At least nine Republican governors have banded together against the Obama Administration’s memo seeking to change the work requirement for welfare benefits. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, one of the governors against this development, shared her position on Fox.

I will paraphrase a 5.000 year old document. Give no man a dole for by doing so you would deprive him of his manhood. In other words unless you are truly unable to work you should welcome any work in to maintain your self respect.
I agree with this but if you have small children and would have to pay a daycare to care for them while you work, there would not be much money left to take care of said children. I believe that all the druggies and alcoholics
should have to show up to work for a check. I think the word disabled should be defined also. Even the mentally challenged want to work. They feel so much better about themselves. Anyone should want to carry their own weight. Severly diabled people should not be included in this though. Just have to define everything so there are no loopholes.
Watching Colin Powell last night on Fox… he was blasting some white guy, (forgot who) for saying Obama was LAZY….. man alive. if the shoe fits….!! He’s about as ‘active’ as ‘dead lice…..’
