The Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood shooting rampage is due in military court for a pretrial hearing.
Maj. Nidal Hasan (nih-DAHL’ hah-SAHN’) will attend Wednesday’s hearing on the Texas Army post in which the judge may rule on a defense request to provide them with a government-paid forensic pathologist.
The judge also may rule on a defense motion seeking to force prosecutors to provide notes from meetings with President Barack Obama, the defense secretary and other officials after the November 2009 shootings.

I can’t really speak my mind, if I did so, you wou ban me from ever blogging here again. My thoughts and Prayers are with the Families that had love ones assiinated by this Muslum. My heart goes out to those who lost love one’s through this carnage. My anger is totally directed at those that help to install an illegal Muslium in our White House and the policys he inacted to allow someone with so much Hate of America and our precious Military to get in a position to reek carnage on all those that were shot and killed at Ft. Hood!!! My anger intenesifys, when I think of how long this Monster has been allowed to live the good life, while so many have lived with the pain of their love ones who were killed on maimed at Ft. Hood and how Obama and crew has just ignored all that happened. This monster should have alredy been tried and executed at a public hanging. My hurt and Anger is also toward our useless Congress who have allowed this to be swept behind the urtian for so long, without so much of a word or any help to the people who lost their love ones. America has been so down-graded by the actions of those that serve in Congress, they should all be theown out of Office and along with the Usurper Obama be tried for TREASON. May God Bless those who lost their lives and put a gentle hand on the survivors of the massacre at Fort Hood. To those that lost their lives, You will always be MISSED!!!
Joy, you spoke so well about this travesty of justice, except for one “small” item…….all those wounded were denied the Purple Heart.!!!!!!!!! This was just a “local” shooting, as proclaimed by our Muslim president. This goes along with his other crimes against everything about the Constitution.
Of course the Purple Heart was denied. In his latest act of taqiyya, our CIC declared that it was not a despicable and cowardly Muslim terrorist attack but only an all too common case of firearm violence in the workplace. To do otherwise would be to admit Muslims commit the vast majority of such terrorist attacks and, damn, he just might have to bow to another Islamic leader sometime in the future
I served as an officer in the US Army for almost 26 years and have never seen a court martial take this long to get underway. The cold blooded murders by this so-called Soldier of Allah happened in November 2009, for goodness sakes. That was almost two-and-a-half years ago! Has the Obama Admin and DOJ been slow-walking this case, hoping people would forget about it?
I served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 23 years and I’ve never heard of a court martial taking this long to convene when the first degree murder charge with 16 specifications should be a cut and dried case for the prosecution given all the witnesses. 29 months and counting since this senseless slaughter of innocent Army personnel and dependents took place at Ft. Hood. in an act of Islamic terrorism. Hisan should have been drug into court as soon as possible, given a fair trial, then put up against a wall and shot by firing squad. Justice would thus be served and closure provided for those directly affected. But I’m sure he will get every break and consideration possible to include his prayer rug and Quran and then we the taxpayers will have to house and cloth the baah-sterd and pay for his medical needs for the rest of his stinking life. Its a rotten shame the loved ones of those murdered have to wait this long for their day in court to face down the defendant, Hisan. This unnecessary delay smells of meddling by the Muslim in the WH. What else is new?
