A former Justice Department attorney who quit his job to protest the Obama administration’s handling of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case is accusing Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping the charges for racially motivated reasons.
J. Christian Adams, now an attorney in Virginia and a conservative blogger for Pajamas Media, says he and the other Justice Department lawyers working on the case were ordered to dismiss it.
“I mean we were told, ‘Drop the charges against the New Black Panther Party,’” Adams told Fox News, adding that political appointees Loretta King, acting head of the civil rights division, and Steve Rosenbaum, an attorney with the division since 2003, ordered the dismissal.
Asked about the Justice Department’s claim that they are career attorneys, not political appointees, Adams said “obviously, that’s false.”
“Under the vacancy reform act, they were serving in a political capacity,” he said. “This is one of the examples of Congress not being told the truth, the American people not being told the truth about this case. It’s one of the other examples in this case where the truth simply is becoming another victim of the process.”

No one will even say the word impeachment, I believe, because the senators and congressmen/women are in total fear for themselves, and their families if they go against the Chicago machine. Can you think of any other plausable reason for the total silence about his eligibility from the congress and senate? I don't know what the "white" population was thinking when they voted for this man. Most black people would not spit on a white person if they were on fire–they hate us and want retribution. I have worked in a federal facility where blacks control all elements of power and they are the most racist of all—they have an agenda. Anyone who has experienced this KNOWS it to be true. They are all about helping the "brothers." When Iowa voted for Obama in the Democratic primary, I assumed it was because their population was 1% black and they had limited life's experience with the reality of the hearts and minds of the black population. And I truly believe that Rev. Wright's "hate speech" is probably the norm rather than the exception in black "churches"–if you can actually call then churches. Amazing! The Oboma administration has managed to single handedly destroy the enforcibility of the voting rights act. Anyone now prosecuted who is no more flagerant in violating civil rights (does not actually use weapons displayed at a polling place or actually lynch people for trying to vote because of their race) now has a really solid 14th Ammendment challenge to their prosecution.

Failure to provide protection to the Penn. voters also opens the can of worms in that violent citizen response to threats to voters is legally now acceptable under the doctrine of the right to self defense: America has just become less of a kinder and gentler place. I see that on fox the other day. Ibelieve I read something about it in newsmax mag. I am sure the man is not just story telling.
