Well if you live in New York city you better or Nanny Bloomberg (a.k.a Mayor Michael Bloomberg) will browbeat you to do so in a new mandate he has imposed on New York Hospitals. This latest action by Bloomberg called “Latch on NYC” pressured many hospitals in the NYC area to put baby formula under lock and key and push breast feeding as the only way to feed a new born.
