Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett is saying he is “stunned” that after eight weeks election officials in Hawaii still have not provided him with even so much as an Email confirming they have proper documentation on record regarding Barack Obama’s official birth certificate.
Because of their lack of official reply, Bennett is considering keeping Obama off of the Democrat ballot in Arizona! “For some reason they haven’t been willing to say yes,” the Bennett told radio talk show host Mike Broomhead. Bennett said he’s received over 1,200 Emails from his state’s citizens asking him to require Barack Obama to produce an original birth certificate. “This is impossible to get,” because states only provide certified copies of the original document. But the State of Hawaii apparently won’t even do that or even Email confirmation according to their new rule changes. “Hawaii can’t or won’t answer. . .do you have a birth certificate for this guy?” Bennett said.
In reply to Broomhead’s question: “Will you exclude the President from the ballot?”, the AZ official said that is a possibility, or he may ask all candidates to submit valid birth certificates. When CIR called both Bennett and his communications director, they both were either not at their desks or not in the office.
A commenter on this story said, “Why can’t this guy produce the real documents, college records, etc. Is he afraid to show he received financial aid as a foreign student?”
Florida‘s eligibility challenge is still alive with Attorney Larry E. Klayman representing Citizen Mike Voeltz in a case that already has gone through 19 preliminary motions, hearings, and filings, since being put on the docket of Judge Terry Lewis on 2-15-2012. Case No. 37 2012 CA 000467 has eight different attorneys representing the original defendant Florida SoS Ken Detzner , the Florida Election Canvassing Commission and Barack Obama whose attorney is Stephen F. Rosenthal. The latest entry came on May 14 in the crucial battleground state most pundits agree Obama must have to be reelected in November.
“If Obama loses Florida, he WILL lose the Presidency,” Plaintiff’s Attorney Klayman told the Naples, Fl first ever Eligibility Conference held on April 21.
The plaintiffs are said to need at least $9,000 in fees and court costs just to keep this action alive! You can view the entire conference on youtube.
Another conference participant is using his knowledge of Florida election laws to approach the case from a new angle. By failure to prove eligibility Obama and the Democrat Party are collecting money and fund raising fraudulently or rather by means of false premises. In other words if lies have been or are being told concerning the President’s nativity then fraud is the operative legal vehicle for action.

This whole issue has reached the point of absurdity. The mere thought that someone at the head of one of the most powerful nations in the world would continue to play such childish games as Mr. Obama continues to persist in playing, is appalling and inexcusable at its very least.
The only thing equally appalling is that the national media, which was by means of the 1st amendment; constitutionally granted a fiduciary trust for the sole purpose of dutifully vetting the issues that concern the people, and in doing so to truthfully inform the people without penalty of restraint. In this regard they have failed, and have sought to violate that trust with deliberate malice.
I would contend therefore that it has been Barack Obama and the National Media that have headed the so called “Birther Movement” from its inception, and continue to do so to this day.
It is time for this President to “Grow-Up”, and for the Media to demand it by honestly and publicly vetting him.
I have five questions that I believe must be answered in the affirmative if this nation is to survive as a Constitutional republic, or even as a free country:
1) If a person who is not eligible to be President attains that office and continues in office through fraud and deceit, even to the point of running for re-election to that office, do such actions constitute Treason, ie. “levying War” against the United States, “or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort” under 20 USC Sec. 2381, and is that person a traitor?
2) Is Barack Obama, and all those who assisted him and gave him or continue to give him aid and comfort, knowing he was or is not eligible, guilty of treason, and traitors?
3) Are those having knowledge of the commission of such treasonous acts who conceal & do not as soon as may be disclose & make known such acts to the proper authorities, guilty of Misprision of Treason under 20 USC Sec. 2382?
4) Are the “Senators and Representatives … and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states”, who are “bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution”, ie. the President, Vice President and ALL governors, lawmakers, judges, lawyers and military officers in this country, who have not made known such acts to the proper authorities, quilty of Misprision of Treason?
5) Since “ignorance of the law is no excuse”, should the above officials, especially lawyers and judges trained in the law, be held responsible for violating the very Constitution they swore an oath to support, even if they claim they were unaware of its provisions?

It seems to me that a whole lot of critters may be at risk of imprisonment. If these things no longer apply, than our Constitution has been overthrown and no laws of the former United States of America are enforceable, it would seem. The complacency and/or complicity of Congress, the Judiciary, and the Senate, as well as the DOJ make them all liable, evidently. I’m not a lawyer, but further this thing without any verification one way or another seems only to aid and abett it. Look at their standards for presidential nominees and you’ll see what I mean. I’m sure everybody has heard one of those public service announcements that TV stations make from time to time, declaring that their station has served the public interest by televising helpful community news. Points to consider: Nancy Pelosi sent a different affidavit to the Hawaii Sec, of State than the other 49 (I don’t know if she sent one to the other 7 states Barry said he hadn’t gotten to).
All states put him on their ballot without assurance he was legally eligible. The Electoral College voted him in office without assuring he was legally eligible and the senate approved their vote also without assuring he was legally eligible.
I believe they are in the game with him because none of them has made a statement about the issue from the beginning.

The Supreme Court makes sure their decisions are well understood. They made a decision on a case called the Minor v. Happerstapp? and specifically stated both parents must be citizens, not just one.

Minor v. Happersett , 88 U.S. 162 (1875) In this case the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in that year, wrote the majority opinion, in which he stated:
“The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents (plural-both parents emphasis mine) who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”

This clause indicates that if a person is “a natural born Citizen”, they are eligible.

What I’d like to see isn’t the Birth Certificate, but all records of correspondence, phone calls, emails and personal visit records between anybody from the Obama team and any Hawaiian officials since this request was made. But I have not been writing to my state and federal government officials on a weekly basis with letters asking for them to support laws and ammendments to support transparancy to citizens about the officials in office and those running for office.
Now I see Arizona say they may require the birth certificates of all candidates. So I will now write to Oklahoma governor Mary Fallon and other reps to request the same. Likewise I will write to fed reps. Also, I will write to my other reps and ask for constitutional amendments to counteract everything Obama has done when sealing his records. Probably a third of the nation would march on Washington over this if they could. I think this is one reason o promotes high gas prices. Writing and pressuring reps seems to be the best viable alternative.

That said, our failings in no way invalidate the Constitutional requirements HE still is measured by whether we were asleep or not, any more than forgetting to lock the door suddenly legitimizes a burglar, or a fraud artist who took advantage of us. We have every right to demand that they be held accountable, not us.
Further, just for the record, the fact that he was elected in now way nullifies the Constitutional requirement either any more than a majority vote nullifies the Bill of Rights. That is what being a Constitutional Republic is all about…it takes MUCH more than that to change the compact we agreed to, and which remains the Supreme Law of the Land until changed by a legitimate move of the people according to the Constitution’s own mechanism for change.
We have every right to demand that it be enforced NOW and to hold accountable those who will not do so when it is their first and foremost responsibility

We need more help to understand our unity and solidarity. We need to know how to act. We need greater organization. I wish conservative sites would offer MORE than just articles for us to read. We need ways to activate. Yes someone born to U.S. Citizen parents in a foreign country or at sea is a ‘U.S. citizen’ but is not a U.S. ‘natural born Citizen.’ The Immigration Act of 1790 stated that the individual born at sea or in a foreign country of citizen parents is a ‘natural born Citizen.’ However, the Immigration Act of 1795 REPEALED the 1790 Act stating the child born of U.S. Citizen parents at sea or in a foreign country is a ‘citizen.’ Please note the distinction because it is critical for someone who wants to become President of the United States. In Romney’s case you have to look back to his great grandfather’s birth and citizenship–when and where was he born? Even if it can be proved Mitt’s great grandfather was a U.S. citizen when he moved to Mexico, you have to look at the repatriation issue and subsequent naturalization when Mitt’s grandfather and father returned to the U.S.
After all the trouble we have had with Obama’s eligibility, you would think the GOP candidates would have been open and forthcoming with their natural born Citizenship status. In addition, it was just reported in the LA Times that Michelle Bachmann had dual U.S./Swiss citizenship and just renounced her Swiss citizenship. She also would never be eligible to become President. Sen. John McCain also does not qualify as a natural born Citizen since he was born in Panama, whether on the military base or not. At the time (2008) I believed that a U.S. military base qualified as U.S. territory, but have since learned that a military base does not have the same ‘status of country’ that an embassy has. According to the Immigration Act of 1795, McCain is a citizen, not a natural born citizen. The ‘natural born Citizenship definition has never been redefined or even discussed by other Immigration Acts or other court decisions, as all other frequently mentioned court decisions discuss only ‘citizenship by law.’ Obviously a person who obtains citizenship by law (naturalization) can not be considered ‘naturally born’ a Citizen.
It make one wonder if any of the individuals who want to be President, except Ron Paul?, are natural born Citizens. No wonder Congress has tried to change the constitutional eligibility requirement 8 times. Although their potential laws have not passed Congress, even if passed, they could not change a provision of the Constitution. That can only be changed by a constitutional Amendment, when ratified by 3/4 of all U.S. states.
To get back to AZ SOS Bennett, he is incorrect in requiring confirmation from Hawaii that they have a BC on file. Clearly the word, or even ‘affirmation’ by someone in Hawaii isn’t enough as it is not legal proof of citizenship. (And, AZ Governor Brewer is actually accepting the ‘trustworthy word’ of previous AZ Governor and current Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano!) I believe that where you are born isn’t as much of a big deal as both of the parents being citizens – as in I go to Canada and have a baby while on vacation – that has NOTHING to do with my child being a citizen – it’s all words and not a physical law so we need absolute clarity once and for all, one way or the other.

The Constitution requires NBC for the PRESIDENT, but NOT for the VP. If the Oval Office were to become vacant and the VP was not eligible, the Office would logically continue to the next person in the succession – the Speaker of the House (who could also be ineligible, as NBC is not required for Congressmen). Lack of NBC might be a consideration in choosing the running mate, but neither Rubio nor Jindal is precluded by the Constitution.

Officials in the State of Hawaii should be forced legally to either acknowledge or deny the existence os Obama’s birth records. In either case proof should be provided by the fact that the record does not exist, or that a legally registered document does exist and produce evidence of its existence. Another consideration is that the officials have been threatened in some way or another by the order of either Obama himself, or one of his hoodlum administration. The latter would not be the least bit surprising. The November election is rapidly approaching and Obama still rules supreme. If I were wealthy and a gambling man I would wager a million dollars that Obama will not be defeated by Romney. A bet I would most assuredly be happy to lose.
I have yet to see anything that says the occupier in the White House was born in the USA or is a natural born citizen, until I see something that is not a forgery that commie trash in the White House is not the President of the USA.
History and logic establish a clear definition of “natural born citizen” even without resort to Court decisions:
1) On June 19, 1787 Alexander Hamilton proposed to the Constitutional Convention that the President be “born a citizen of the United States”: “No person shall be eligible to the office of President of the United States unless he be now a Citizen of one of the States, or hereafter be born a Citizen of the United States.” Works of Alexander Hamilton (page 407);
2) On July 25, 1787 John Jay wrote to George Washington, presiding over the Convention, proposing that the President be a “natural born citizen” (NBC): “Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.”
3) The Convention rejected Hamilton’s “born a citizen” proposal, adopting the more stringent NBC requirement for Article II, Section 1 presidential eligibility, thereby distinguishing NBC from “born a citizen”, and also from mere “citizen” in its text:
“No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.”
4) NBC was a legal phrase with which the founders were familiar from the works of Emmerich de Vattel’s “The Law of Nations” and from other authors and works which they used to accomplish their goal of insuring that future Presidents would have undivided loyalty and allegiance to America;
5) Americans had recently won their independence from the British in a bloody 8-year long war and were justifiably concerned about the loyalty and allegiance of future Presidents and the risk of foreign influence on their new nation and its chief executive and commander-in-chief;
6) It is inconceivable that the founders would have chosen NBC if it meant that anyone could be President merely by US birth, regardless of the citizenship of his parents, since such a definition would allow a child born to ONE or even TWO foreign (including BRITISH) parents to be eligible for the US Presidency, a result that was totally unacceptable and unthinkable to the founders and could not have been accepted or overlooked by them.
THEREFORE: the only logical and intelligent conclusion is that NBC requires:
1) Child’s birth on US soil;
2) US citizenship of both parents at child’s birth.
As it so happens, that is the exact definition of NBC that the US Supreme Court ruled its holding in Minor v. Happersett (1875), in its dicta in earlier cases, and in subsequent cases, including Kim Wong Ark, that have all followed and never overruled this definition. Despite the foregoing, many people continue to confuse, misunderstand or equate “natural born citizen” (NBC) with “citizen”, “born citizen” or “citizen at birth”, when is clear that NBC is a more stringent subset of citizenship, the type of citizenship that most of us acquired “naturally” upon birth in this country to American citizen parents.
No special laws, treaties of constitutional provisions are required, just logic and common sense, because “naturally” upon our birth we can be nothing other than American citizens, free of foreign identity or dual allegiance. Shouldn’t American presidents be required to have the same type of citizenship that most of us Americans have, free of foreign identity and influence? Of course! That’s why the founding fathers chose the “natural born” citizenship requirement for President, and not merely “citizen at birth” or its equivalent.

US Senator Marco Rubio was born in Miami, Florida on May 28, 1971 to Mario and Oriales Rubio, both born in Cuba. His parents were both permanent legal residents of the US at the time he was born. On November 5, 1975, when Rubio was 4 years old, they both became naturalized US citizens. To date Senator Rubio has not released his birth certificate for us to scrutinize. Since his parents were NOT US citzens at the time of his birth, Rubio is NOT a “natural born citizen” and can never be President, per Article II, Section 1 of the US Constitution, or Vice President, per the 12th Amendment.
Governor Bobby Jindal was born Piyush Jindal at Women’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on June 10, 1971 to Amar Jindal and Raj Gupta Jindal, both born in India. His parents were were both permanent legal residents of the US at the time he was born. On September 21, 1976, when Jindal was 5 years old, his mother became a naturalized US citizen; and on December 4, 1986, when Jindal was 15, his father also became a naturalized US citizen. Governor Jindal has released his birth certificate which confirms his birth and parentage. Since his parents were NOT US citzens at the time of his birth, Jindal is NOT a “natural born citizen” and can never be President or Vice President.

O’Reilly, Hannity and others may pooh pooh the work of competent researchers who have spent considerable time to developed credible evidence, but the truth will come out!
After Obamas goons threaten Bennet and his family; it will be interesting to see if he has the balls to keep him off the ballot. A public announcement that he is doing so might be just the match we need to start a new fire in several other states. I certainly hope so.

Just four (4) days after settling in to the White House One of the first acts the “Anti-POTUS” performed was to issue a Memorandum (Transparency and Open Government) to Executives of the Federal Government and Agencies. [ http://www.whitehouse.gov/the_press_office/TransparencyandOpenGovernment/ ] an edict I will paraphrase:
“Open up your offices; it’s good for the public and good for government. The ‘collective expertise’ of Americans openly participating in policy decisions can only benefit the Country….”

A “Memorandum” is not an “Executive Order”, but let’s discuss hypocracy, betrayal and manipulation for a moment…. The very first paragraph reads:
“My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government.”
Later, this:
“Executive departments and agencies should offer Americans increased opportunities to participate in policymaking and to provide their Government with the benefits of their collective expertise and information. Executive departments and agencies should also solicit public input on how we can increase and improve opportunities for public participation in Government.”
These words are chilling… Don’t misunderstand: In reading all the comments here, we have done our job as American citizens. In fact, we have complied with the “import” of of the memo – I would go so far as to suggest our “public participation” and using our “collective expertise…” (read the memo…) confirms our duty as U.S. citizens to act! We have “collective expertise”, but still no Birth Certificate?
So, let’s continue to use our “collective expertise” as Americans. The “President” told the government to do so; “he” said it; “they” should work with all of “U.S.”, and use this once self-promoting “Memorandum” will hold huge advantages during the re-election debate.
I agree with a previous comment with the idea of proper application of the “Freedom of Informantion Act” (FOIA). It has opened up the “Truthers” on 9/11… In fact, it is getting very, very close to blowing the top off of our government; making this “Birth Certificate” issue appear as a “petty nuisance”*

THIS A VERY SAD TIME in the history of our country. I am fighting with my 84 year old mother over a fraud that is being committed by our president, the congress, senate and most every news outlet in the country. The fraud is against our constitution and our countries well-being, by people who only care for themselves.
Hawaii is not hiding what they do not have, someone there is hiding what they did, doing this because they see that the rat in the Whitehouse may not win. Even sadder, until the house and senate knows for sure this rat is gone they will do nothing either. After he is gone, they will again do nothing but talk, for too many have stolen too much and cannot afford to rock the boat.
I keep saying fear blinds people, but after listening to my mother, who cannot believe this could happen in our country, a fraud in the Whitehouse, I now know that believing in our country and the disgraceful politicians can blind too. Then we have a news media that cannot see the road they are driving, they are running us over a cliff and are too drunk to care, too drunk to know they will die too.
In other countries they are laughing at us, laughing at our president who talks of his political take on women at a G-8 meeting. He believes it is more important to keep campaigning than finding a solution to our financial problems, a solution that would not only help women, but their children too.

What disturbs me is how easy this man got on the ticket in the first place without the proper documents. I have read that Nancy Pelosi was responsible for getting O on the Democratic ticket! I can’t understand why they are pushing Rubio for VP either, I think that’s why he keeps saying no because he knows he’s not eligible but they won’t leave him alone. I wrote to the News Media, O’reilly, Hannity, Huckabee and ask they why but they still push him, he’s too young anyway. Nothing important seems to matter anymore.
This is how I see it….We need a president and all elected/appointed officials to be American MADE, let me tell you why…A true American has the pride and dignity of being an American it’s in their blood, when we start voting, choosing, and picking others to do the jobs here in our country that doesn’t have that American pride, dignity, morales, values then this is exactly what you get is an UNAMERICAN candiate.
American’s have always had a sense of pride for our country, people, and self and when you lack any of those then you’re not getting what you thought you were getting. That’s why vetting is so important!
People from all walks of life come to America, home of the brave, land of the free and may live here for decades BUT…..you have to remember the pride, the American pride it’s just not there!
You have to have it or you get exactly what we have today! Radicals, thieves, lairs, and communists, and NO American pride….Think about that! … If we put just one UNAMERICAN IN OUR WHITE HOUSE OR ANYWHERE IN OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM, THEY will MULTIPLY BEFORE YOU KNOW IT! And then you find out that we have 68 registered communists, muslims, chinese, etc in our system, where is their American pride they don’t have it, it would be impossible for them to have it because they are NOT Americans.

Lots of good ideas. But remember, Democrats must never be prosecuted by other democrat politicians. And Democrats who are not caucasian can never be prosectuted by any politicians of any party. Also remember the politicians must not rock the boat too much. They will lose the cushy money tree they are living on. We also have hundreds of thousands of people who have died, which the democrats love to use as extra votes and the new voting machines are under the control of the liberal unions. Last but not least of all the above are not enough, we have Obama’s man Holder running the US secret police to take care of any one who stands out as too powerful of a support for the republicans.
