Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) yelled at Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on Thursday over her refusal to answer simple questions about a member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council who stands accused by some members of Congress of leaking classified information.

She has thus indicated that her answer is ‘yes’!! herein lies the problem….with the bantering of a few words, the congressman is shuffled off the floor, and the terrorist members continue to do business with this administration….just as the muslim candidate who wants to introduce the muslim school system to be introduced into U.S. schools….his fund raising continues unabated toward becoming the second muslim member of congress….the first never even swearing into office on a bible, but rather the koran….we are in a world of hurt, and little is being done to slow it down.

Here’s another thought that should be looked into.
RICO act. Well, it looks to me like congress in its entirety and every person that works in it, the white house and every single person that works in it and draws federal paychecks, the justice department and every single person that works directly or indirectly and every single department there-in, and every single employee of the federal government of the United States of America regardless of job description is and has been involved criminal activity as an organization and every member of congress, everybody that works in the white house and the justice department, every single worker for the federal government at every level should be arrested and charged under the RICO act as an ongoing criminal organization. Just like the drug dealers and anybody else that has been charged under that act. There Crimes will start with Treason. They have been lying, stealing and cheating the Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. I can’t see any difference between them and the Mafia, if there ever was such a thing, or Motorcycle “Gangs”, or Gun Smugglers, Drug Smugglers or any RICO defined organization. When convicted ‘All’ their assets and I mean everything they own should be confiscated and put in the general fund to help the needy Natural Born Citizens of the United States of America. Everything they have was derived from their criminal activity while working in the Criminal Organization we know as the Federal Government. That includes all of their kids’ stuff and of course the wives and mistresses property. Seize; confiscate all property of any description. Freeze all bank accounts. Their sentences after a quick trial and conviction will be Life in, General Population, Prison without the possibility of Parole. Creation of construction jobs for a lot of new prisons for these poor folks. Give the sons and daughters the choice of Prison for life or Front Line Combat Positions. Well, they get a choice. Then we can go after the middlemen that were involved in defense procurement that were instrumental in ripping off the taxpayers for the last 75 years and we can prosecute the dead criminals posthumously.
There is nobody in this administration that will tell the truth…before a judge, before a Congressional
committee. Their evasieve answer is typically…”I don’t think so, I don’t know or I don’t recall.” Face it, this
is a group of LIARS, plain and simple. If they told the truth, they would be fired by the Liar-in-Chief himself.

If I lived in TX I would re-elect Rep. Gohmert. However,, the House Judiciary Committee has given a perfect example why almost every incumbent career politician should NOT be re-elected. First order of business in the next Congress starting 1/3/2013 is the impeachment of Janet Napolitano for TREASON. If a new President is inaugurated next year and Napolitano is out, Congress won’t have to bother getting rid of her, she should just be prosecuted for Treason–and I wouldn’t want to spend taxpayer dollars supporting her for a life term in prison.

C-Span is getting political with their camera angles and focus. They angle the camera so that you cannot read the nameplate in front of the speakers, or position camera to make it difficult to tell who the nameplate belongs to.
