep them in the BLACK on the finanacila ledger.
This concept is worthy of serious consideration. States could withhold some or all payments to the Fed and use those withheld funds to reduce State deficits. That would certainly be a way to reduce the size and oppressive power of the domineering behemoth that our Federal Government has become.

The Voting Rights Act, on the face of it, is Unconstitutional. Any Federal Law which applies to a selected few of the States or subdivisions of States violates equal protection of the Law. That statement is True, regardless of what any Court says otherwise. The Sates should take back some of their 10th Amendments Rights. That also includes State Land Stolen by Federal Fiat. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say the Fed Government can steal State Lands. States, take back your/our Lands.

Snipes who allowed both a group of international monitors of a religious order and the NAACP to enter and sport colors of their organizations in the polling places in the 2008 elections.
Where is the mythical agencies that informed her of these individuals, why did she feel compelled to word and then send out such threatening letters before cross referencing the information on file that would have revealed the error prior to sending out these obnoxious letters written by her office?

Ovomit only controls the leaders in the military. In the event Ovomit declares martial law, the troops will each have to decide if they will follow a law from someone who is not a lawful POTUS. If they do follow him, they are as guilty as he is.
Obama is an “ineligible President”, and nothing he does has the weight of LAW. His appointment of Eric Holder to USAG is as illegal as all appointments and all laws and treaties signed by Obama.
That is clearly one approach Florida can use. On June 18th in a Florida court they have another.
Obama or his lawyer have to show up and prove to the Judge that there is legal precedent for Obama to be President and equivalent to a “natural born citizen” which requires mother and father to be American Citizens before his birth. Problem is Obama, Sr. was born and raised in the British Protectorate of Kenya.
That makes at best for Obama a British-American, or at worst a 100% British subject or possible Kenyan – but not American.
Regardless, I don’t think there is any legal precedent and the Judge will likely inform the Secretary of State he may (or should) remove Obama’s name from all Ballots for President.
Once done, all other States could do the same or maybe 30 of them, including Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, et al.
Holder is heading the way of the situation that resulted in the Civil war: States rights versus Federal government proclamations. The South lost that war in 1863, but the issue is still not at rest, and the reason is quite simple: It is a violation of the Federal government to dictate to the states in such a way that oversteps the bounds set by the Constitution of the United States of America.
It is a sad state of affairs when the individual states have to resort to ignoring the will of the Federal government in order to maintain their rights under the Constitution.
It is about time that states flexed their muscles and told Holder and Comrade Obama to pound sand.. States need to enforce states rights and I hope many more follow suit….

Legality is something that does not exist in the US, where the judges throw out any lawsuit against Obama and/or Holder. Same criteria is applied by the Senate, where no initiative has been taken, when Obama declared an illegal and Un Consitutional “Humanitarian War” (Authorized by the UN) on Libya, a totally innocent nation, destroyed by the nato, only based on UN provided lies, backed by the mainstream media; which now are trying to do the same in Syria. The judges involved haven´t taken into considertion the fact of Obama being a foreign citizen, illegally occupying the White House.
