Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published today that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.
Abercrombie told the Honolulu Star Advertiser he was searching within the Hawaii Department of Health to find definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii, because the continuing eligibility controversy could hurt the president’s chances of re-election in 2012.
Donalyn Dela Cruz, Abercrombie’s spokeswoman in Honolulu, ignored again today another in a series of repeated requests made by WND for an interview with the governor.
Toward the end of the interview, the newspaper asked Abercrombie: “You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plan to release more information regarding President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. How is that coming?”
In his response, Abercrombie acknowledged the birth certificate issue will have “political implications” for the next presidential election “that we simply cannot have.”

I think Abercrombie is on a fool's errand. Who really believes anymore that our impostor President was born in Hawaii at all? We already know that he is a foreign born person with no real past, background or father. He is a manufactured man, a figment of his books, smoke and mirrors. Who can trust him on any level? Nancy Pelosi sunk to a new level when she "certified" him as meeting eligibility requirements for President. She qualifies for the Ultimate Pinhead award. Nancy Pelosi is not just a pinhead. She violated her oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution. She should be punished for falsely certifying Obama as a "Natural Born" U.S. citizen without proof. She could really care less about the Constitution; she is only interested in enjoying poltical power; it makes her think she is "somebody."

It's really not reasonable to think Barry was born abroad or the son of Obama the alien Luo tribesman in light of Dr. Fukino's statement of July 2009:
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai'i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai'i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai'i and is a natural-born American citizen. The real issue is whether Barry lost his U.S. citizenship altogether in becoming Indonesian and confirming his Indonesian citizenship.
But the original birth certificate and DNA analysis are still important to confirm Barry's status at birth and his true racial identity (probably father: Caucasian, mother: predominantly Polynesian), and to exclude a ringer.

I want someone to explain just when someone becomes "eligible" when they refuse to prove "eligibiliy" for two full years. Was he elligible when he first refused to prove it, or was it a month or two later when he continued to refuse to prove eligibility. It is like telling the Highway Patrolman that you have a license and proff of insurance and registration… but I am not going to show you, so have a nice day officer and then drive on down the road. Why try to repeal the so called healthcare bill when any bill signed by Mr. Obama is Constitutioanlly invalid as he has REFUSED to prove his eligibility. Exhaustive official investigations are necessary to resolve the issue of eligibility and racial identity.
Barry suppresses evidence as to his birth, in spite of the fact that his original birth certificate will show him eligible at that time, because it would put the lie to the tall tale about being the son of a Luo tribesman and through him having kith 'n' kin in Africa.
Barry suppresses other evidence, probably in part by corrupt deals with Indonesian officials, to try to avoid disclosure that he lost U.S. citizenship, and with it the constitutional eligibility he had acquired at birth.
It is incumbent upon every U.S. patriot to do everything possible to cause official investigations to be mounted that can compel sworn testimony and subpoena documents and things or execute search warrants, to resolve authoritatively Barry's eligibility and actual race. His assumption of a false racial identity – a kind of race theft – to garner votes and defame opponents as racists is election fraud.

Some states admitted they violated their own election laws…..but basically, as defined in this document from The Congressional Research Service, there are no requirements to prove eligibility:

The states have relied on the nominating parties to certify eligibility. I understand that in every state but Hawai'i the Democrats delivered certificates of presidential nomination without the traditional certification of eligibility. Thus there was an almost total lapse of responsibility to demand or produce even a scintilla of assurance of Barry's eligibility.
As the courts are evading the matter, the Congress and state legislatures and attorneys general must mount exhaustive investigations into Barry's eligibility and what happened in 2008, incident to deciding what to do about Barry's universal election fraud in 2008 and prospects for recurrence in 2012.
If Barry is found ineligible, those states that appointed electors pledged to him should, voluntarily or by force of federal legislation, rescind those appointments for fraud. Barry's official acts would be of no force or effect. Repeal of monstrosities like Obamacare and new START would be unnecessary; they would be null and void ab initio. Desirable and necessary acts can be ratified and confirmed by new legislation. In fact, there could be a blanket confirmation with specific exceptions for the most egregious acts, such as Obamacare, new START and certain judicial and other appointments.
Until the issue of eligibility is resolved, everything is under a cloud of constitutional doubt. The necessary investigations and hearings, to resolve Barry's eligibility by full disclosure and authoritative scientific and legal analyses, are a categorical constitutional imperative. Why do not our officials, who have sworn to uphold the Constitution, act, and why do not we the people who ordained and established the Constitution, set up a hue and cry to make them act?

If Obama is shown to be a usurper of the Office of President, then, as I understand the Constitution, every article of law, every appointee to the Court, every penny allocated to programs during his tenure in the Office will be rendered null-and-void. Whether this clown of a president was born in Hawaii or not, is of little concern to me. He is unfit to serve based on his background, which is anti-USA, Pro-Marxist, and Anti-Capitalist. And what he has done since being in office goes along with his belief that people should have a totalitarian government to order them around and micro-manage their lives. As for Obama's citizenship, natural born citizen assumes Both Parents Be U.S. citizens. Obama's father was a Kenyan, and Kenya at the time of Obama's birth was a British Protectorate or Colony making him a British citizen. Dual citizenship is not natural born. Obama has dual citizenship and has at times, even stated that he was an Indonesian citizen.
Our government officials, the FBI, CIA, HLS, DIA, etc. have enough intelligence gathering capability to know the truth about Obama's birth and background. Only problem, Greyhawk, is impeachment is the process to remove a legally sitting President. Since Obama is not legitimate, he should be removed from office by arrest – charged with treason and other high crimes and misdemeanors. In is book, in mentioning an article about something, Obama said he found it among his papers, including his birth certificate. If Obama has the certificate, why doesn't he show it, and end the controversy? Answer: He can't, because it would show he is not eligible for the presidency.
His book also says he was born in Kansas. How far away is that from Hawaii? A skip and a jump? That means he was born in four different places. Kansas, two different hospitals in Hawaii and Kenya. Indonesia did not recognize dual citizenshps. When he renewed his Indoensian passport at 18, he had to take an Oath of Allegiance, renouncing all other allegiances. That is an expatriating act in and of itself.

Its amazing how some Negroid genetic code (half) in an individual can totally paralyze the exercise of the rule of law as contained in our Constitution while those not so physically equipped are thoroughly vetted to determine their eligibility. You may recall that McCain, during the presidential campaign of 2008, was investigated by a Congressional committee to determine if he indeed was an American citizen since he had been born in the Panama Canal zone to American (US Navy) parents. But not so for Barry. Why? Because it was also an open secret in Washington that he would likely fail any test of citizenship were he to be investigated thoroughly. The campaign was too far along and his poll numbers were such that no one had the guts to risk rocking the boat. It was feared that civil unrest would break out around the country if a white dominated Congress declared the "chosen one" the first African-American (half AA that is), to be ineligible by law to run for the office of POTUS. The liberal news media would have shrieked racism thus fueling the unrest that was feared could result in death and destruction if rioting were to break out in major metropolitan centers. So the entire matter was swept under the rug despite the fact the rug shifts occasionally to expose the dirt as was so skillfully done by the dim wit Abercombie of Hawaii.
Abercombie, shot his mouth off and is now trying to extract his big foot from his big mouth. We had already been told by the former Hawaiian birth records clerk that it was an open secret that no Obama birth certificate existed. There are no photographic records ever showing Barry's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, together with Barack Hussein Obama Sr. The latter never once in any record acknowledges a son, Barrry Jr. And there is no record of any kind proving Abercombie was ever near the Obamas despite his claim to the contrary.
We now have a decorated Army veteran Flight Surgeon, LtCol Terrence Lakin, rotting in the Ft Leavenworth KS prison because he dared to demand that his CnC present proof, a long form birth certificate, of his eligibility to exercise the authority as CnC by being the ultimate authority for Lakin's orders to return overseas for another deployment. The Army Court Martial court (Kangaroo Court) found Lakin guility of disobeying orders while denying him due process associated with evidentiary discovery.
Barack Hussein Obama is doubtless a total fraud which I suspect is common knowledge among the Washington elite but he remains untouchable because of RACE. Had he been all white instead of half white he would probably have ended up an ambulance chaser (assuming an attorney profession) never to have been seen or heard of in political circles. Why? Because he would not have been regarded as unique enough to qualify. And once it was determined that he couldn't prove his American citizenship that would have been the end of the story.

I assume the statement is true. Dr. Fukino knew that she could have been subpoenaed to produce the vital records (the original birth certificate showing actual birth parents and the amended birth certificate showing adoptive parents). So why would she lie?
If the “vital records”, including the original birth certificate, showed Barry was “a natural-born American citizen”, Obama the Luo could not have been his birth father. The child of an alien can not be a natural born citizen.
Hence Barry’s birth parents are unknown. Speculators of various stripes, for various salacious reasons, seem to be fixated on a colored father by a promiscuous pale teen-ager. My speculation is that – sorry to disappoint – Stanley Ann’s marriage with Obama the Luo was platonic and entered into at her father’s request with a friend of his, Obama the Luo, to conceal the birth of her father's son out of wedlock, hence the timeless repugnant story of a white father and a mother of color, probably Polynesian, maybe Negro.
It is reasonably to be inferred that Stanley Ann was a virgin when she married Lolo Soetoro, as Muslims strongly prefer to marry virgins. That marriage didn’t last long, which tends to bolster my contrarian suspicion that Stanley Ann was sexually dysfunctional and was too narcissistic to copulate satisfactorily, much less procreate. She died of ovarian cancer, which raises an inference, by no means conclusive or even strong, that she died sans progeny. Genetic analysis could confirm or disprove her maternity of Maya Soetoro-Ng, as well as Barry, and this would serve the interests of honest genealogy as well as presidential constitutional eligibility.
I reckon we won’t know Barry’s actual birth parents until Congress, a state legislature or an attorney general at long last subpoenas the vital records, and the appropriate DNA, to determine whether Barry committed election fraud by getting on the ballot.
If neither of Barry’s birth parents was a Negro, Barry’s posing as a black might be deemed election fraud, even if he were born a natural born citizen and never lost U.S. citizenship.
Hawai’i, even though heavily Democratic, might wish to conduct an exhaustive investigation of Barry’s eligibility at birth and after he apparently became Indonesian. It is the only state that put Barry on the ballot in reliance on a Democratic certificate of nomination containing a certification of eligibility, and appointed presidential electors pledged to him. If he be found ineligible, either because he was not natural born at birth (highly unlikely) or because he lost U.S. citizenship by becoming Indonesian (very likely) Hawai’i should consider rescinding those appointments for fraud, and prosecuting for fraud those who signed the certification of Barry's eligibility.
Oh, and by the way, Hawai'ians might be interested in Barry's original birth certificate and DNA analysis to find out whether one of Barry's birth parents was a native Hawai'ian. Maybe that's one reason why Dr. Chiyome Leinaala Fukino (isn't that middle name Hawai'ian?) made her July 2009 statement substantially disproving Obama the alien Luo tribesman as a birth parent.

No one in the 111th congress sought to investigate eligibility but rather make motions to imply he was born in the US therefore eligible. The original birth certificate was reported on years ago, in a carefully worded statement that skirted Barry's adoption. Stanley Ann and Obama the Luo were adoptive parents.

As the "vital records" show Barry to be a natural born U.S. citizen, Obama the alien black Luo tribesman could not be Barry's birth parent, and his book "Dreams from my Father" is hokum. The most plausible reasons for suppressing the original birth certificate are (1) it would show Barry is not black, with kith 'n' kin in Africa and (2) to distract people from the real issue, his loss of U.S. citizenship by U.S. expatriation, Indonesian naturalization, and his adult confirmation.
Barry's refusal to release his original birth certificate, confirming that he was natural born at birth, was a misrepresentation that he was not, which thereby incited insubordination among distinguished members of the armed forces, a high crime and misdemeanor constituting grounds for impeachment.
Abercrombie's sudden about-face on disclosure of the original birth certificate reinforces the suspicion that it would show Barry is not black. Dr. Fukino has already reported that it is not because it would disprove eligibility.
If, as seems likely, the original birth certificate also proves Barry was not black, it will be evidence of election fraud for claiming to be black, and false reporting of his racial identity on his census return, high crimes and misdemeanors further counting toward impeachment.
Official investigations to subpoena the original birth certificate are a categorical imperative to confirm, with genetic analysis to exclude a ringer, that Barry was natural born at the time of his birth.
And further, with that behind us, such investigations are essential to resolve the serious question whether Barry lost U.S. citizenship, and with it his eligibility. Further, it is probable that he has embarked upon a course of crooked dealing with foreign officials to purge and sequester evidence of Barry's foreign citizenship, to America's very great damage and risk.
It will hurt his chances of a 2012 win????? What???? It is hurting the country now being there illegally.
