An analysis of Hawaii’s birth recording requirements around the time of Barack Obama’s 1961 birth reveals several ways to generate a “Certificate of Birth,” including some that require no documentation other than the assertion of a adult.
The word comes in a report by an investigator commissioned by a retired CIA officer. The report was posted online by the Western Center for Journalism, which withheld the officer’s name.
“In the State of Hawaii, back in 1961, there were four different ways to get an ‘original birth certificate’ on record,” the investigator says, including a report to the Department of Health from an attending physician or midwife
But if the certificate was obtained through any of the other three options, “Obama would have a very good reason not to release the vault birth certificate,” the investigator said.
“If the original certificate were the standard … type of birth certificate (documented by a physician or midwife), he would have allowed its release and brought the controversy to a quick end,” the report said. The investigator said if the birth certificate was obtained by one of the other methods, then it contributes to the overall questions raised about Obama’s eligibility.

I was born and raised in Hawaii, and my birth certificate is a black looking photocopy of the original record. Out curiosity I requested a copy of my original record. I was told over the telephone, "Oh, we don't do those photocopies anymore." I questioned, "So what happened to my original record?" Answer: "All original birth records are kept stored in our basement." That being said, Obama has no excuse as the President of the United States to have someone at the Hawaiii Department of Health go down to the basement, pull his record, and make a copy to end this question of he being legally authorized to be President of the United States. Anyone with a brain can logically deduce why he pays three legal teams to keep any birth record hidden from public view. What i don't understand is why the Republican politicians don't pursue this matter?!!!!!

How to subpoena a birth certificate:
1. Civil Suit (Been tried, hasn't happened, won't happen)
2. Appeal Civil Suit up the "chain of command"- lower supreme court, up to the U.S. Supreme Court

Now something most people have not heard of- the power of the grand jury:
Failure to comply with a grand jury subpoena is "Contempt of Grand Jury." Or also "Contempt of
Court", to which the person refusing will have an arrest warrant issued for their arrest.
Now a few more options:
3. Federal grand jury. Yep, a federal grand jury took down a U.S. President- Nixon/Watergate 1974
(Less likely, as a federal attorney (Dept. of Justice) would need to help.
Eric Holder won't allow this.)
4. Hawaii State Grand Jury (not very likely, but not impossible).
5. Honolulu County Grand Jury (OOPS! Mr. Constitutional Professor didn't think of that one).
6. State grand jury of another state. Mr. Obama submitted documentation to other states during his 2008 campaign. State grand jury gets it, and proves it's a fraud via forensic expert. Then what? Attorney General of the state sues the Secretary of State. In the legal pleadings, the Attorney General then requests the judge to order one of two things:
A) Secretary of State obtains a long-form birth certificate, and a forensic analysis prior to certifying the eligibility to be on the state ballot.
B) Secretary of State is ordered to not allow Obama to be on the ballot until Obama produced the long-form birth certificate.
What does this mean? No electoral votes from that state.
7. Possibly, the county grand jury issues a subpoena in which the county contains the Secretary of State. Repeat step #6.
8. New president whom appoints lower court judges who will convene a special grand jury and investigate. The new president also appoint an attorney general whom will work with the special grand jury.
9. A subpoena from the biggest, most powerful grand jury in the land – the U.S. Congress. Then examine by several forensic experts. Then 6 weeks before the presidential election, reveal the findings to the people.
