Five Hawaii Democratic representatives want to pass a law making President Barack Obama’s birth records public and charge $100 to see them.
The bill, introduced this week, would change a privacy law barring the release of birth records to anyone unless they have a tangible interest.
The measure hasn’t been scheduled for a public hearing yet, and can’t move forward until that happens.
Its primary sponsor, Rep. Rida Cabanilla, says she wants to end the controversy surrounding Obama’s birth by handing over official state records to those who will pay.
She says the fee would help offset the extra work by state employees who handle frequent phone calls and e-mails from people who believe Obama wasn’t born in Hawaii.
Hawaii’s health director has said she’s verified Obama’s original records, and notices were published in two newspapers within days of his birth at a Honolulu hospital.

That's right …… she "verified" his 'original records', but NEVER said that he was born in Hawaii – everyone just 'supposed' that's what she meant.
Notice she doesn't use the word "bithcertificate", she will only say "original records – like a useless certificate of live birth" [where's the beef?] because it's obvious there isn't one, since no hospital has a record of his birth except in Mombassa, you can find that one easy on you tube.

As a genealogy researcher, let me state that public records are open to anyone. Some States charge, some don't, but the records of birth, marriage and death are available in every State….so something is wrong………it means……..if it doesn't exist, there is a cover up…..which leaves everyone wondering WHY.

I do a lot of genealogy research. There is no way you can get a birth certificate of someone who is living without their permission. Marriage and divorce certificates can be accessed. Birth and death certificates are different. If you want a death certificate for someone who has passed away you have to show you are related in some way to that person. In the case of eligibility to govern a whole country I feel that it is necessary for that person to provide proof that he or she is eligible according to the Constitution. Then and only then should a persons actual birth certificate (not a certification of birth) be available for all to see. This person has to open all records to show his/her Constitutional right to occupy a position of responsibility to govern and have to show ones allegiance to that position and country.
Just somebody claiming by words of mouth dose not prove Obama is born in Hawaii. A long form birth-certificate with Doctor's name & hospital etc. showing he was born in USA is the only simple proof need,& why the hell is he keeping it a big secret if he is real American born. This man lies his way into the WH, & lieing so much, he thinks he is above the law. Well, the day of reckoning is not far, soon the ugly truth will come out.
Does the two page newspaper there make history of all babies born there, or just the ones who will need it later?
James when my daughter was born in Malibu, California my parents in Quebec, Canada put a birth announcement into the local newspaper even though she was a U.S.A. Citizen.

BO has allies in government positions in Hawaii, and they have had time to plant whatever documents are necessary. This is all a ruse like the hearings about McCains eligibility in the last election. Obama and his gangsters have a way of obfuscating the truth. They know that Obama is not a natural born citizen because he was born a British subject – his birthright from his father. When Obama was born, he inherited British citizenship from his father so he could not be considered a Natural Born citizen.
Now they will produce a document showing he was born in Hawaii – even though it doesn’t make him a natural born citizen. They created a diversion in the last election by calling McCain's citizenship into question knowing that McCain was born to two parents who were both American citizens and therefore Natural Born. This sounds like a good Idea. I would even let them collect the 100 dollars retro-active to all requests made to date. I know this will never happen because if this issue is resolved then Barry will have to find some other distraction to keep the blood hounds off the trail of the real things he is hiding in his "Protected Documents". Amazing !! Now, after two years, Hawaiis Health Director says she can verify Obamas' Birth Records. It took two years & two trips for Obama, plus a lot of correspondence to finally come up with the phoney paperwork. I wonder how she is going to explain how he was born in two different hospitals in Hawii???

I will start to believe when I see a form with the sigatures of doctor typed or hand written on an original form that originated in a hawaiian medical facility on the date of Barry's birth. I want an omish pastor to learn how to use a scanner and email, and physically place that form on the scanner bed, after swearing on a bible that he is seeing it with his own eyes, and email it to Western Journalism Center. Done. I'll pay a buck toward the $100.
All of this is quite interesting. But it still does not change the fact that Obama has admitted to dual citizenship at birth. That precludes his eligibility as "natural born" requires two American parents with birth on American soil. Two out of three doesn't cut it. The only thing that could change the fact that he's not natural born is if his actual long-form birth certificate were to establish that Barack Obama Sr was not his father. Then the question of his adoption by Lolo Soetoro and subsequent Indonesian citizenship would come into play. In that event, documents would have to be provided that he reclaimed his American citizenship at majority and that he had his name legally changed back to Barack Obama.

Hospital staff where BHO says he was born say their is NO RECORD Long Form that is copleted for every live birth. They have records before and after his SUPPOSED birth date showing other live birts but NONE of them have BHO's name on them. Every United Statescitizen should have the obligation and the right to demand that all Presidents .to present their BC's prior to elections in every state. This was not done in 2008. Because of National Security, World Affairs, etc., and etc. What we are experiencing is a definite time bomb. God only knows what this man and all his cronies are doing to our country. I keep my ggson after school each day and notes were sent home for parents to register their children for pre-school,1st grades , the first thing they ask a parent to bring is the childs Birth-certificate.Now pray tell me why we (or) a small child would need that (,he will not be holding down a JOB),when the President of the United States gets away with anything he so desires.
