The abject failure and refusal of Congress to act in the Obama eligibility crisis continues to harm America and to threaten her citizens as anger, confusion, and doubt build over whether or not our sitting President is even eligible to hold office, let alone be elected to a second term.
Their “wait and see” attitude is the pernicious blight staining everything else. When a 29 year old Iowa man took a trip to Africa to pursue his love of zoology, he was so overwhelmed by Kenyans asking him how he liked having a Kenyan citizen govern the United States that the patriotic Lucas Daniel Smith abandoned his search for an elusive rare animal to turn instead to a quest to verify Barack Obama’s birth story.
In a certified letter he sent to every member of Congress dated July 4, 2010, he said, “Kenyans were amused at how gullible Americans could be when it came to obvious things like the fact that Kenyans overtly admit to Barack Jr’s Kenyan birth, yet the Americans continue to believe they know better.”
Smith developed a plan that involved taking two Kenyan police and military officers with him to two different Mombasa hospitals. Smith told Congress, “I paid a total of three monetary bribes in the amounts of $200, USD, $500 USD, and $5,000 USD” to get Obama’s birth certificate.
While the premier internet site for everything about Obama’s eligibility, World Net Daily, doubts the reliability of the birth certificate Lucas Daniel Smith obtained from the Mombasa Coast Province General Hospital, he did come away with it, and that’s worth something.
How many 29 year olds in America would travel so far from home to pursue a love of finding rare animals, only to abandon that search in an attempt to find the truth about his president’s eligibility to hold office? How many young men would hand over nearly $6,000 to Kenyans in this noble quest? In fact, how many young American men would then come home and spend a month’s time preparing this huge project of mailing a seven page certified and notarized letter to 535 members of Congress, at a cost to him of $1,824.35?
An embossed BC seal is clearly visible on the document sent to Congress on July 4, 2010. Furthermore, Attorney Orly Taitz submitted in court affidavit # 28USC 1746 Declaration of Lucas David Smith, in which he swears under penalty of perjury to the authenticity of the Mombasa document.
Smith said to “Honorable Congresswoman” Nancy Pelosi: “Attached to this notarized letter addressed to you, I have included a copy of the 1961 Coast Province General Hospital birth certificate of US President (de facto) Barack Hussein Obama II. I personally obtained this documentation (in) February 2009 from his birth hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. . .He (Obama) was born to a father who himself was born in the Colony of Kenya. . .and that the father never acquired U.S. citizenship when he was in the USA via a student visa.”
Smith, on page 4, of the letter, cites Senate Publication 103-21, referring to the NBC clause, (which) “raises the question of whether someone born to American parents outside of the U.S. would be eligible to hold the office.” Now here is what really hurts. Smith tells Pelosi: “It is your Constitutional duty to openly and overtly investigate this matter.” He pleads with her to conduct an investigation and hearing. His notary says Smith proved to him that he is who he (Smith) says he is and that Smith executed the letter.
Congress knows. Forensic expert Doug Vogt sent his findings to FBI Director Mueller and 90 members of Congress. And in the face of the huge Sheriff Joe Arpaio findings announced at his blockbuster press conference, Congress does nothing! For what did America fight and win her war of Independence? Will her Congress save her now?!

Members of congress if you do not pursue this with all of your hearts and minds then you are all as guilty as the imposter @ 1600 Pensylvania Avenue. Each and everyone of you should be trialed for treason and forced to give up your “Royal Family” perks for life and thrown into jails in each of your own states so the local populace can once again learn to trust government again, maybe. Congress is complicit. Our government is in a state of revolt against the people. Mr. Eric Cantor the other day said there would be no investigation into the Presidents birth. Even if the President is a natural born citizen there should be an investigation based upon the cloud of suspicion. Clear it up.
Cantor actually said that?! Granted I’ve been pretty busy lately, but a comment like that should have been in EVERY publication in America.
Think about all of this for a moment. He goes to Pelosi with the evidence, someone who has been in the tank for Obama from the beginning and he expected results? With all the massive amounts of evidence against Obama and his eligibility, Congress doesn’t act? There is almost certainly so much more going on here than we can fathom, this kind of treachery must go to the highest levels. Even though the average citizen might shout the truth from the mountaintops, nothing is going to come of it.
The point is; We the People have had the biggest fraud perpetrated on us since the Gulf of Tonkin incident got us into Vietnam and there’s nothing we can do about it. With Sheriff Joe’s press conference yielding nothing but sarcasm and criticism, this should be obvious. The American people have been led down a road of bs and manipulation. But the question honestly needs to be, why. What is the endgame of these people? Why would the Left take such a massive gamble? When the people find out the whole truth, everyone involved will be implicated and their carers will be over, What could possibly be worth that? By placing this guy in the presidency, it shows they had some pretty big plans. What are they? This is the direction we need to be taking; figuring out the bad guy’s endgame.

I agree and believe it goes way back. In the early 1900s the plan to take over the US was put into play. We are all fully aware there has been steady progress to remake America into a socialist nation, eventually leading to communism, with the greatest inroads made by FDR. As Khrushchev said in 1959…”We cannot expect Americans to jump from capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving Americans doses of socialism until they suddenly awake to find out they have Communism.”

One small nit to pick is your statement about Vietnam. The Gulf of Tonkin incident did not get us into Vietnam. We were already 16,000 strong at that time. The first recorded casualty of that war was on 9-26-45, during the Truman reign and the first date permitted on The Wall is 11-1-55. I see it as a fact that Obama has illegally obtained the office of the presidency. I’m sure most of congress secretly knows or believes this too. However, it is unrealistic to think they will ever do anything to reverse his election. To do so would mean complete chaos for the US. I don’t think we would ever recover from such a move.

Congress has done nothing because of the term ‘separation of powers’.
“The separation of powers helps to ensure good government at the same time it guards against tyranny. In other words, it’s like a ‘Gentleman’s Standoff’… none of the 3 branches of government can use their powers to influence either of the other 3, lest they in turn get dumped on as well. My understanding is that SoP keeps the Supreme Court from becoming involved in the dispute. The Constitution sets out methods of removal of officials for misconduct, etc. Impeachment works for the President and others. But it is not the only Congressionally established method. The Constitution, in the order of succession in the absence of a president, as amended by the 25th Amendment, says “In case of the removal of the President from office, or of his death or resignation…”. If this meant by impeachment only, they would have said so, or in not saying ‘by impeachment’, the door is left open for, at least, another manner of removal (legal). Such is the case. The District of Columbia is governed by Congress, who has written the laws for the District. In them, as well as the US Code, is the DC Code, chapter 35, quo warranto, which is described…
“A (writ of) quo warranto may be issued from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in the name of the United States against a person who within the District of Columbia usurps, intrudes into, or unlawfully holds or exercises, a franchise conferred by the United States or a public office of the United States, civil or military. The proceedings shall be deemed a civil action.”
Further, As you can see, the statute is very specific. The office of President is in the District of Columbia. The District Court for the District of Columbia is the only court which has the authority (jurisdiction) to hear a quo warranto complaint to remove a US national office holder from the District of Columbia .
Quo warranto means, loosely, “by what authority do you (the accused) hold your office? It is from the old Common Law of England, and was intended then, as now, to enable any person to question the eligibility of his superiors to hold the position they do, up to and including the King. We have incorporated the idea into our laws, all except the King part.
It is basically, like a summons… when served, the person is required to appear and present evidence of his right to hold his position before the judge, or jury, if requested. Failing to adequately do so, the defendant is removed from that office, all traces of his occupancy, works, appointees, and whatever remains, is also removed. President Obama is not, and can not become, a natural born citizen.. short of changing his father to that of a US citizen at the time of the President’s birth.
This is the preferred remedy to correct the insult to the Constitution, not impeachment. That tends towards political motivation.
I hear all of your points and second them, however, realistically, nothing will ever be done (it breaks my heart to say this) because the people or groups in charge of making sure something is done will never allow it to happen.
Much to my chagrin, the rule of law is pretty on paper and really SHOULD be followed but it will never happen on this issue. The very people who should follow the law are in charge of it’s being broken.

You are correct dadman in your assumption that it would be “complete chaos” if he were thrown out of office and all of his “rulings” become null and void. All of you reading this please remember that of ALL the wars the USA has fought since the “Revolutionary War” and if you add up all of the casualties from all of those conflicts together they do not add up to the number of US service men killed and/or wounded in the USA’s Civil war. That’s right folks, we killed more of each other than we have of foreign nationals….and the USA survived. So that being said things can and have been a whole lot tougher than they are now. It is quite possible that domestic armed conflicts could arise and the fight over the FEMA camps (they trying to hold US citizens in and citizens trying to break them out) could be raging by this time next year. If you would have suggested to people what the economy would be like now five years ago and real estate values down 50, 60 and even 70% in 5 years people would have laughed at you. Well who’s laughing now? Nobody I know of. Ronald Reagan coined the term, “Freedom is only just one generation away from being lost” and boy does that ever ring true now more than ever. Brokaw was wrong about the “greatest generation” already having come and gone. What about 1776? Or the Civil War? The next 20 years is going to be a great big rollar coaster and you better hang on tight as you may have to fight for each and every inch of progress you get.
Only way out of this is for a landslide vote against Obama and all the congressmen seeking re-election. While I am not thrilled with the competetion; at least they are citizens with a desire protect the United States. This to me makes them more than qualified – especially when compared to the alternative. Vote out Obama and his do nothing congressmen or keep you mouth shut when they destroy our country. There is no other alternative. If we can get him out without some kind of pardon – then we can prosecute him for fraud without congress’ permission.

It is now up to the states to vett obama because Congress has clearly stated it has no intention of doing so. In several cases SCOTUS has ruled that individual staes do have the right to vett a candidate before that candidate’s name goes on a ballot. I contacted both my senators about the issue.
One senator stated obama was definately qualified because his Hawaiian birth was verified last year when obama released the long form BC in April. The other senator just gave me some political talk in order to avoid the question altogether. Neither of these senators will receive my support in the future.
I believe Republicans are now avoiding the issue in hopes of allowing Rubio to run as VP, despite the fact that Rubio is also not a natural born citizen, making him ineligible for office.
Uh oh… you may have another ‘problem’ Santorum also says Obama IS legal because he is a citizen, cuz his BC says so.

Now, President Obama has announced his intention to run for a second term despite a questionable citizenship.
The man born in Mombasa has managed to run the White House well and wants another term. Obama has decided not to reveal his citizenship because if he does, he will be taken to court for having ruled a country against the constitution which states that a president must be a citizen by birth.
Sources disclose to API that President Obama will write a very interesting biography revealing his birthplace, but only when he is no longer the President. One thing he should not forget, however, is the fact that he can still be prosecuted after leaving office.
The former Mombasa Imam who gave Obama’s mother the birth certificate after the birth of Barack Hussein Obama is now living in the UK after seeking for asylum in 2008 when the subject of Obama’s citizenship was in top gear. The Imam fled Mombasa to Britain where he decided to remain for his own safety. The former Imam tells API that he will soon hold a press conference on the issue.
If congress dos’t act on this they are just as much of a fraud as he is.
The question is no longer IF the US government will be overthrown. There are only two questions, “WHEN” and “BY WHAT”?

Am I just paranoid, or does it appear that some very powerful entity has the ability to scare every member of Congress; the Governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer; the entire mainstream news media, and the new editor at Breitbart, Ben Shapiro? Believe me, I’m not given to wild eyed conspiracy theories, but I think Andrew Breitbart’s heart attack was induced because he was bold enough (maybe foolish enough) to announce that he had an incriminating video of Obama to reveal. By the way, what happened to that video? Though I am convinced that this entire nation destroying Obama Administration was orchestrated by the communists, it has taken them over 100 years to bring it to fruition. Try out Mitt Romney and see if he dares to Speak Out citing Obama´s crimes, including the forgeries, as even Russia´s Putin has been accusing him.
Congress is not doing anything because the Democrats control the Senate and the Republicans know it would be a futile effort. They would have to admit they have lost all control and do not have any idea of how to correct all the illegal things Obama has put into place. There is no legal precedent. How many lawsuits would jam the courts by people hurt over the years!!! What a mess.
