Harvard University law professor Alan Dershowitz told MSNBC that the Zimmerman affidavit was irresponsible and unethical. “It’s so thin it won’t make it pass the judge on a second degree murder charge… It’s not only thin, it’s irresponsible.”
Mediaite reported:
Harvard University law professor Alan Dershowitz appeared on MSNBC’s Hardball where fill-in host Michel Smerconish asked him his opinions of the arrest warrant issued and carried out for alleged Trayvon Martin murderer, George Zimmerman. Dershowitz called the affidavit justifying Zimmerman’s arrest “not only thin, it’s irresponsible.”He went on to criticize the decision to charge Zimmerman for second degree murder by special prosecutor Angela Corey as being politically motivated.
“You’ve seen the affidavit of probable cause. What do you make of it,” Smerconish asked. “It won’t suffice,” Dershowitz replied without hesitation.
“Most affidavits of probable cause are very thin. This is so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge,” Dershowitz said.“There’s simply nothing in there that would justify second degree murder.”

Doesn’t this kinda remind you of the OJ trial crap The blacks don’t give a damn as to the truth. They want this gang banger made into a saint.
Harvard Professor Dershowitz gets a “D” due to grade inflation.
His answer might be fine as far as it goes, but he misses the main issue.
This is governed by the Civil Rights cases I studied at The Law School where he teaches, including the lynching cases, in which people unduly influenced the courts and other public authorities, or usurped their functions.
Indeed, this case is a fortiori, for the old Civil Rights cases didn’t have a pretender to the Office of President, who relinquished his American citizenship for Indonesian citizenship to evade the obligation to register for the Selective Service back in 1981, who pretends to be half-Negro by claiming his adoptive father as his birth father in order to make racist appeals, and who fuels racist passions and strife in this matter by his own racists remarks and through his violently hateful racist proxies.
I’ve asked Dershowitz whether he still “likes” the Great Pretender a.k.a. the Great Mole, whom he “voted for” in 2008. He has not responded.
