It appears to me like the Obama administration is violating the Constitution once again. For someone who allegedly taught constitutional law, Obama doesn’t seem to know the Constitution very well. If he did, he would know he is not only violating his oath of office to, “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States,” and to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” but he’s also violating the “Equal Protection Clause” of the 14Th Amendment. Of course he will probably argue that the “Equal Protection Clause” of the 14Th Amendment applies to the states, not the federal government. However, I doubt the SCOTUS would agree with him.
Once the election is over the smiling illegals will be chased down by the law and booted back home. Their purpose here has been served and like the Native Americans in history. They will get doubled crossed.
I still there is a reason they have us focusing on the Mexican border. What about the flip side of the coin. Who is getting into this country. I don’t think it is Mexicans. Mexicans have been crossing that border for a couple of hundred years as illegal immigrants. NOW it is a big issue? There is something else. I don’t know. I sense something about illegals but I don’t think it is Hispanic. The old look at one hand and don’t pay attention to the other.
