Hopefully, this time the judge involved should act in accordance with LAW, which none of the Federal Judges have taken into account when lawsuits against Obama have been filed. Including the FORT HOOD MURDERS lawsuit against Hassan, is about to be dropped, since the Pentagon accepted Obama´s definition of same as a “working place ACCIDENT” and some “political correctness” issue. Can anyone believe that an action of a guy yelling “Allahu Akbar” and shooting around 50 of his military brethren, who only stopped when shot by a policewoman, can be defined as an ACCIDENT? The pentagon guys are totally subjected by Obama, so who is going to defend Americans against the “internal enemy”? Are the US going military follow the impostor´s orders to SHOOT AMERICAN CITIZEN? Seems so, if it has become OK for US military to be shot by a Muslim Terrorist.

It looks as if a jury has been selected as of today’s date July 6 2012. Motions and hearing are set for Friday August 20th! A final draft report will be submitted to Congress July 15th! IMO it doesn’t sound like this case has been dropped. I just typed and searched Fort Hood results!
