The Fast and Furious scandal may be the final undoing of Obama Attorney General Eric Holder. Fast and Furious is a Department of Justice (DOJ)/Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) “gun-running” operation in which guns were sold to Mexican drug cartels in hopes that they would end up at crime scenes! Well, they did, such as the crime scene of the murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry – and countless others in Mexico.
Last Wednesday, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, issued a subpoena to force Holder to testify about Fast and Furious. Fox News reported:
Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, sent a subpoena Wednesday to Attorney General Eric Holder as part of his investigation into the gun trafficking operation known as “Fast and Furious.”
“Top Justice Department officials, including Attorney General Holder, know more about Operation Fast and Furious than they have publicly acknowledged,” the California Republican said in a statement. “The documents this subpoena demands will provide answers to questions that Justice officials have tried to avoid since this investigation began eight months ago. It’s time we know the whole truth.
And why would Rep. Issa have reason to believe Holder and his minions at DOJ have been less than truthful?
Recently, new allegations emerged that Holder lied to Congress about what he knew and when he knew it concerning the operation, prompting calls for a special counsel to investigate.

Gary, unfortunately I think you are right. It'll be just like the DOJ's case against the Black Panthers. The prosecutor had all evidence and everything ready to go (slam dunk case) and Holder refused to pursue it, because they are black. The prosecutor (can't remember his name) resigned. Fast and Furious was intended to be a case for taking away the right to keep and bear arms, but didn't go quite as planned, but they'll come up with something else. True freedom loving Americans have to keep up the fight against these racist commies.
Kay, how right you are…Obozo, our Liar in Chief said he was working for gun control "under the radar"…now we know it was "fast & furious" I hope they can track it to Obozo, so the TRUTH will be the rule! They cannot enslave a population that is armed…170 MILLION died after their guns were taken away and they were defensless, let's not go that route!! They do have a plan to get rid of a huge amount of the population, let's not make it easy for them!!
I'm willing to bet that Holder will get off the hook for this. How many of Obama's people have been convicted of anything? He will either keep his job or slide off into the sun set, Smiling.
Whatever falls on Holder's head as a result of this investigation, it's not enough. He has directly cost the life of one American and hundreds of Mexicans, and that's only what we are aware of as yet. The stonewalling from the DOJ has to end and the politicization of that department must be halted. Holder has proven time and time again that the interests of American citizens are not his top priority. Indeed, he seems to look for ways to circumvent the prosecution of laws as opposed to enforcement of them. He has to go, and if Obama can't bring himself to fire the man this Congress may just have to do it for him.
Over 60,000 innocent people in Mexico have been murdered since 2006. Anybody think that Hillary is working a large scale drug smuggling operation right along with the Bush/Clinton and Obama Administration? How about looking up the Clinton/Bush Mena Arkansas drug smuggling operation. Come on guys…………………time for America to wake up huh?
There is only one person that Eric Holder takes orders from and that is our American loving President Obama. I think they had better look for higher fish to fry. i sent an email to grassley and issa, congratulating them and encouraging them on the investigation, and signed up on their website for newsletter updates. i also told grassley that i heard snippets of news that were quickly hushed up and is being ignored, but should be investigated….
2 million dollars worth of cocaine being allowed by OUR government to be brought across the border to america, in exchange for info from the simolan cartel about the other cartels……

I always thought that lying to Congress (Purgery) is an offense punishable by prison time, not just a Resignation. It is amazing what a doublestandard we have with government employees and Private Sector workers. In the private Sector, if you get caught lying to an investigator you get fired and depending on the offense, you may also be immediately Arrested, Prosecuted, and if convicted, sent to prison or fined depending on the harchness of the crime.
In the government, apparently no matter what the criminal offense is, the worse that can happen is you are just forced to resign from your position then simply get rehired someplace in another government agency and all is forgiven.
Government Employees no matter how high their rank or authoritative position is should be prosecuted and treated just like workers in the private sector are. Guilty is guilty regardless of where you work.
