Fox News Channel types were ready to rumble Tuesday and are eagerly awaiting the next White House salvo.
Fox cable biggies Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly could hardly contain their delight at being labeled GOP shills Sunday by Obama administration Communications Director Anita Dunn, a charge that will likely prove a big ratings booster for the Rupert Murdoch-owned outlet.
“They’re more worried about the war on Fox than the actual war in Afghanistan,” Beck crowed on his show. “Anita, do enjoy the show.”
O’Reilly said “there’s no question that Fox News is tougher on the Obama administration than the other TV operations because we actually have some conservative commentators on this network.”
But O’Reilly insisted that “Our hard news reporters don’t do commentary.”

FOX should tell them how to fix all the problems at once with one trillion dollars.
Give 1 million workers with good jobs 1 million dollars each to retire on.. With the stipulation they buy a new car and a new house. This opens up 1 million good paying jobs, second i million cars to be built (solves automotive problem) 1 million new homes to be built (solves the housing problem) probably opens up 4 million jobs. Unemployement fixed, housing crisis fixed, automotive crisis fixed and 1 million very happy Americans
That would still leave 14 million people unemployed….hardly a dent. The majority would buy foreign cars, so little help there. You'd add a million homes to an already glutted home market…nah!, good though, but it wouldn't work. Not only that, those are my dollars you're giving away….only a progressive would take more of my money. Not only that, I'm already supplying about half the neighborhood with food, lodging, and medical…I can't afford any more!!
