URGENT: Twenty-seven people, including 20 children, were killed Friday when a gunman clad in black military gear opened fire inside his mother’s kindergarten class at a Connecticut elementary school.
The shooter, who sources identified as Adam Lanza, 20, gunned down his mother and her entire class at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., according to sources. Lanza was found dead inside the school, according to officials. Eighteen of the children and six more adults were dead at the school and two more children died later, according to Connecticut State Police Lt. Paul Vance.
Vance would not confirm the shooter’s name, and earlier in the day there were conflicting reports over the gunman’s identity. Law enforcement sources told FoxNews.com the shooter was Adam Lanza. His brother, Ryan Lanza, 24, was being questioned in Hoboken, N.J., but it was not sure if he faced charges.
“It is not a simplistic scene,” Vance told reporters.
An official with knowledge of the situation said the shooter was armed with a .223-caliber rifle. Four weapons in total were recovered from the scene. The motive is not yet known.

Dear God, what is happening to our people? Please know I have cried today in sadness and I am so sorry for all who died today and for the families and everyone involved. My heart hurts for everyone.
I am a grandmother and I CANNOT bear the pain for those little ANGELS WHO DIED. My heart hurts so bad today. Please PRAY TO GOD THIS DOES NOT EVER HAPPEN AGAIN.
And as was expected, somewhere in the USA an “incident” like this would occur to spark Leftist rage against gun owners. Anyone familiar with how they work could have written a script that played out just this way.
And I’d be willing to bet that someone DID. Now, what’s “the rest of the story”?
Now the Lib Media will go into shrieking over-drive and cries from the UN will reach overwhelming levels and the war against gun owners will be on in earnest. My, my. What “timing”, eh? All this happening right at the beginning of Obamao’s campaign to strip the Second Amendment from the tattered remains of the Constitution. How convenient!
It’s all been done before! It is how the LEFT operates! Commit a grievous crime then blame it on the Right and mount uncountable law suits and campaigns for new laws while the ObaMedia dutifully spins out their part of the script. Then the field will fill with the usual suspects racing to cameras to condemn gun owners (does that include gun owner/carrier Barbara Boxer?) and cry crocodile tears for the victims.
Twenty-six dead? God rest their souls and comfort the families and friends and find those who are REALLY responsible. To the Left, those 26 were mere props to use as they see fit in spinning out another attack on the Constitution and American Freedom.
The script was written long ago. You had to see it coming and many of us did.
Fight Fire With Fire. These shooters prey on the innocent and unarmed. We put our kids safety in the hands of the Teachers and the School to keep them safe. All school districts should encourage Teachers and Administrators to be armed.This would deter any violence and mitigate any attack. Staying proactive instead of reacting after the fact is the only way to protect our kids.
The problem is that under Obama, the teachers are now teaching the children to turn away from God, who knows your approach and recommendation might in fact be arming the eventual enemy. Apparently there is a new Military Handbook in the works that instructs our Military to look away when a Muslim is committing what we would call molestation with a young child, be it boy or girl. They are also to look away when a Muslim man is abusing a Muslim woman, does that give you a clue as to where this country under Obama is heading?

This country is going down a path that has been brewing for a long time with the issues of mental health or the lack of or over medicated or ignore the problem and it will go away. The mentally ill inhabit many dark alleys or in some closet just waiting to attack society and the innocent. It is too simple to attack guns or speech the problem will not go away and the worse is yet to come
I wish mental health care were as easy to get as, say, a gun.
SITUATION: We live in a country beset by acts of horrendous proportions as this act will testify. We live in a country that wants answers to ‘why’? We live in a country where few possess ‘logic’, a consequence perpetuated by The Three Amigos, i.e. psychiatry, psychology, and psychoanalysts . Logic is available, but, the purveyor has been under attack for 62yrs, another consequence of The Three Amigos. Of course I’m talking about the home-grown, made in America, purveyor of logic, known as Scientology.
