C. Boyden Gray, former White House counsel to President George W. Bush, filed a civilian complaint with the IRS against the nonprofit Media Matters on July 27, demanding the agency yank its “tax-exempt status.”
Citing a pattern of “unlawful conduct,” Gray writes in his petition, which FOX Business has obtained, that the nonprofit has “executed a partisan strategy” in violation of U.S. tax law as it exists “no longer to educate the public but, rather, to declare ‘war on FOX,’” Gray says, quoting from an interview its founder, David Brock, gave to the website Politico.
Also unlawful, Gray says, is the nonprofit’s reported goal to “disrupt” the commercial interests of News Corp.
(News Corp. is the parent of FOX News and FOX Business.)
None of these activities are sanctioned, or even found, in nonprofit tax law, Gray says, adding in an interview with FOX Business: “I filed the complaint pro bono. I have no official ties with FOX News or News Corp., the company doesn’t pay me a dime, I’m not on its payroll, and no one there asked me to do this. I filed it on my own.”

Good for him. FOX is the only news agency that tells the truth. The democraps don't like it when their crap is exposed. Keep getting them. Media Matters is a progressive leftist one world government socialist Soros garbage can.
Didn't Media Matters also throw a big self-celebratory party for finally getting Glenn Beck "fired" from Fox?
Thank you C. Boyden Gray, thank you for doing the Right thing. If Media Matters conduct is unlawful towards their Tax Exempt status, through conduct other then educating the public, and there is 100% proof of their violations, then their Tax exempt status should be removed right away. That would be shameful for an organization to personally attack a legitimate News organization such as Fox. I have not seen or heard Fox News say or do anything wrong when it comes to their programs. The only regret I have towards Fox News is their removal of the Glenn Beck Show, then replace such a great show as Glenn Beck with their knew program, "The Five", I find that program to be very, very Tedius, that I have to force myself to watch Fox at that time, but I am a Loyal Fox groupee, I guess one can say. I do pray that they will bring Beck back, and found it strange that he left The Fox, until I read that Media Matters had a great deal to do with Beck's removal, in which case I have been meaning to contact Fox in Protest of Beck's removal and hope others will follow. But, getting back to Media Matters, they should be the one's to be removed and thrown out of existence once and for all.
Michael, I agree with you whole heartedly. My family, watched Beck faithfully every evening at five until the Soros group succeeded in getting rid of the thorn in their side. . He held our interest and the hour flew, we wanted more of the truthful facts he was giving us. Until then the five o'clock was ho hum. Finally, for the first time in memory, Fox News aired a show that not only told the truth, but was able to prove it . No one ever challenged what Beck reported, although he invited them to dispute his facts. Beck was responsible for two White House staff members leaving their jobs., Anita Dunn, a Mao admirer, was filmed at a high school telling students that she admired Mao. What Anita failed to tell them was Mao, was responsible for the death of millions of his own people. The other white house staffer was Van Jones, a radical and professed Communist. After the truth about them was revealed by Beck, both Dunn and Jones left the White House, and ended up working for a Soros funded organization. The Soros group, could not dispute the truth Beck was airing, so they leaned on Fox to get rid of him. Apparently Beck hit a crucial nerve.and had to go. Big mistake for Fox, for now they lost the best program ever aired on any station,Beck will be on the net in September , I can't wait!
This action was only a matter of time. It's clear that Media Matters is no longer engaging in their purported raison d'etre, and is in fact not a tax exempt organization.
Media Matters is nothing more than a Communist Non-Profit Organization which is controlled by George Soros a Nazi sympathizer during WWII.
